Our water heater was going out and I contacted 7 different companies nad got a slew of prices. Johnson Plumbing gave me a reasonable cost that included all the safety items that were not needed when the original water heater was 17 years old. The work was done in a quick manner and could not be happier with the new water heater and hot water.

I must say, Johnson Plumbing is the one and only plumbing company to do business with. We had a Homeowner's Association/Owner issue. Johnson Plumbing found the problem (where other companies could not), and advised us on how to proceed. These guys are efficient and professional. We have used Johnson Plumbing twice. Once to install new water heater and most recently to relocate gas valve for new stove. In both cases Eric Torres was our technician and he certainly knows his trade. Eric is both personable and professional and genuinely wants to do a quality job.

I couldn't find out if they're any good or not . Never fixed my leak. Their dispatcher has poor customer service skills. Left me hanging! My appointment was at 2:30 at 3 I called, was told plumber won't be there until 6:00. At 7:30 guy knocks on my door said he can't do the job will need to reschedule me in the morning. He couldn't call me because he didn't get my phone number from dispatcher? Why the hell couldn't he call the dispatcher to get it. Instead of driving all the way to my house. I gave him my phone number.
At 9:00 am next day no call back. I called and got the dispatcher, she could care less about me. Told me have to reschedule next week sometime no openings. At that moment I said forget you I'm done. I will never call them again!

Eric and his helper did an great job in installing our new jetted tub. They are professional, effective, and friendly. They came on time, brought the right parts needed for the work, and finished work within the estimated time and cost which is very reasonable.

It is tricky to hire a plumber to install a new tub and new plumbing fixtures because some plumbers don't have the experience. Before calling Johnson Plumbing, we had hired another plumbing company and found out that they don't know how to install a new tub nor new plumbing fixtures and charge unreasonable price. We are thrilled to find Eric from Johnson Pluming. He knows what he is doing. He came to the job site to do an thorough exam of the project and provide accurate estimate within a few days after my phone call, and then return to do the work within in two days. We have interviewed a number of plumbers and Eric is the best. We will hire him back again to do more plumbing work.

We just bought a new house and we needed a lot of plumbing work done. We called Johnson Plumbing to fix some toilets, leaks in a sink and install new faucets. They gave us a quick appointment and began the work. The plumbers were very professional and showed up right on time.

I was warned by Home Depot that they have had a problem with the installation of the kitchen sink faucets that we purchased because plumbers were not installing them properly and they often leaked. We have not had one leaking problem with our faucets and the plumber stayed to make sure they were working fine with no leaks. Our house fixtures now look and work great!

This type of quality service is hard to find these days. Thank you Johnson Plumbing for upholding the old school type of service that all companies should call standard.

When it comes to plumbing needs, do yourself a favor and stay away from Johnson Plumbing. Their final price came in $1345 higher than their initial quote ($4000). I tried meeting with Mike, the guy responsible for the job. He was professional and tried to explain the increase. When I asked to talk to his boss, ""Joe"" stepped up and immediately threatened me with a lien if I didn't pay my bill. I explained that I was willing to pay the bill but thought $1345 over the initial quote was unreasonable.

After paying the bill in full that day I went to their office to talk to the owner of the company. I was told that ""Joe"", the one who threatened me with a lien, was the owner, and then I was even more surprised.

Approximately two weeks later David from Johnson Plumbing called to apologize for the owner's comments. He also advised that Johnson was willing to reimburse me for 10% of the total cost. Although this made things a little less painful, I still paid $4810 on a job quoted at $4000.

We were pleased to have a ""free"" estimate, rather than pay for a service call to tell us that our old toilet just needed a new wax ring. They even accepted a $25 off coupon for the call! Because we were so pleased, we had other upgrades scheduled with them in the near future.
