A perfect experience. After getting several estimates to replace a hot water heater pump circulation pump and do the necessary plumbing to accommodate the job, I contacted John and explained what I needed and sent him pictures. I quickly heard back with his detailed estimate showing the high end pump, outlining the work he'd do including a few unasked for extras, and included a generous 3 year warrantee. We arranged a date and time, John showed up as planned, was very personable, and went straight to work. After several hours he completed the job, presented me with a signed bill for exactly what we had agreed upon. As I said, a perfect experience.

I think it's an easy test when a plumber or electrician does an easy job and it works out. The greater test is when it doesn't work out.

I called on John's Plumbing to replace a garbage disposal. They booked the appointment immediately, showed up with the replacement unit and put it in for a reasonable cost.

A couple months later I noticed there was a problem I could work around, but then it stopped working altogether. I called without any email to reference and they reassured me they would help. That same day the owner, John, came out, assessed the problem (my fault actually) and did the repair for no added cost. I was very impressed by the amazing service. I recommend them very highly.

I would describe John's Plumbing as friendly, local and professional.
Both Victor and John worked on various plumbing issues on my house over the past few months and I was quite pleased with their work.

The first issue was rattling pipes underneath my house. They replaced an old water pressure regulator and a bad sprinkler valve. Problem solved.

The next issue was replacing my 1940 (soon-to-be-failing) galvanized and cast-iron sewage pipes. John beat a competing bid by a good amount and did a great job.

THE OLD BAIT AND SWITCH! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

We needed a toilet changed out and had purchased a new Kohler unit for our bathroom. During the estimate process, which was done through Yelp's project messaging system, I was quoted $280 for complete installation of our Kohler toilet and removal/disposal of the old unit.

The first issue was when the workers arrived they told my wife who was present for the installation that installing the toilet would be $40 more because I hadn't told them what the toilet model was and that this was a ""weird"" toilet. To clarify, this was just a normal porcelain Kohler toilet that was essentially the same as the unit in place but in black, and they had been informed in the messaging system that it was a Kohler toilet and hadn't inquired beyond that.

The second issue was that after they were finished they told my wife that it was going to be $50 more to take the old toilet away even though they said that was included in the initial estimate. So, now we are almost 33% over the original quote through their bait and switch pricing.

The third issue is that the porcelain on the toilet was damaged from the manufacturer and they failed to notify us and just installed the toilet, which we are now going to have to get replaced and reinstalled! So, now we are at over 260% of the original quote.

The fourth issue is when I contacted them to at least get the toilet removed from our back yard where they left it they initially said that they hadn't included the removal in the $280 quote even though it was clearly in writing a few lines above in the current chat we were having. This then led me to realize that the John K. in the chat from John's plumbing isn't actually the owner but apparently a group of employees that have access to the messaging and clearly aren't communicating with each other or even reading the earlier entries in a conversation. Whomever I was talking to then refused to talk to me and said I had to call Anna to resolve my issue. Long story short, after calling Anna numerous times and many failed promises later I still have the toilet sitting in my yard.

So, as stated before, this company is using a bait and switch quoting technique betting on the fact that you'll just pay the extra money instead of sending them away once they are on site.

I recently had an emergency situation with a major malfunction in my sprinkler system in the middle of the night. I contacted four of the listed plumbers with 24 hr Emergency service and was unable to reach anyone except John . He arrived quickly and took care of the problem and the water leak.
The next morning, he came back on time and installed new valves and pressure regulator .
John was on time, professional and efficient.
I will use their services again.
