I had frozen water on a faucet outside - forgot to cover it for cold weather. Rich and another guy came out the next day and crawled under the house to check the pipe. Responded quickly, showed up the next day and gave me peace of mind that the pipe was not frozen.

Excellent service. Took care of my leaking faucet by replacing my Moen 1225 cartridge in the tub & shower. They were quick and professional. Reasonably priced. I would definitely hire them again.

This is a first-rate business, and my wife and I would highly recommend them. Last evening our kitchen drain clogged up and we were unable to use the sink. We also were unable to use our washing machine because of a clogged-up pipe that sent water over our laundry room. I sent out an email for help late last night and owner Rich responded first thing this morning. He said he would be unable to respond until tomorrow afternoon, but that he would send someone today if possible. True to his word, Matthew and Ruben showed up late this morning after a quicker-than-normal job and quickly diagnosed our problem. They had the situation fixed in no time for the reasonable price of $380. Both men were personable and did a very good job of explaining the cause of the problems and what they did to unclog them.

Had a great experience. Called with a broken faucet and Mr. Jolly came by to evaluate first. The cost was reasonable and resulted in a new faucet. Reminded us that our Moen faucet had a lifetime guarantee and suggested we call them for a replacement. He quoted a price to install a new faucet and applied the cost of the first visit reducing the install cost by half. Very fair, clear, and reasonable. Highly recommend.
