Jones service did two jobs for me. They installed a new sink with disposal and under sink plumbing, and a new water heater. Both jobs done within one day of my request, and the work was very good. The thermostat on the water heater went bad after 8 months, and they fixed it within a day and free under warranty. I will use them again for any plumbing job I need.

If you are looking for a company with responsive follow up warranty services, you should look elsewhere. Glenn Jones does not return calls or emails, particularly if he off fishing for 2 months.

Were very efficient at fixing 2 leaks during one service call, even driving to get a needed part, and then made an appointment another day for roto rooting for our third problem. The roto rooter was a second pair of eyes and figured out that roto rooting was unnecessary and my slow drain was a result of small pipes in my house relative to the speed at which my clothes washer discharges water. Didn't charge for the roto rooting, appreciate they didn't charge me unnecessarily for that!

I have used Jones Plumbing Service 7 times for a variety of jobs the past the past 14 years since I have owned my house and have always been satisfied with the quality and integrity of their work and prices. I am guided by their advice on plumbing repairs and they have never recommended unneeded services. They give phone quotes and are very prompt in their arrival times. I have not had the same experience with other tradesmen. I would highly recommend Jones Plumbing for any type of plumbing services.

They were quick, on time, very polite. Gave an honest estimate (compared to others!), very reasonable rate. came the very next day and replaced the water heater and all the pipes quickly & acculturate. Would use them again.

I bought an older mobile home in San Marcos that needed plumbing repair and updating. Jones had an ad in our HOA magazine ""Seniors helping Seniors"" so I called and spoke with a nice woman who said that they were going to be in my park that afternoon and someone would call to arrange a time to come by and consult with me. It's been over a week and nothing, nada, zilch.

I give them a 3 star rating because they have yet to be on time.

I called and left a voice message on a Thursday evening to schedule an appointment. I did not hear from them the next day so I called them again on Friday evening. I spoke to a lady and explained what I needed done and she told me that a plumber would call me that evening with a quote. I didn't get a phone call.

I called again Monday and the lady explained that she had lost my information and appologized profusely. I scheduled an appointment for the following Friday to have the work done. I was told he would be there between 3 PM and 4PM. I called him at 4 PM and was told that they got stuck on a job and was told that he (the plumber) was on his way from Oceanside. ( l live in San Marcos).

When he got there, he worked quickly and efficiently. He installed my faucet and my garbage disposal. He had to do some re-routing of my drain lines under the kitchen sink and did a great job. When he looked at my bathroom, he needed an additional part and scheduled for the following Monday at 3 PM.

Well, you guessed it, at 3:45 I called him to see what was the problem and this lady told me that he was stuck on a job and would be at least another 45 minutes. About an hour later, the plumber showed up (one of his associates). And he did not have the part necessary and was not told he needed the part. So he had to re-schedule for the next morning.

Tuesday, he came and finished the repairs on the bathroom sink.

As I said earlier, his work was excellent, but he couldn't get there on time. I re-sceduled my day to accommodate him, and he couldn't take the time to call me and let me know he was running late. If you don't mind being kept on hold for a couple of hours after the appointment time, this company is great. Otherwise, he gets the 3 stars for not showing up on time or even near on time.

I am not really sure if I will use this company again.

To the owner I have to say that a simple phone call around the appointment time letting your customer know that you are running late would be greatly appreciated by at least me.

Glenn Jones Plumbing is a great company. They did some work for me this fall after a leak led to water damage and the need to redo my half bath. Its a small company and the loyalty and teamwork shows. They were dependable, honest and capable, installing a vanity, sink, toilet, and light fixture. In fact, the owner himself came out in January and at no charge inspected my heater, changed the filter, reset the thermostat and reassured me that it was safe but old. He gave me options including wait and see, repair as needed, replace if its in my budget - while another company had charged me $100, condemned the same heater unnecessarily and left me freezing with a huge electric bill for the entire month of December, while simultaneously trying to sell me a $6,000 Heat/AC system. Glenn Jones price for a comparable new heater was $1700 but he understood if I couldn't afford that right now. Glenn Jones will be my go to plumber forever due to my experience.

This company is the best around. Mainly I say that because they know what they are doing and they are not out just to make a quick buck or overcharge you. Their prices are fair. They are especially fair because you can be assured that they will do it right the first time. Intelligent, experienced and hard working. What better combo do you want when your plumbing goes out or there is a leak. Call these guys. You wont be disappointed.

These guys are incredible! Fast, efficient, and able to do everything but the fix-it part online (which I love)! Totally recommend them for all your plumbing/air conditioning needs. They even have an awesome smartphone app
