I can not say enough good things about our experience. The gentleman that came to give us a quote was so honest. He could have very easily charged us for something unnecessary. Instead, he told us what the problem was, a way he could take care of it, but also left us with the knowledge of what we could do ourselves. There was no charge for the estimate, it was fast and easy, and this company has earned my business for life.

Can you open an Electrician arm of the business too? Please?!

Professional, punctual, friendly, honest, and skillful. There are not enough great things I can say about my experience using them. We needed to fix both of our bathrooms. Jon email me an estimate when he said he would and when he couldn't keep our scheduled appointment, because of an emergency, he emails me the day before to reschedule. We reschedule for 4 days later. I cannot tell you the times I've had electricians or contractors not show up or show up late without any notice.

He and his team showed up on time and even texted me to let me know they'll be arriving in 30 minutes (at the scheduled time). After Jon gave me a quote, Brian came to do the work. He was great at communicating and explaining any unexpected issue he encountered or could encounter. He uninstalled a toilet and sink, installed a new toilet and sink and fixed the toilet in the second bathroom all in one visit. I could not be happier with his work.

For any upcoming, plumbing related, work I will call Jon the Plumber. I 100% recommend them!

Second time I've used Jon the plumber. First experience was so great, I called him when I noticed that the clay pipe in my front yard (down to the sewer line) had broken. It wasn't critical, so we scheduled a time for them to come out. They ended up coming 2 days early when a spot freed up (a Saturday) - couldn't get the part til Monday, but were right back to finish the job on Monday. I emailed and asked them if the pipe could be lower to the ground and someone came out that day, cut it down. I can't say enough great things about this business. They have won a customer for life.

Indeed - As good as it gets! I called Jon for gas line installation in our recently purchased property. Jon was polite and professional and he assured that work would be done with the best quality. One thing which makes Jon apart from other is genuine feedback on what we need. He would not sell products or services which we don't need. As far as work is concerned, Tony came to our house and performed the job nicely, professionally and tmely. My quest for finding good plumbing company ends here. :) I would recommend Jon/Tony any time to any of my friends.

We have used Jon the Plumber for several jobs in our home, but most specifically he and his team installed our tankless hot water heater. They were super accommodating to our needs, and worked with us to place the exhaust and intake in an inconspicuous location.

We had an urgent situation with our traditional hot water tank leaking. Jon worked with us to get our new tankless hot water tank installed as quickly as possible, with us only having to wait for the unit we wanted to be shipped to us.

Very professional, and very accommodating. We refer him to many of our friends and customers on a regular basis.

My wife and I had a pretty big sewage problem and my mom immediately recommended Jon the Plumber. Jon was able to come to the house within a couple hours of speaking with him and had a quote to us that night. The next day I had another plumber come out to give us a second quote and was told I would have it the next morning, that was 2 weeks ago and I still haven't heard from him.

As soon as I gave Jon the OK to start, he had the permits and his crew at our house ASAP and was happy to answer any questions I had and explain the work being done. Since the job was to replace the line outside, Jon said that he would stop by in a couple months to check the work again and to drop a camera down the line to make sure everything was still looking good.

Jon has been quick to respond, honest, and will take the time to walk you through what he is doing and the options you have. I will recommend Jon and his team to anyone I can.

I had a clogged drain in where my kitchen sink was backing up into my laundry tub. I tried for a couple days to snake and clear the clog myself without success. I called Jon to schedule an appointment to snake the drain. He came out the following day, was professional and courteous to my wife and kids who were home while he worked (I was at work myself). He explained fully what the issue was and was quick and efficient in doing his job. The drain is flowing better than it has since I moved into the house four years ago. Only a homeowner could actually be excited about how well a drain actually drains.
