I recently had a ruptured water heater on a Saturday morning . Our home is located on hillside and difficult to access for the ensuing repairs.

I called John's plumbing service and he was at our home within 45 min for the emergency repairs.

He spent all day installing a tankless water heater and returned a day later to remove and haul away the ruptured unit. His absolute kindness and professionalism created a calm process in light of a very chaotic morning.

He has earned all of our business going forward. I would recommend John's plumbing service to anyone in need of plumbing repairs.

October 8th I hired them to repair my shower, the hot, cold and shower/bathtub valves needed to be replaced. They repaired the shower in two hours and charged me $680 for parts and labor, when I pointed out that Yelp said I get 10% off the said they needed a check for the full amount and to call the office. I gave them the check and called the office, the office said they would only charge me $612 and to wire it to them and they will absolutely not cash the $680 check. They cashed the check and so for two out of work (and parts) I paid $1,292 or about $645 an hour for plumbing. For two weeks they have been saying they will mail me the check for $680, they never have and never will. Don't use this company.

John came to save my day! He was professional and courteous. I was looking for a good plumber so I requested estimation through Yelp. He was very responsive and the price was very competitive. He was on time and explained the process so I have no worries. If you need a professional plumber, this is the guy you call.

I checked the contractor license and business license prior to select this company. There were several companies responded. Some of them did not have a plumbing licenses. DO NOT HIRE ANYBODY WITHOUT THE CONTRACTOR LICENSE. Most likely they don't have insurance if something goes wrong. Regardless reviews, you do not hire anybody without the contractor license. I had a clogged drain, called for service, Victor showed up in 30 minutes. He looked good, smelled good and cleared the drain--all for $140. I wish I had called earlier.

I had a broken kitchen faucet and a clogged sink, and called John's plumbing for help. The technician Victor showed up and he was helpful and personable. He even drove me to my local Home Depot to help me pick out a new faucet, and gave me good advice on the relative qualities of the faucets on display. Between him and his assistant, they managed to fix my problem in an expedient manner, even though they ran into issues that required additional equipment. I am very impressed with the service and I highly recommend this company.

I had an emergency with 80 year old pipes in my laundry room. Water everywhere! Victor came out and by the next day , mess cleaned up, no water anywhere, not even a drop! I recommend Johns Plumbing.
