I recently had some issues with a toilet in my home having a hard time flushing. After a quick search in my area I came across Jon the Plumber and they had tons of great reviews so I gave them a call. They were quick to answer and despite they're busy schedule for the week they were so kind to squeeze me in. Matt was the service technician that came to my house that day. He was very pleasant and explained everything that he had planned to fix the situation and even the back-up plan in case the original did not work. Luckily it was a quick fix and everything is working great now. I just want to give credit where it's due and I plan to use this company for any future plumbing needs.

I called Jon the plumber yesterday to help me with a broken pipe in my basement. He assured me that someone will be in at my house at 9am. This morning Matthew arrived and assessed the situation and gave me a fair estimate prior to getting the work done. Matthew was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. The work was completed in less than one hour and even cleaned up after himself. I was very pleased with his work. I will not call anyone else. Great work. Thank you Matthew and Jon. Decided on a new water heater and replacing galvanized pipes in our home. Contacted Jon the plumber and got a quick response. Got a quote within a few days. Their price was much better than other plumbing outfits with them using better quality materials and a shorter time frame. Scheduled the work and it was done as stated,in the time frame quoted,for the agreed upon price. House was left neat and everything works great, Cannot say enough good things about them. The office help is prompt and nice, Derek was the lead of the team from the quote through the work and he is totally honest and trustworthy. Would recommend them to anyone!

Our house froze and we needed someone to evaluate the damage and repair. Matt from Jon the Plumber was awesome. Great communication before the job, detailed quote, and followed the communicated timeline. We had another item fail during the job, and Matt was fair about adjusting the quote since it affected another part of the job he was working on.

Very dependable. Responsive. Great support staff at the office. And you can do it all via text which is great if you're busy during the day.

This company gets my full respect. Not becsuse the gentlemen Matt was professional and friendly, but because they are honest. Honesty is hard to come by sometimes as we all hear stories of customers being told they need something done when it is not true. I had two issues for Matt to look at and one honestly fixed itself. Possibly fixed when my furnace was being replaced. As for the other, Matt gave me a quote but told me to try something before I go with the service as his suggestion may solve the problem.

I know companies are struggling for work but I think their honesty goes further and it's definitely appreciated. I think many would agree with me in that one of our biggest concerns is being told we need this done and so on but the peace of mind comes from the honest evaluations that are given.

I'll definitely be using this company moving forward as my wife and I are currently looking for a place. I also wanted to make time to share my experience so that other customers or people looking into doing business with them know that they ate in good hands.

I didn't use this plumbing company. The receptionist scheduled an appointment for an estimate and a plumber came out a few days later. I thought the plumber gave a fair estimate for the work. He was definitely knowledgeable and made a few suggestions. Not being sure of what I wanted to do in my shower/bathroom remodel, I did not book this plumber. I'd definitely keep them in mind for the future however.

These guys came out, got me an estimate and then completed the whole first story (over basement) repipe in a day and 3 hours, though part of the delay was just miscommunication, once the whole house filter situation was resolved they finished very professionally, no junk left behind, removed old gross pipes etc.
Had them come back to do an install on the dishwasher because the previous owner had done something really weird, they fixed that issue as well and we were back in business! Will be using again for any future plumbing issues.. Their pipe job really increased the value of my home.

I used Jon a few years ago and was pleased with the service, but I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone to schedule service this time around. I called and the mailbox was full. So I filled out the online form, providing my contact info and detailed description of the service I was requesting. Unfortunately the only thing I received was an email telling me to call the same number I did to begin with. I tried it again and the mailbox was still full. Disappointing customer service and lost a few days I could have spent looking for a different service provider.

You can't get any better than Jon the plumber and his men. They did a great job at a fair price and they were as nice as they could be. I had a sump pump replaced and they did a super quality job and left it cleaner than when they came. I highly recommend.
