John is the real deal. He came out to replace what we thought would be our entire pump grinder, and found that we only needed a part replaced rather than the whole pump. Other companies were quoating $5k-$50k, and John was able to repair everything we needed for under $300. We had them out last week to replace a garbage disposal in our guest house and again this morning to replace the main water valve in our house. John the plumber took a job they couldn't do. I am trying to sell my house and needed my septic inspected. They came without letting us know, we were out of town and they started digging up our front yard. They left a pile of dirt with boards on it and said someone will come by soon to do the inspection and pump the tank. My yard has looked horrible and we have been showing the home to potential buyers they kept telling me that they outsource their pumping it's ""not their fault""then don't take the job if you can't finish the job.This should have been a one day job it has turned into a month long ordeal. I will not use them again for any of my plumbing needs!!!! And hopefully I won't have to!!!
