When it got down to below freezing temps around Christmas, we went out of town. New owners of our home, we didn't want to risk not being here, so we turned our water off at the street. Came back home to no issues, but when we turned our water (and water heater) back on, we noticed our water pressure was low in our master bathroom sinks. Unfortunately, we were headed out for vacation the next day and didn't have time to deal with it then, on top of it being Christmas Day.

Welp, we came home from vacation and still had low water pressure. We reached out to our amazing real estate agents (shout out to Katie & Whitney at Platinum Realty) who recommended Johnny Rooter to us.

We called them and because today is New Year's Day, we didn't expect anyone to answer, much less come out today. They told us it would be $300/hour and $275/hour after that (those were emergency after hours service charges due to the holiday). But the guy was so freaking nice that he told my S/O what he thought might be the problem and suggested something for him to do. Well, he did what he suggested and it's fixed, our water pressure is back to normal. The guy cost us $0. I had to leave a review because that is just damn good business.

Will be bookmarking this plumber for any other issues we might have in the future and I suggest you do the same!

Great job. All I needed was a toilet swap for a new toilet. They came out the very next day and only took about 30min to complete! They were nice enough to carry the new toilet from my car inside and cleaned up the old toilet and boxes/etc from the new toilet. Quick efficient and good pricing!

What a great experience! Johnny Rooter has my plumbing business from now on. We had a clog in the kitchen that was backing up the washing machine line. They were able to get us in same day, showed up promptly and called before arrival. They analyzed and determined the problem quickly and stayed to make sure everything was working. I've been using Johnny Rooter plumbing for at least 20 years now. Michael and Connor came today to fix a leak in the slab. What we thought would be a nightmare, they fixed in six hours. I can always count on them to do a professional job at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

I had very little pressure in my faucet. I thought it was a broken pipe somewhere but it turned out to be just a calcium buildup. The gentleman that came out was wonderful. He cleaned the calcium right away, my faucet works perfectly. He only charged me $55 service charge. They will be my plumbers whenever I need them!

I had previously used this service and was happy. Drain they worked on 2 months prior started to clog again. Called and spoke with someone and was told I would get a call back. 8 hours later I called again and was told someone would call me again. Next day and still nothing. Pretty disappointed and won't be using again.

We called Johnny Rooter for two clogged bathroom sewer lines. On the phone they were very polite, patient, and informative, gave us a price, and put us on the schedule for a couple days out. Meanwhile they had a cancellation so they squeezed us in early. Remy was our technician, a nice, hard-working, and polite young man. He explained to us what he would be doing, went right to work, completed the job quickly, and explained to us what he found. The final charge was exactly what they had quoted. We're impressed with Johnny Rooter's prompt service and with their respectful, conscientious employees. We'll definitely call Johnny Rooter again.
