Messaged on Yelp the night before. They said they could get out the next day from 11-1pm. I called closer to 1pm due to work. They were great and still sent out their worker, Reuben. He did great and was able to get my basement drain unclogged. Easy to work with.

I called them because of the reviews on here and as impressed as everyone else. They came to fix a clog in the kitchen sink. When I called they were courteous, the person who came over was courteous. From the time I called to when my drain was clear was maybe three hours.

Major drain issues on a Sunday...ugh!! Called John's because of the awesome reviews. A call back from Josh within 15 mins. Josh was here within 2 hours. 45 mins. later and voila! Great price and awesome service! Thank you Josh at John's!

Awesome service and VERY fast response. We did a load of laundry one day to find that our slow-draining laundry sink became a no-draining laundry sink. I messaged them around 8pm and someone came out right away the next morning (I completely forget his name, but he was great). After a nasty unclogged sink and HUGE rush of water, it is now draining perfectly and we couldn't be happier. Thanks for the quick, awesome service.

Epically clogged sink on a Saturday. Called them at 6:30pm. Sink was fully functional at 8pm. This blows my mind. I'm hopeful I'll never need to use them again, but I'm glad to know they're around if I do. Oh, and as you might assume, there is a surcharge to have them come out evenings or weekends (I think it's about 50% more expensive). That said, all things considered, I still thought the rate was pretty reasonable considering how fast it all went down.

These guys are fantastic all the way from setting up an appointment to the final touches. I had them out a few months back to fix a backed up kitchen sink they got it fixed in no time at a great price. Today Kris came out and helped us diagnose our problem even though it wasn't an area they were able to directly help with. Everyone from owners to service techs are knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend ending your search right here because you won't find better.

The best company ever. Our sink clogged on a week end after a party, I will let you imagine the mess. Before calling John's, We called a company named ken't Sewer Service. They guy spent over an hour and was unable to fix the problem. He then said it was a plumbing issue and that he would send over someone to change the pipes, and he charged us $150 for not doing the job, and left a mess for us to clean. I didn't trust his diagnosis, so I called John's Sewer and Drain (I found online). Mitch came in 15 minutes after my call. He was courteous, very polite and respectful. He did an excellent job unclogging the pipes (no plumbing issues like said the first company), cleaned after himself as he would in his own house. I highly recommend John's Sewer and Drain Cleaning company and Mitch is the best. Thank you Mitch.

Got a call at work saying there's a small amount of standing water in the basement of our house, so I needed to get someone quick before it became a big amount. Kyle (our tech) showed up within an hour, diagnosed the problem as a plugged floor drain, and got the problem fixed. The really impressive part was when I talked with my wife afterwards. She said that Kyle had not only fixed the problem but cleaned up the mess around the drain also. Really hard to find good service at a reasonable price these days, but we did here!! Guaranteed I'll be using them again.
