If I could put 10 stars, I would. This is an exceptional company. I used them a few times and every time they communicated great, were on time, always did the job well and were courteous and did not charge a tonne of money. The last time they did a service for me, they accidently made an brown bubble in tub/shower surround. They said they will fix it free of charge. In less than a month, Mark and John replaced the whole surround, with no extra money charged. They basically gave my bathroom a brand new look. I did not think that there are still honest plumber out there. But I was wrong. Great service, excellent communication, good work, a pleasure to work with. I will always use John the plumber.

If you want peace of mind that your plumbing problem will be handled as scheduled, to code, with quality parts and excellent/lasting repair methods, then I recommend you contact JTP. I've hired this company for several jobs over the past 10 or so years and I've been happy with the outcome every time.

Several of the JTP staff plumbers have been to our home, including John. Each of them has been conscientious and very skilled. Mark recently discovered a significant equipment failure. We ordered the replacement system and then a couple days later Erik went above and beyond to cover every detail as he installed the replacement parts. We are very pleased with the results. T-town friends PLEASE call and trust in John The Plumber & crew!!! I have called on them over 4 times now, and ALWAYS they deliver with honesty, integrity, and respect! I've had the pleasure of meeting John, Mark and now Eric and could not brag more on their experience! Yesterday, I found a leak (from upstairs sink) but we did not know for sure where, it damaged the ceiling downstairs. Kim from the office took my info down and had Eric out the next afternoon! He came prepared, patient and knowledgeable. Eric looked throughly at everywhere, measuring distance to aim an exact spot of where the water could be coming from before resorting to cutting the drywall! Found the problem of the cracked pipe, saw the leak and repaired the pipe. It was a challenge and in a tight space!
Trust these guys! Give them your patience when booking, as you will not be disappointed! They get you taken care of and best of all, THEY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!

I called one other company who told me it would be $250 just to have someone come out. I was given a four hour window and after everything was done I paid just under $150. Very professional and friendly. If I have any future problems I will be calling again!! A local business ran by friendly professional people at a great price.

I bought the house I've been renting for 8 years in Tehachapi so naturally something had to go wrong immediately, and right before Christmas right?! In my case that was a burst main water line that had to be completely replaced in this 70 year old house because the pipe and leak were under the garage! John has done much of the plumbing on this house over the years so that's who I turned to in an emergency and I'm very glad I did! Fair and Honest John the plumber did expert work fast and made sure to keep the costs as low as possible for me! 5 Stars because 6 wasn't an option!

The job was done correctly, but they have no eye for detail. None of the pipes were straight that were exposed in the garage. looks like an amateur did the job. After returning to fix the lines that were routed wrong in the attic their fix for not being straight or level was to put black insulation on it.

Very honest plumbers. Big name brand plumber told me I needed my house repiped. John gave me a good estimate but then told me my pipes were good copper and I didn't need it. They also fixed my shower and a leak. I highly recommend this company. Good people.
