Amazing guys! Called them for an emergency in the middle of the night on a Saturday, reasonable charge, their technician is very polite and knows what he's doing. Called them at 10 p.m., and by 11:30 p.m. the problem was solved. For sure will use these guys for our plumbing problems. Thank you!

I don't give perfect ratings to anyone--no one is perfect, but these guys were close. We had a clogged sewer under an old double wide we use for kitchen and classroom purposes on our church property. We had gotten a quote from a national rooter company. Johnny Rooter did the job at 23% of the cost (basing their price on hours work and travel expenses) of the national company. Chris and Mike, the two technicians, were very professional. They introduced themselves properly, were clean cut looking, and everything was "yes sir" and "no sir."

We clogged the sink cooking Christmas dinner and managed to pass the clog so that if affected the whole kitchen and couldn't wash any Christmas dishes. What a nightmare. Johnny Rooter team came out the morning of the next day- they were so fast, friendly, put up with our needy cat that loves strangers, and reasonably priced. I hired johnny rooter plumbing to extend a gas meter line on the side of my house and to coordinate with the gas company. Give the the gas load and tell them when the permit was passed. They did neither.
I used them about a year ago and fired the plumber as he would not do what I asked him to do. I AM DONE!

These folks are reliable, fair and do great quality work. We had a sudden plumbing emergency the night before Christmas Eve, and even though we called 5 different companies in a panic, Johnny Rooter responded immediately and scheduled their technician, Mike, to come out ASAP. Let me tell you, if you have a plumbing emergency, THESE are the guys to call. Even though his work ran until almost 3 am, he was incredibly professional, friendly, and completely saved the day. Everything in my Austin house started draining slowly, so I assumed it was the main line. A handyman who had done some other quality work at my house told me that he was going to have to take the kitchen sink out to do an inspection and clear the problem, and quoted me $600. I called Johnny Rooter and Connie told me the typical repair on that was somewhere between $100 and $150. Cameron came out, found the problem in the line, and fixed it in under an hour. He also went beyond the required by checking other things and being incredibly personable and friendly. Obviously these guys could be making more money by taking advantage of people, but I was delighted to pay $130. I plan on making Johnny Rooter my go-to for plumbing problems in the Austin area.

I spent nearly $1,000 with Johnny Rooter, not to mention about $800 I had to spend in wasted water. The City of Austin threatened me over the poor quality of their work, which was not to code. I eventually tore out what they put in and had it done right. Stay far, far away.
