Johnson Bros came out to install a toilet for me. They took the hassle out of the experience by picking up a new toilet and disposing of the old one. The new toilet looks great (Nate had a great suggestion for a new toilet) and is an enhancement to our bathroom. They did a great job installing it and their quote/final price was more competitive than any other plumber I had contacted. They also listed out the costs clearly. I appreciate their responsiveness and their professionalism.

BEWARE..I originally gave a 5 star rating & that was a big mistake..I had the guts changed in two toilets & was asked when he was leaving to give a review so I gave a 5 star not knowing both toilets were leaking. When I noticed I called & nobody answered I texted & nobody answered. I had to put a cup under each toilets shut off overnight, in the morning I called @ 8:15am he said he would be right over to tighten them before his first appt. I waited till noon and called no answer I texted he never got back to me."" BEWARE""
Once he took my money ($329.00)he would not respond to me. Gave a 1 star only because there isn't a zero star.
Now I have to pay another plumber to repair what he did.

I unexpectedly ran into a problem installing my new bathroom vanity, sink, and water lines; so, my project came to a halt. I was calling around to see if a plumber could come over that day and replace my hot and cold water valves along with adding some copper piping and replacing my drain with a new one to connect to my sink, but no one was available. I called the Johnson Bros and they came over within 5 hours, examined my situation, gave me a temporary fix, then came back the next day and did the entire job for me from start to finish. They had awesome response time and were very easy to work with. I'd recommend them and I'd use them again myself.

Cleared a clogged bathtub very quickly. Response to the quote request was received within 24 hours. The customer service and plumbing service were great. Totally recommend this business. We will call them again for any plumbing needs. Prices were fair too!

I cannot recommend Johnson Bros enough. Not only did they replace one tub drain that was in desperate need of help, but they were able to figure how to fix my ancient antique old tub filler that was leaking. They are clearly very talented, professional, and fair. I was amazed at how affordable they were and I fully intend to bring all future plumbing issues to them and to recommend them to anyone seeking plumbing help.

I bought a new stacked washer/dryer on Saturday morning, so I reached out to Johnson Bros to see if they could help disconnect the gas line from my existing dryer, redirect the gas line, and install the new machine.

Nate was the first to reply to my Yelp job request and shared his direct phone number. He gave prompt answers to my questions about pricing and whether he could do the work. I confirmed with him Monday morning at 8am and he said he could come by at 12pm, but got there even earlier at 11am. Job was done professionally and quickly.

He even stuck around to do an inspection of the other plumbing/HVAC systems in the house when he didn't need to.

Definitely don't hesitate to give these guys a call!

I needed a new toilet installed and reached out via Yelp to different plumbers for a quote for a new 12"" standard toilet. Only Johnson Bros gave me a quote. The others all wanted to send out a rep first. What's up with that - it was such a simple routine project! Anyway, Nate scheduled me quickly, and my tenant said he was ""kind, communicative and professional"". I will definitely use Johnson Bros again.
