We contacted them with an emergency, and after helping us along via FaceTime to get started, they showed up the same day, fixed the problem, offered to add another failsafe, and even reduced an already reasonable price as a favor. Very impressive on all fronts - I would recommend them 100%.
Hired John's Plumbing to install a water filtration system and faucet. Had to cut a hole in the countertop for the faucet, and many plumbers weren't able to do so. John did that and installed the system within a couple hours. Happy with the service!
Robert E.I have known John for almost 6 years. I once called him to fix couple plumbing fixtures in my house such as foucet, shower valve and water heater supply line. He not only came on time, did his job in such a professional way, and the price was too good to say no too!
Don't waste your time with this guy . Terrible service an communication. He was no call , no show . Once I finally got in touch with him he tells me he forgot !!! As I sat there an wait for a plumber after a confirmed appointment, his answer was I forgot !! Wow . He would not compensate me at all . Terrible terrible customer service . Wish I could give no stars
I had low water pressure in my kitchen and thought it was our pipes. John came out within a day and checked it out. He was able to diagnose it quickly and told me that it was my faucet. I quickly ran out and bought a new faucet and John came back and installed it for me. He was super polite and fair. Then, I asked John about putting in a clean out because the house didn't have one and I had some problems with clogs. This ended up being a much bigger job, but I felt John was fair in his price and he and his crew worked really hard replacing our pipes because the pipes were not sloping properly into the main city line. They worked quickly and did a good job cleaning up the site. I would hire him again.
I had an emergency situation where one of the pipes connected to my water main had burst. John was able to come out that same day just a few hours later and had my water line repaired in a jiffy. I was worried that it would cost me an arm and a leg but John was honest about his rates and did the work for a very fair price. A total lifesaver!
Very helpful guy, thank you for the quick service and low service fee :) Job well done.
Ms. S.John's plumbing is a family company. John & his father both came out to repair some plumbing in my kitchen. They seemed honest, polite and I felt the rate was fair. They even were willing to give me a free estimate on the phone & I texted pictures so he could give me an accurate price. The price was consistent with what he quoted me on the phone too. I would definitely hire them again.
On September 21st, I set an appointment for John to come fix my toilet. He was very friendly and prompt. He fixed my toilet. I paid him $70 and he left. The next day, the toilet was leaking from the same spot that he had attempted to fix the day before. I called them up and politely explained the situation (John didn't answer, it sounded like an older man). I basically said, ""Hey, no harm, no foul, I'm not mad, but the thing that I hired John to come fix hasn't been fixed, can he please come back and finish the job?""
The man on the phone argued with me, telling me it had already been fixed (I guess he thought I was blind and/or messing with him). I said, ""I don't know what to tell you sir, I'm kneeling down here on the bathroom floor and it's continuing to leak from the exact spot I hired John to fix twenty four hours ago."" The man said, ""John's not here, I'll have him call you back.""
That was over a month ago. I called Plumbing Bros and they came and fixed it immediately.
So if you feel like giving a dude $70, having him NOT fix your toilet, and then having his phone guy argue and tell you that you're wrong, DEFINITELY call John!
OR, just give me the $70. I'll at least set us up a bar tab at the Village Tavern.
John, if you're reading this, feel free to respond. I'd love to hear it. (Seriously, I've been waiting over a month!).

Joanna M.John is wonderful....I've had him help me at home and at an apartment I manage.
At home: replace kitchen faucet, work sink handle needed fixing to stop leaky faucet, ghost flushing toilet, and he gave some suggestions for maintaining the external water heater and the water pressure in the house. He came with his father who was very sweet. I enjoyed chatting with him.
At the apartment: had a small leak, and eventhough I could not go there, I completely trusted him to go there to diagnose and fix the problem. If he can, he will help with emergencies.
I would recommend John. He is honest and kind, and will provide explanations of repairs as well (yes, I am one of those who likes to ask questions and be involved in house repairs:).
