I needed a new toilet installed and reached out via Yelp to different plumbers for a quote for a new 12"" standard toilet. Only Johnson Bros gave me a quote. The others all wanted to send out a rep first. What's up with that - it was such a simple routine project! Anyway, Nate scheduled me quickly, and my tenant said he was ""kind, communicative and professional"". I will definitely use Johnson Bros again.

Jahz did a great job installing an APEC water filter and fixing some poorly done DIY from the previous homeowners. He was punctual, the price ended up right around the initial quote, and he made sure to explain next steps for getting the water filter running. Definitely happy I went with this company instead of some of the others I reached out to, which were either not responsive or massively overpriced. Will be using Johnson Bros for future jobs for sure!

I called them to unclog the tub/shower drain. Jahz was very professional and capable. He arrived on time and fixed the draining problem quickly. I would have given them a 5-star if the cost was reasonable. For a simple drain cleaning, they charged me a whopping $249 for 10 minutes work! Somewhere between $100-$150 would have been a lot more reasonable and in-line with a normal plumber changes for this job. I know I wouldn't use them next time.

Initially, I was very pleased with this company. They replaced a kitchen faucet (I purchased), and replaced a kitchen drain that had rusted. They replaced it with PVC.
These things were done in August. Fast forward to January, the drain was leaking. Tried to contact three times, finally sent a text. They came out to repair, completely redoing it. They tried to charge the same amount as before. It's now early February, and I have a leaky drain!
