Before we bought our house, my dad told me to make sure I found a great plumber (just in case). I found John before we closed and wrote down his info. On the day we moved into the house, we had our cleaning ladies come to clean and they were running water in all of the bathrooms, tubs, etc. to clean. Sure enough our basement wound up flooding because the pipes were full of rust. We were home, so we were able to catch it before it became a complete disaster. I immediately called John and he was at our house within 30 minutes. He took care of the pipe and told us what needed to be done to really clean everything out. His prices were extremely reasonable. He came back later in the week to snake our pipes with a machine. Since he came, we have had no issues at all. All of these 5 star reviews are 100% accurate! He is extremely responsive, knows what he is doing and charges you a reasonable price. Thanks again John!

He was super responsive, found the problem right away (vs other plumbers that came before), found and fixed another problem in the upstairs bathroom, all this without damaging the house in any way, and charged what seemed to be a fair price (though I'm no plumbing expert).

Called John for a toilet install based upon the stellar reviews and let me say that the reviews are on spot on. I was very impressed with the whole experience and have since decided that I wont be wasting my time looking for another plumber again. Immediately, John came across like a guy who takes pride in his work. He did a really professional job which included fixing the botched work of the previous plumber- which explains why the old toilet had issues. After he was done, he took his time to make sure everything was perfect. Super skilled and pleasant individual. Obviously will call again for any future plumbing jobs.

Called John after feverishly searching for his number from previous work he had done AND after Mr. rooter tried to charge me $441 just to snake a ground floor kitchen sink. He came and in 15 minutes cleared the drain. If anyone calls another plumber they should have their heads examined!! Meticulous, thorough and FAIR!!
