Happy that this company came out right away to fix a leak in a pipe to the water heater. Our son and wife and three small kids live in the home that we own and they were without hot water the day before school was starting. And, the garage was getting flooded. We tried to do a rig on it to stop it from leaking all over to get through a day and a night but we could not wait any longer. The company we normally use did not get back right away. She told us the tech was under a home and she would try to reach him. We are not even sure if they would have come that day. We called Johnson Plumbing based on the reviews and the lady who I talked to was great and understood our situation. She said she would get back to me and she did promptly. A tech could be at the home between 2 and 4pm and he actually got there at 1:30. I made the call to them at around 11:30. The tech who came out knew his stuff and not only fixed the piped but worked on the tank to get hot water faster to the back of the home. Also, with a look at the water heater he mentioned it may not last more than a few years which is good because now we can prepare for a new one. Overall we were all very pleased with this company and a big kiddos to them coming out so quick.

I had the misfortune of having to replace the entire plumbing system in my house. Johnson Plumbing gave me a fair bid to complete the job. Because of my positive experience with them before, l decided to use their services again and I'm glad that I did. Very professional and friendly, as always. They were in and out in a few days and made the the whole process as pain-free as possible. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber that is fair and affordable.

Johnson Plumbing responded to a call for a drain clog in the kitchen sink. I was told that they snaked the pipe and fixed the clog, but found that the pipes under sink were configured incorrectly and the garbage disposal was leaking. The bill was close to $600. Two weeks later the sink was backing up again so called and asked for the same technician. They sent out someone else who snaked the pipe again but did not fix the problem. Instead tried to charge another $100 and told me they only had a 25ft snake and I would have to call another company. When I called them to address, they told me they would look into it and call me back. After not receiving the promised phone call back, I called again. They did take off the $100 - however did not offer to refund anything else and did not offer to fix the issue. DO NOT USE JOHNSON PLUMBING - they do not stand behind or guarantee their work!

We would highly recommend this company! We needed a new garbage disposal. Johnson Plumbing not only installed our new one quickly, they also gave us a $35 discount for an coupon offer they were actively running that we were not aware of. Ken was pleasant, knowledgeable and worked quickly to get the repairs done.

Save yourself the trouble and headache! Absolutely do not do business with this company. They broker out your information to 3rd parties without your permission or even disclosing it! Then doesn't take any responsibility for the work they do, and you have no recourse because you can't even find the shady and unaccountable company they dispatched to you! Buyer beware!!

Oh and when I called them to discuss the issue, I let them know I'd be writing a review so people would know about this 3rd party practice they use, and the manager said, 'we don't care, there'll be enough other reviews to drown it out and people won't read it' so they're banking on doing this without you knowing.

I needed a new garbage disposal installed. I called 3 companies for quotes. One couldn't quote-had to send a plumber out to tell me the price, one quoted $150. Johnson Plumbing quoted $95. They installed my garbage disposal in about 30 minutes. Ken was pleasant and knowledgeable. I will definitely call them for my plumbing needs!

Unbelievable pricing, for replacing 2) 31 year old furnaces in my duplex. They arrived when they said they would, they completed a very good installation, and cleaned up all in one day. I highly recommend these folks for any plumbing or furnace installation. They were about 1/2 of any other bids I got. Couldn't be happier with them!

Our 2 year old water heater was showing signs of age and I did not want to go through the problem of having in fail or start leaking and have to find a replacement in an urgent situation. I contacted Johnson Plumbing on the the recommendation of a friend and received a quick estimate and scheduled the replacement. Within a few days Ken and his son were here and installed our new water heater. We couldn't be more pleased. They were prompt, courteous and fair priced.
