I had a leak in my basement and called several plumbers that I found on Yelp. John had great reviews and was the only one that I called that answered the phone. I explained what was going on. He was very friendly and knowledgeable so I scheduled an appointment. He showed up on time and proceeded to diagnose the issue. It turned out that there was a blockage and he took care of it and fixed the issue. He was extremely professional and fair. I would absolutely use him in the future for any plumbing issue. John is honest, competent and reliable (a rare find these days) and I would not think twice about calling him if you need a plumber.

My 6 y/o American Standard toilet stared to run on its own. I knew I needed it fixed, but procrastinated for a few days. Then it stopped flushing correctly and when I lifted the cover on the tank, the water level was down 2 inches. I remembered seeing John's information with great reviews so I called on a Tuesday afternoon. To my pleasant surprise, he answered the phone. I explained my problem and said it wasn't an emergency. He said he could come over in an hour. Another pleasant surprise. He arrived on time and was the nicest guy. Before he started, I asked if he had time could he tighten the toilet seat because I couldn't get it to stop moving. He said he would and had everything completed within 30 minutes. Due to my experiences with other plumbers (Roto Rooter) I was expecting a bill of a few hundred dollars. Again, a pleasant surprise, it was way less than expected. He did a great job, explained what he did and left a clean work area. I couldn't have been happier. If you need an honest plumber that does excellent work, John is the one. Old time values of doing your best for a reasonable fee. You won't be sorry if you call him.

John and Stevie did our oil to gas conversion. They did a wonderful job, John was attentive throughout the process and was a pleasure to work with and honest as the day is long. He has a A+ lead guy working for him in Stevie. They took out my old monster of a boiler, water heater and oil tank. The new gas boiler was mounted and half the lines were run in the first day! They were efficient and worked well together. I am extremely pleased and would recommend John's Plumbing & Heating for anyone needing a top notch professional.

I want to give John's Plumbing & Heating 10 stars. He has personality + talent. I had pinhole leaks in my basement. He put in new piping. He also gave us his advice on our dishwasher & our Moen faucet in the bathroom. He looks to save you money. His charge for the new piping was very reasonable. John has replaced piping in many different areas.
Unfortunately, our regular plumber passed away. John will definitely be our new regular plumber. It took us awhile to find a replacement. We are fortunate to have John's Plumbing & Heating. Do yourself a favor & call John when you need a plumber. You will be very satisfied!

Super knowledgeable and Honest!! Did not pressure me to do any unnecessary work like some other plumbers do. He was extremely patient with all my questions. I also really appreciated that he did not rush while fixing my leaky pipe. I was lucky that he was available to accommodate me the same day I called him. I'm thankful and so happy that I finally found an experienced plumber in my area that I can trust! And best of all he was reasonably priced and didn't charge me by the hour like most plumber do.
