An absolute pleasure to work with. We came home from a vacation to find our water heater leaking. The water heater was not installed with a pan under it (which we found out is against code), so it was leaking onto a sheetrock platform which was getting mushy from all the water. I found Jolly Rooter here on Yelp, and called to get a quote since I was worried the water heater would fall through the platform. Rich was able to come out that day, remove the water heater, and install a new one the next day (now with a pan). He was professional, friendly, happy to answer any questions I had, and now I have a better quality water heater than I had before. I will absolutely be using Jolly Rooter for any plumbing needs in the future. If you have any plumbing needs, you should give him a call.

Rich the owner and his apprentice Tommy are great! My Faucet in the kitchen needed replacing, they took the time to go buy one that I liked at Home Depot, and replaced it cleaned up and on there way to another lucky person to have their exceptional service. Five Star plus !!!

Last Friday my toilet got plugged and wouldn't flush. The plumber I had used previously appears to be out of business, so I looked for another plumber. I hadn't used this service before, and was a little concerned that they are a relatively new business, having opened in 2020. Their BBB score is ""A"", though, which was reassuring. So I emailed them for a quote.

The response was quick -- less than a half hour -- and precise. My plugged toilet would coast $129 to clear if the plug was in the toilet, more the plug was in the pipe to the main sewer line, and still more if it was in the sewer line. I asked when they could come out. They were booked through Monday mid-day, not perfect for me, but we had another bathroom. So we went with it.

They showed up when they said they would -- well, 10 minutes early. ;) They got to work, cleared the toilet fairly quickly, left it clean, and charged exactly what they'd quoted me. All good.

They also warned me that the toilet was quite old, hadn't be particularly high quality when new, and needed replacing to prevent frequent plugs. Our previous plumber had warned us that this was likely to be the case some time ago. So I asked for and received a quote to replace it with both an inexpensive and a best-quality option, to discuss with the property owner. (We rent.)

This sounds pretty routine for a good business, and *is* -- for a good business. Which is my point. :) These guys are honest, specific about costs and what needs doing, show up when they promised, and do the job, at least from this experience. They're on my list -- I will definitely use them in the future.

Rich was the fastest plumber to respond to me when I moved into a new home only to discover the water heater had failed and leaked everywhere. He came out as soon as possible to drain the tank for me and did so at a reasonable price. He's super personable too! I highly recommend Jolly Rooter to anyone in need of a plumber.

I had some weird stuff happening with my kitchen faucet that I couldn't figure out on my own. I called Jolly Rooter to see what they could do. They scheduled me a couple days out, then called me a few hours later to say they'd had an opening and could come out that day if I was available. They came out, told me what was wrong (I needed a new faucet) and said they'd come out when originally scheduled to install a new faucet if I went out and chose one.

Owner Rich Jolly and his apprentice Adam arrived early to do the job. They were friendly and professional and went way beyond the call of duty to make sure the equipment was installed the right way. My kitchen counter had an extra hole that they offered to install a soap dispenser into for free. It didn't end up working out due to a structural issue under the sink, but I really appreciated the attention to detail and their commitment to doing the job correctly and completely. They plugged the hole to make it look as good as possible.

A great experience overall and I'll be calling them back to do some work in my bathroom before too long.

Great plumbers! Rich and his assistant were professional, friendly and punctual. He gave me the best price I could find on a new water heater - and completed the entire job on time with no hidden ""extras"".
He is now my ""go to"" plumber for all my plumbing needs. Nothing but good to say about him and Jolly Rooter! FIVE STAR!!!
