After having another plumbing outfit earlier in the week claim to be unable to snake our clogged drain pipe and suggesting a 1k power jet clean out (which we passed on) we called Johnny Rooter. For $213 bucks the plumber cleared the clog with the snake. Amazing. Don't waste your time elsewhere. Call Johnny Rooter first. This lesson I had to learn the hard way.

I was awoken to a strange gurgling sound from the toilet. Hmm, that's not normal! Then I checked my messages to learn that the toilet in the other side of the duplex was clogged as well as the tub. I went to find my own toilet spewing up something really nasty from along the base. In a panic I started googling, fearing the worst and seeing a very expensive sewer line replacement in my future. I got lucky in that the first place I called couldn't come out for two days. I called Johnny Rooter and was told someone could come by in about an hour. 20 mins later they were on their way. The plumber who I worked with, Mike, was fast, friendly and did a good job. There was a small issue that needed a followup (not something he could have noticed) and he came back and fixed everything 100% the same day. I'm very happy and will definitely be calling Johnny Rooter for any future work that I need! Thank you!!!

Chris was on time, polite, and wearing a mask. He took care of the clogged toilet in less than 15 minutes. He explained what happened, showed me why my particular toilet's design may cause the clog to happen again, handed me the invoice and was out the door. $85 well spent. Seems like you always need a plumber on a Friday when none are available. Well, I called Johnny Rooter (I've used them before) and they had someone in under 2 hours. Cameron unclogged the toilet and the price was totally reasonable, especially for a Friday evening ($85). I would totally recommend them! Friendly people too. I'll definitely be a customer for life.

Amazing guys! Called them for an emergency in the middle of the night on a Saturday, reasonable charge, their technician is very polite and knows what he's doing. Called them at 10 p.m., and by 11:30 p.m. the problem was solved. For sure will use these guys for our plumbing problems. Thank you!

I don't give perfect ratings to anyone--no one is perfect, but these guys were close. We had a clogged sewer under an old double wide we use for kitchen and classroom purposes on our church property. We had gotten a quote from a national rooter company. Johnny Rooter did the job at 23% of the cost (basing their price on hours work and travel expenses) of the national company. Chris and Mike, the two technicians, were very professional. They introduced themselves properly, were clean cut looking, and everything was "yes sir" and "no sir."
