I needed a repipe after learning about a massive slab leak. It took a few days without water before they could make it out to start the work. Due to previous remodeling, they were able to get one bathroom functional in a couple of days. ​That was the good part. The rest of the work was sloppy, running piped ON the laundry room walls, kitching piping on the outside of the house. They were sloppy in cutting access holes in the walls and while they had indicated they would fix all that, they did not . They left drywall dust and insulation, tracking it through the house. Dirty hand prints on walls, doors and ceiling and cigarette butts everywhere outside, even after being asked to not drop them. I was pressured for final payment before it was all finished, probably why they didnt finish after payment. I would NOT recommend them under any circumstances.

Absolutely horrible experience with Darius at Jones & Sons Plumbing. Extremely rude, lazy, and was unwilling to help someone completely destroyed by the hurricane and left me stranded. I will continually write negative reviews about this company on all platforms

I spoke with the scheduler who told me I would be their next plumbing job. This was around 11am. I told them it was very important since it was an emergency repair and I could not drain anywhere. I had urine and poop flooding the bathroom bc clogged drain. She reassured me they would be there no matter what and she had me for 3-5 pm window. I told her that's great. I checked in with her at 230pm to see if they were coming earlier since it was possible or for new eta. Plus I wanted to leave the house to use a bathroom since I had no ability to and I did not want to leave in case they showed up. She says she cannot say when. At 505 and 530pm, I text and called her back. There was absolutely no response. I called other numbers for the company and there was no response. They never did respond or showed up and I went a day without help. In addition, with it being past 5 pm, I had to pay another plumber a higher fee. Do not use them.

We called and left a message that we needed a plumber for several issues, but most important was a badly flooding sink. We got a return phone call within minutes. James arrived exactly on time, answered my questions as we went along, and fixed all the problems. The final price was significantly less than another estimate I got. James was also delightful. I will use Jones plumbing again when I need a plumber.

Would NEVER HIRE AGAIN. Lied about the charges, which I didn't discover until later when I received an itemized bill by email. I take some blame for allowing it to happen but that doesn't change the fact that they used deceptive practices. Quoted me prices on two items that they then actually billed at a much higher price. Broke part of the vanity in my bathroom. I had to later repair it myself. Installed a kitchen faucet incorrectly, I had to remove it and reinstall it the right way myself. I was not about to let them near any of my plumbing again. DO NOT RECOMMEND and will never use again.

James was very knowledgeable, told me I needed a simple gasket but also changed out the water supply connection & water valve. I did ask for all new tank parts. He taught me how to change the gasket (like a YouTube video) which I watched & talked myself out of lol. Fantastic service from the first call to finished job. I highly recommend

We requested Jones & Sons to come out and assess a faulty gasket in our toilet tank. The technician agreed it should be replaced. The estimate I was given was for the gasket and the entire toilet mechanism (which was NOT faulty) to be replaced. The total charge was $433.66. We declined and were charged the $99.00 dispatch fee.

Unfortunately, I am one of the """"little old ladies"""" who were warned in an earlier review , which I did not read in time. In December I hired Jones & Sons to install a small tub and prebuilt surround in my mobile home. I thought the price was exceptionally high at close to $5400.00 but they said they could start it within the week and I did not really know what a reasonable price should be and was anxious to get the job done. Silly me! I also assumed the price was for a completed job. I was left without molding around the tub enclosure and 3 fairly large holes in my bathroom walls. They also gave me a price to replace parts in a toilet tank for $600.00 which I declined. I had the work done 2 days later for $60.00 Jones & Sons were supposed to contact me with the number of a contractor who could complete the molding around the tub enclosure. I phoned them 2 times in the next week to get that number with no response.
