Short answer: Outside several scheduling issues and wasted time using their Google integration, PLUS the lie of a free estimate, the price was on par with other services. They did a professional job when on site (which is why it's 2 stars and not one star). Long answer: I made an appointment via Google on a Friday for a Saturday appointment and a free estimate. Not only was the estimate NOT free, but I was forced to put down $89 for them to come out there... AND they were not able to come out Saturday, which they could have told me upfront. They kept on changing times, which was incredibly frustrating for me. At first, I signed up for Saturday, then they said Monday 10am to noon, then they called me the day before and said that my appointment wasn't going to be honored because I'm too far out! They finally decided to come in the afternoon, which caused me to not be able to be on site. From what my man on site said, the techs did a good job. Take that with what you will as I was not on the site. I hate to have to take stars as I'm a huge supporter of small business as my history will show. I just hate feeling like a low priority burden to a service I paid for. I'm not going to do something like dispute charges or anything like that. I will, however, vote with my dollars and choose another company in the future for my plumbing needs. Avoid this business if you'd like a free estimate or if you'd like your appointment to be solid.

The tech, Ace was outstanding. Job was completed quickly and efficiently. The only negative was that the appointment time was 1-1/2 hours late.

If I could, I would review the plumbers and office staff separately because the two are night and day. Water started pooling in my laundry room whenever I ran the washer. John's was the only one that responded out of several plumbing companies I called. It took two visits by the plumbers to detect the source of the leak, which was a crack in the vent line. They investigated further and detected severe backups in two other areas. The plumbers were very thorough in explaining the scope of the work and presenting me with the pros and cons of each possible method for completing the repairs. Ultimately, I decided to replace all the cast iron piping in my house with PVC. Every step of the way, the plumbers kept me informed, answering my questions and easing my concerns. They were patient, friendly, professional, and tidy in cleaning up the mess created by the repairs. They get 5 stars. Now, for the office. Communication between the staff is very poor. I would call with a question and be told that the message had to be relayed to someone else. Then, I would find out a couple days later after not hearing back that the person never received the message. This happened several times. The office manager gave me an attitude when I asked for specifics about the timeframe of the job so I could coordinate somewhere else to stay. Even though her demeanor improved towards the end of the job, the overall customer service of the office staff is lacking. They get 3.

I had a leak within the walls of one of my bathrooms. I found Johns Plumbing on line and a supervisor came out to take a look. After walking around the house this supervisor said that he could send over a specialist to investigate further for a 300. charge up front. This specialist came out and walked around like the supervisor had done and then states that I need the whole house repiped for 9000.00. I told him I needed to think about it over night. I then was able to reach a plumber that was recommended and he discovered it was the Hot water side that needed repiping not the whole house. His company completed the job for half the cost. Do not use John's Plumbing or at least get a second opinion,

Hired John's Plumbing to replace pipes and install new fixtures in my bathroom. What was supposed to be a """"2 day"""" job, according to Adam, turned out to be close to 2 months. Think they took on more than expected. However, ever other day they were cancelling saying guys were not available. The men that were sent to my house were very respectful, can't complain there. However, I was disappointed in the quality of work. Had to have my general contractor secure the new shower box. The last day that they were at my home they hooked up my sink and told me I was good to go. When we went to test out the shower, the shower water was not turned on. My husband had to take the whole shower plate off and turn the water on for it to work. Now as a plumbing company you would think that they would have checked to make sure the shower had water coming out. Just really disappointed and would definitely not recommend. You should not have to continually ask a company if someone is going to be coming to do their job. At one point, Adam, just stopped returning my husband's calls. Disappointing.

We had a problem with our main clean out. Rodrick was very professional. He Clearly explained the issue and worked hard to resolve the issue. He did an excellent job.

I woke up to my toilet leaking. I called John's Plumbing and a tech arrived the same day. Jackson was professional and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem fast at a good price. I would definitely recommend John's Plumbing.

Called on 2/9/23 for appt for a leaky sink. They scheduled and appt for the next morning between 10 and 12. Technician called at 10:30am to say he would be arriving soon. The technician called back at 11:15 am to say he could not make it as his employees were not available. I guess he didn't know that at 10:30 am. Unreliable and will not ever call tham again.
