I've Jones several times over the years and they have always done an outstanding job. From the initial phone call they are very quick to schedule an appointment, sometimes even the same day. The technicians show up as promised and do the job often explaining what went wrong and how to prevent it in the future. They recently came out the same day I called to install a new kitchen faucet. They have very reasonable pricing. I highly recommend Jones for your plumbing needs.

02/13/2019 Had Jones Plumbing out again. This time to install a Dishwasher, Range, Kitchen Sink and Faucet. We did a complete remodel of our kitchen and Tom Scott of Jones Plumbing did an excellent job with all of our installations.

Jones Plumbing is an excellent company to have any plumbing, installs or leaks done right. Quick, Professional, and Affordable.

Jones Plumbing is by far the best plumbing service I've ever used! I have had them out to do a variety of jobs: Install toilets, vanities, sinks and faucets; repair leaking faucets and toilets; scope out the main line with a camera?; install a new water heater; hook up a washer and dryer; install a new master pressure regulator and emergency shut off valve and more. The owner, Glenn Jones, always has given me clear and specific quotes and answered all my questions. Tom and Tim (the plumbers) have been punctual and professional, as well as being helpful in explaining exactly what they were doing. This is old school plumbing as a trade, done right. Highly recommend.

The guys did a great job earlier this year installing a new water line to my new refrigerator: no more ice cube trays for me! Recently my unused guest bath started sharing an unpleasant odor...I called Jones and instead of coming over and charging me for a service call, he advised filling and emptying the sinks and tub as it was likely the airtrap dried out from lack of use. I tried this, and it worked. These are good people!

Could not have been better. From the initial phone call when the dispatcher put us through to Thomas, everything about the operation was quick, smooth, thoughtful, and professional.

He said he was finishing up and could be over within the hour. He was.

I tried and failed to fix it myself beforehand. Thomas not only cleared the clogged drain but fixed my mistakes. He cleaned up everything and explained what to look for if it happens again. And he could not be nicer.

Very highly recommended.

From the minute the lady answered the telephone and I told her my problem I knew I had picked the right plumber. For me it always starts with the way the telephone is answered. Next a very nice man scheduled and appointment for me. I felt very comfortable with him. The man who came to my house obviously had experience. He was very pleasant and very fast and took care of my problem right away. When it came to the invoice I was pleasantly surprised I thought that it was very fair. For most people it seems like if they see a senior citizen they feel like they can jack up the prices.

If possible I would give these people 10 stars.

Absolutely substandard service, unprofessional, and unreliable.

Jones Plumbing, Jones Service, was hired by my apartment management to fix water pipes damaged under the slab.

The apartment manager, completely great guy called to tell me work was going to be done in my unit. I was assured then would lay down plastic or paper to walk on as I had just washed my rugs, which really tied the room together.

When I arrived home, the black suit I have in my closet had drywall dust on the shoulders. When I asked who was responsible for that, each technician/employee said ""not me"" or ""I don't know"".

They left a whole in the wall and didn't bother to close it, the perfect entry point for rats and insects.

The next day, they left my door unlocked and ajar while they worked in the unit behind me. Computers, firearms, documents, anything in my home could have been taken with no one the wiser for hours.

When I brought these issues up, they whined and huffed, said they would not finish the work they started, and left.

They also used my plastic food storage containers to catch leaking water as they worked, then left it on the counters I had cleaned only 2 days prior.


You've been warned, so avoid these guys if you work hard for your money.

Zero stars if possible, big ol' ""F"" on the grading scale.

Jones ""Service,"" a new definition of ""lousy."" They seem to have a reputation for not keeping appointments, but for us they did show up - 3.5 hours early, a very inconvenient and unexpected time for us. We asked that they return at the agreed-upon appointed time and they simply said they couldn't. Our problem was a dishwasher that would not drain completely - perhaps a clogged drain? We won't learn from them though, because they didn't even look at the issue but simply said ""if it's draining at all then it's the dishwasher and we don't work on appliances."" Period. The visit was all of three minutes.

Postscript, I read below that Jones said he called first - he absolutely did NOT.

Lastly, That ""free"" service/estimate he was to provide us was a coupon he handed out at our mobile homeowner association meeting. When some months later, he came to the house our mistake was showing him the coupon prior to him providing the work - in my estimation, he saw that and was out-of-there!

I called this company yesterday as our kitchen sink was clogged. He was swamped with calls but said he would get here asap. He is very reasonable and efficient, friendly, fast and knowledgeable about mobile home plumbing and he fixed our issue. We expected to pay a lot for this service but had a coupon in our mobile home newsletter . We will use him again if needed! GREAT service!
