On time, found a way to repair the problem at a lower cost, did an evaluation of a complex geothermal system, including photos, pointed out areas to keep an eye on, and indicated they will be ready when I call with a problem. Rich Jolly is very good at communicating even on the weekends (Sunday they are closed yet he sent a message for scheduling last Sunday). I was traveling when I received Rich's messages regarding our install so after a few back and forth questions, we were ready to schedule. Once we said yes to using Jolly Rooter, they fit us in that Monday which is amazing. Chad and Ryan arrived in the designated window, were very courteous and thorough. They made sure the installation was working perfectly before handling the paperwork and had cleaned up all the packing materials from the new toilet along with removing the old one. Jolly Rooter's prices were very reasonable as this was a Toto toilet and everyone else was quoting much more for the work. Rich took the time to determine what style the toilet was and gave a lower price due to it not being a skirted toilet. No other company even asked about whether it was skirted or not, just quoted prices that were about $200.00 more. Great value for the work and excellent service. We will definitely call Jolly Rooter if we need any other plumbing work. Plus we were told since we were now customers, we would be given priority in the future.

Jolly Rooter was the first to respond to our request for a quote for a new water heater and was the only one that offered to come to our home to do the quote. Rich Jolly (the owner) and Ryan were both very nice, easy to talk to, and didn't mind answering all our questions. We ended up going with a tankless water heater which required a LOT more work than just replacing a water tank. Talk about complicated plumbing! These guys know what they're doing and they did a fantastic job. It looks really nice and the heater works perfectly. I love not having to wait so long for hot water AND not wasting so much water while waiting. I feel like I'm saving time and water and also gas and electricity since it's only on when the hot water is turned on.

Thank you Rich and Ryan! We will definitely be calling Jolly Rooter for all our future plumbing needs.

replaced a 75 gal water heater and really amazed by his flawlessly
completed work. Richard is friendly, his work is fast and exact, and he gave me a substantial senior discount. What more can I say?

Jolly rooter and team are amazing. They were the first to reply on my Yelp message and were prompt on answering all my questions. They arrived on time (even offered to come earlier since they finished a job early), assesses the toilets issues, confirmed the the parts and price, brought parts needed to fix issues (note send them photos and model numbers of toliets etc via a Yelp message, this helps them get parts in advance), and fixed them. Great value price point too. Very friendly and nice team. We found our new plumbers for living in nevada. We will be in contact for future needs of plumbing. Thanks again so much!!
