We requested Jones & Sons to come out and assess a faulty gasket in our toilet tank. The technician agreed it should be replaced. The estimate I was given was for the gasket and the entire toilet mechanism (which was NOT faulty) to be replaced. The total charge was $433.66. We declined and were charged the $99.00 dispatch fee.

Wow! Just Wow!!! Talk about a top notch, professional company. The two gentlemen that came out were neat, efficient and super nice! Don't even call around for estimates as this company was fair and honest. Thank you Jones and Sons for such awesome service!

I needed a repipe after learning about a massive slab leak. It took a few days without water before they could make it out to start the work. Due to previous remodeling, they were able to get one bathroom functional in a couple of days. ​That was the good part. The rest of the work was sloppy, running piped ON the laundry room walls, kitching piping on the outside of the house. They were sloppy in cutting access holes in the walls and while they had indicated they would fix all that, they did not . They left drywall dust and insulation, tracking it through the house. Dirty hand prints on walls, doors and ceiling and cigarette butts everywhere outside, even after being asked to not drop them. I was pressured for final payment before it was all finished, probably why they didnt finish after payment. I would NOT recommend them under any circumstances.

Well it was really hard to not take a shower, or do the dishes for three days. We exhausted all our efforts to try and clear the clog in our kitchen and tub ourselves. James came an hour and a half after we called, which was so nice having a quick response time. He did the job within a couple of hours, explained what he did. What a great guy, and very respectful. I thought this was going to cost me an arm and a leg, but was pleasantly surprised at the low cost. Thank you James you made our day.

Unfortunately, I am one of the """"little old ladies"""" who were warned in an earlier review , which I did not read in time. In December I hired Jones & Sons to install a small tub and prebuilt surround in my mobile home. I thought the price was exceptionally high at close to $5400.00 but they said they could start it within the week and I did not really know what a reasonable price should be and was anxious to get the job done. Silly me! I also assumed the price was for a completed job. I was left without molding around the tub enclosure and 3 fairly large holes in my bathroom walls. They also gave me a price to replace parts in a toilet tank for $600.00 which I declined. I had the work done 2 days later for $60.00 Jones & Sons were supposed to contact me with the number of a contractor who could complete the molding around the tub enclosure. I phoned them 2 times in the next week to get that number with no response.

After attempting to hire another plumber with a 5* yelp rating (who couldn't even be bothered to return a phone call), I arranged an appointment with Jones & Sons. Shame on me for not calling Jones first! Everything was perfect - the plumber on our call, Joe, was on time, pleasant +++, & a very knowledgeable professional. His work was easy for him (not so for me) - he installed a new garbage disposal & cleared a clogged sink in the guest bathroom. Everything, right down to the price, was spot on. I could not have hoped for a better outcome & will definitely call Jones again for future plumbing needs. Very prompt and professional. The estimate was right on the money. Had a quote to replace a faucet on my kitchen sink for over $390. Jones and Sons did for about half that. Will definitely use them again. Responded in 1 day.

I won't use any other plumber. They are always fast, fair and keep you updated on when they are arriving. If you have an emergency like when I had to turn the water off to my house, they will do everything they can to get someone over to you. Nice family owned business.

James was very knowledgeable, told me I needed a simple gasket but also changed out the water supply connection & water valve. I did ask for all new tank parts. He taught me how to change the gasket (like a YouTube video) which I watched & talked myself out of lol. Fantastic service from the first call to finished job. I highly recommend
