Best service, prices, everything bar none. I would use them for soo much more if they were close to me in California. I called the owner, who was very down to earth and helpful, we were trying to help family get the water heater going and it was new years eve. They went above and beyond to help. Not only did the price come in substantially lower than the other plumbing company, they were very helpful and did more than needed. When I see this sort of service, which is rare, I take time to write up an honorable mention. Thank you Jones and Sons...I can see why you have stay I'm business for generations. Please support this local business, they are amazing.

Very prompt and professional. The estimate was right on the money. Had a quote to replace a faucet on my kitchen sink for over $390. Jones and Sons did for about half that. Will definitely use them again. Responded in 1 day.

Jones & Sons is a great, fair and honest company. Anyone I've talked to on the phone (usually Jimmy) and had come out to our house has been extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We've have many things done, from dishwasher and garbage disposal installation to a swap out of the trim on our drop in Jacuzzi tub, which was a very tricky job. We've never had an issue with any of the work we've had done. Highly recommend Jones & Sons!

My next door neighbor had them come out. They had the nerve to use my hose and rinsed there equipment off behind my mobile home! Leaving a pool of sewer water in the grass. So unprofessional, I told them we walk through here in our bare feet along with our grandchildren and pets. He didn't say nothing to me he turned around and went out to the van. No apology no nothing. I wouldn't recommend these guys for anything! The rating is zero!

After attempting to hire another plumber with a 5* yelp rating (who couldn't even be bothered to return a phone call), I arranged an appointment with Jones & Sons. Shame on me for not calling Jones first! Everything was perfect - the plumber on our call, Joe, was on time, pleasant +++, & a very knowledgeable professional. His work was easy for him (not so for me) - he installed a new garbage disposal & cleared a clogged sink in the guest bathroom. Everything, right down to the price, was spot on. I could not have hoped for a better outcome & will definitely call Jones again for future plumbing needs. Would NEVER HIRE AGAIN. Lied about the charges, which I didn't discover until later when I received an itemized bill by email. I take some blame for allowing it to happen but that doesn't change the fact that they used deceptive practices. Quoted me prices on two items that they then actually billed at a much higher price. Broke part of the vanity in my bathroom. I had to later repair it myself. Installed a kitchen faucet incorrectly, I had to remove it and reinstall it the right way myself. I was not about to let them near any of my plumbing again. DO NOT RECOMMEND and will never use again.

Unfortunately, I am one of the """"little old ladies"""" who were warned in an earlier review , which I did not read in time. In December I hired Jones & Sons to install a small tub and prebuilt surround in my mobile home. I thought the price was exceptionally high at close to $5400.00 but they said they could start it within the week and I did not really know what a reasonable price should be and was anxious to get the job done. Silly me! I also assumed the price was for a completed job. I was left without molding around the tub enclosure and 3 fairly large holes in my bathroom walls. They also gave me a price to replace parts in a toilet tank for $600.00 which I declined. I had the work done 2 days later for $60.00 Jones & Sons were supposed to contact me with the number of a contractor who could complete the molding around the tub enclosure. I phoned them 2 times in the next week to get that number with no response.

Absolutely horrible experience with Darius at Jones & Sons Plumbing. Extremely rude, lazy, and was unwilling to help someone completely destroyed by the hurricane and left me stranded. I will continually write negative reviews about this company on all platforms

James was very knowledgeable, told me I needed a simple gasket but also changed out the water supply connection & water valve. I did ask for all new tank parts. He taught me how to change the gasket (like a YouTube video) which I watched & talked myself out of lol. Fantastic service from the first call to finished job. I highly recommend
