I have known Rich at Jolly Rooter for many years and he has always provided us with quality plumbing work. He shows up when he says he will and is always polite. He is also ethical and doesn't try and scam you out of extra money.
We recently had him out to put a Bidet toilet in but he showed us how it wouldn't fit in our bathroom. He then suggested a bidet seat so worked with us on ways to accommodate our wishes. His prices are also in line with Reno plumbers. We will continue to use Jolly Rooter .

Rich is GREAT.... He fixed a leak in my PEX that was dripping in the garage several years ago...

Then, when the toilets started singing while the tanks were filling after a flush, and the single lever shower valve is in a different position for a comfortable shower, I knew something was amiss...

A quick pressure test confirmed it.... Yep, the pressure regulator wasn't regulating... Jolly Rooter replaced the regulator and restored things back to normal... Great Job Rich and John, thank you!!!

Our kitchen sink was draining slowly. The drain line was not well designed and is problematic. Matthew and John came out on time and the drain was flowing great when they left. Matthew explained the problem with the drain design and John went into the crawlspace to see the exit plumbing. They left the area clean. I've used Jolly Rooter before, and I'll use them again.

I appreciated the fact that Jolly Rooter was truthful that they were super busy and that they did not have the appropriate license to work on manufactured homes. I was thankful that Jolly Rooter did not string me along and then tell me when they showed up that they could not help me. Sounds like an ethical company .

Called regarding two blocked sinks. Rich was able to fit me into his schedule a few days after my call. He arrived, with his apprentice, exactly on time. And, 15-20 minutes, they were saying goodbye! They both fixed the issue rather quickly and charged me their minimum service fee. They also made sure they cleaned up everything before leaving! He takes his business and reputation seriously. I've already input his contact information in my phone as this guy follows through, keeps his word and had my best interest in mind. He will definitely hear back the next time I need plumbing help! Highly recommend.

Okay, I do not take the time to write reviews unless I am absolutely pissed off by the company, so take my review about Jolly Rooter and Rich to heart. What an amazing, honest, fantastic, honest, caring, and honest plumber!! He came over to my mother's house and fixed her kitchen sink AND her bathroom tub. She thought she was going to have to snake her entire drain, and Rich said, let me clean it out first and go from there. Well, he was right! He unclogged it, treated her drain with prevention treatment, and saved my mother a lot of money! Weeks later, her kitchen sink and bathtub drain are still working marvelously! Words cannot express how amazing this company is - throw away your old plumber number and call Jolly Rooter; you will NOT be sorry!! Thank you, Rich!!

Called but ended up not needing service. Very quick to respond, willing to come out same-day and upfront about costs and potential issues. Quoted prices seemed reasonable given how expensive plumbing services have become.
