I woke up to my toilet leaking. I called John's Plumbing and a tech arrived the same day. Jackson was professional and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem fast at a good price. I would definitely recommend John's Plumbing.

Called on 2/9/23 for appt for a leaky sink. They scheduled and appt for the next morning between 10 and 12. Technician called at 10:30am to say he would be arriving soon. The technician called back at 11:15 am to say he could not make it as his employees were not available. I guess he didn't know that at 10:30 am. Unreliable and will not ever call tham again.

I am a first time home owner and single mom. After living in my new condo for only 3 months I had a major leak coming out of my baseboard and flooding my home. Not knowing who to call I went on google and looked for a local 24/7 plumbing company. John's plumbing stood out to me because I saw that they were under new owner ship and it was a small local business. As a small business owner myself I like to support small business. I called John's plumbing and was greeted by Gino the owner. I explained my issue and he had Adam his supervisor come out right away. Adam was very friendly, professional and also warm and sensitive to my problem, seeing that I was a stressed out mom, home schooling 2 kids. He was very honest about my issue, and I felt I was given a fair price, he even worked with me a little on the price, because I also had to hire a water restoration company. I asked Adam for a referral to a water restore company and he suggested the one that John's plumbing works alongside with. They were also Amazing! During my repairs I communicated with Patty and Mia at the office who were absolutely wonderful working around my busy schedule. I had direct contact with everyone 24/7. I felt very good about my decision, I was not treated like another transaction. I was treated like family! The work was done by Bryan, he was very fast and efficient and professional, but also kind and friendly to me, my children and my dog. He worked around the fact that I had to be home with no water for a couple hours and made the repair painless. Adam followed up with me after the work was done to make sure I was happy with everything and also to check on me knowing how stressed out about the leak. I do not have enough words to express how thankful and grateful I am to all of the staff at John's Plumbing! I will forever be a customer. Side Note! My water heater had a leak and I needed to go out of town the same day. I've replaced a water heater myself before, but didn't have the time as I was packing to leave. I called and they came out in the promised amount of time, gave me a quote and said it would take about 3 hours. Well here's where I'll take part of the blame. I thought the quote was rather high ($2600), but was told prices on water heaters have really gone up because of COVID19 and supply chain issues. I was required to give a deposit ($1400). They went to get the unit while I cleared my garage to make room. I decided to Google water heaters and found prices varied greatly in range depending on what you get. For $2600 I figured I must be getting a top of the line unit, so I called and asked what unit they would be bringing and what kind of guarantee it would have. When they arrived back to my house it was a Rheem unit with a 6 year warranty that you can get at Home Depot for around $600, and yes, Home Depot had them in stock. I inquired about the prices and was told I'd be given a discount. Long story short, they had already removed my other water heater, and I needed to go. It ended up taking them over 6 hrs, I got a $250 discount, and am extremely disappointed. The were extremely nice, (who wouldn't be for that amount of profit), but I won't be using them anymore or recommend them to anyone else. In hindsight I should've just turned off the water and waited until I returned. I showed another plumber what I had done and he said for the same job he would've charged $11-1200, when I told him what I paid, he said he wouldn't have charged that even if it was an emergency. Lesson learned, it is what it is. I'll be wiser in the future. David Bell

Had a hose bib dripping. Took the top of and put in 2small plastic washers was on site 45 min. They charged me $400. They will gouge you I asked for $300 no go will never call again and tell friends.

I called them to put in a water heater they were on time and cleaned up after themselves. Ask for Jackson very professional and knew what he was doing and listen to what I had to say about the work that they were going to do. I recommend this company.

They were a NO SHOW twice! On July 20, 2020 I scheduled an appointment on July 21, for an estimate for a faulty shower valve. NO CALL, NO SHOW! On July 22, 2020 they show up and give me an estimate.I thought it was a little high but I was willing to pay the $$ to get the job done. I hired then on July 24,2020 and we scheduled to have the work done on July 27, 2020 @ 8:00 AM. They even sent me a text confirmation. Another NO CALL NO SHOW. It has cost me more money in lost wages than the cost of the repairs. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!

LOUSY!! They came out to fix a wiring issue and leaky valve for my brand new dishwasher. 2 days it stopped working. This is a1pm, so I'm waiting and waiting for ten to come. I finally called them AGAIN and she said he's on his way. HE NEVER SHOWED UP! And now they are not taken my calls. STAY FAR AWAY my Friends

We've used them in the past and we won't be using them again. We called them at 7 AM yesterday morning about a toilet that had flooded, and they said they'd be here shortly. I stayed here waiting for them for hours. We called to follow up several times throughout the day and the phone rang and rang. They never showed up and never called us back. Got a call today casually asking """"if we still needed them"""". Not even a cursory apology. The other reviews are right.... go elsewhere
