Thursday- made appointment for following Friday between 3pm-5pm for a clogged sink.

Friday- Plumber shows up at 8pm!!! Awkwardly opens and walks right in my front door?? Whatever, I did call him to come over after all... He's a nice guy, apologizes and says he got backed up with work. So he gets to work by running the water for 5 minute, he tells me it won't be a quick fix so he needs to come back, either Saturday or Monday... He'll text me.

Saturday - 3:50pm text from plumber- not going to make it, he'll come Monday between 1pm-3pm

Monday - 3:30pm text from plumber- I'll be his first call Tuesday morning at 8:45am... yeah, we'll see.

Tuesday- showed up around 9am and got it taken care of!

3 weeks later my toilet clogged up. I texted Johnny, he gave me a couple instructions and then came over in less than 15 minutes. Fixed the problem in 5. Pretty impressed with the service this time around. Definitely have to increase the star rating after this experience!

Reached out to Johnny this morning and he was quick to respond to our repair needs. He was flexible with our schedule and while I was coordinating directly with him, it was my wife that was actually present when he administered the repairs. He completed his diagnostic, identified the problems and proceeded to administer the repairs that needed to be done all within the hour plus time that he was here. He was knowledgeable, respectful, took the time to explain the issues to my wife, & completed the job. We'll need some time to make sure there are no issues with the repair (6 month warranty on service) but so far happy with the service. Issue: kitchen sink was leaking in two areas - replaced pipes & fittings - had parts available with him. Thumbs up!
