This business is not legitimate they are thieves that work with fidelity home warranty to collect the service fee and deny service.they won't cover anything, they are rude, unprofessional and just collect money for the company without helping you. They are old and they won't even examine the problem they will just say"" it's not covered "" and walk away Nothing is covered according to them.
They are thieves they are not a real plumbing company.

If you are wondering where all the honest and reliable plumbers went, I'd have to say John's! Jim came out and installed a new faucet in my kitchen and it looks and works great! John's price was more than fair and when there was a small hiccup, company came right out and fixed it! No hassles, no weirdness, just an honest guy who stood behind his work. I would definitely call these folks again!

I am in complete shock at the manners and extreme unprofessional behavior of the technician (I cant even say he was a technician) I have a lap dog who barks and it echoes some, however, he was crazy upset and pretty much was short of telling me to shut-up over the phone as I was at another Location. When I asked to please not talk to me that way as he was doing it in front of my grown children, he proceeded to be extremely rude, hung up on me. I still gave him the benefit of the doubt I called back , just for him to say you will get another plumber and hung up again. My son asked for his name and he give a fake name (and an insult to the Latino community I may add) he said, ""My name is Pancho"". I will try to get this company off of the Vendor list of Fidelity National Home Warranty for other reasons, for one in my opinion, not being able to correctly assess a problem which caused secondary flooding in my down stair dining area, down stair laundry room and down stair den. I have a 4.5 bathroom home and 3 of them do not work, because they did not do their job in the first place.

If I could give them a negative, I would. The two different ladies I spoke with were very rude and abrasive. I was going through my home warranty and I asked them what the plumber reported when they said the job was complete , but it wasn't complete. They said to contact my home warranty. The plumber was the one that told me to call to reschedule for him to come out to replace the part that I had to order! They said the job was complete when it wasn't and got paid for something they didn't do. I'm addition, the plumber that came to the house was unprofessional. I was afraid for my safety. I wanted him out of the house as quickly as possible because he was breathing so hard and came without a uniform. I am very upset with how and the way the ladies talked with me first thing in the morning when all I did was to call to schedule for them to come out to complete the job. Unprofessional to say the least.

Contrary to the negative reviews, our experience was the exact opposite.
First Juan text me early to say he could come early if we wanted . He arrived and was very professional . The problem we were have was a very drippy bathtub faucet that was getting worse by the day. We had to shut the main water valve off because of the amount of water coming out. Within 10 minutes Juan fixed the problem and was on his way. Very neat with his work and did wear a mask.

This was also through a home warranty and when I saw the many negative reviews I felt like I should cancel. Glad I did not and would definitely contact this company again asking for Juan.

This plumbing service is the absolute worst! The woman who answers the phone is rude and extremely un-helpful. She treats you as if you are a nobody and talks over you. She's not willing to answer questions about the service work that was done and she literally hangs up on you if you press for an answer. Furthermore, their plumber came to the house to fix an issue and made the problem ten times worse and then left without resolving the issue . They wanted a fortune to do the job so I called another friendly plumber who came out and FIXED the issue that John's made worse! DO NOT USE them ever!!!!

Played him this video (see photos) and he told me he would spray WD-40 on the handle to fix it!?! Didn't seem too interested in my situation - possible slab leak, under home warranty. Tiles noticeably warmer at night, but when he was here they were 4 degrees warmer, so that's how he wrote it up, as normal. Hopefully he's right. With everything going on, I don't have the energy to battle with the Home Warranty people any more, already had HVAC issues. If there is a slab leak, at least it's tiny, and I guess my kids can live with a humming shower Nice enough guy, so 2 stars.

John seems to not like tankless water heaters. When he came out, he couldn't identify the work that needed to be done and then charged us. I don't think that's fair. Do you?
