John is the real deal. He came out to replace what we thought would be our entire pump grinder, and found that we only needed a part replaced rather than the whole pump. Other companies were quoating $5k-$50k, and John was able to repair everything we needed for under $300. An honest, reliable plumber that we will be using for any/all of plumbing needs we have in the future! Thank you John!

John Nelson and his staff have been reliable and easy to work with... always. We had them out last week to replace a garbage disposal in our guest house and again this morning to replace the main water valve in our house. John the plumber took a job they couldn't do. I am trying to sell my house and needed my septic inspected. They came without letting us know, we were out of town and they started digging up our front yard. They left a pile of dirt with boards on it and said someone will come by soon to do the inspection and pump the tank. My yard has looked horrible and we have been showing the home to potential buyers they kept telling me that they outsource their pumping it's ""not their fault""then don't take the job if you can't finish the job.This should have been a one day job it has turned into a month long ordeal. I will not use them again for any of my plumbing needs!!!! And hopefully I won't have to!!!

A rude and apathetic business. After several calls for emergency plumbing services (leaving messages), staff handling the call said, ""You're not on the schedule yet, and we'll get back with you."" I said that I have an emergency repair that needs to be addressed. In a rude tone, I got... ""We are very busy... You will have to wait until sometime next week!"" No... I need to find a plumber that offers service. Bye John the Plumber!

If I could give more than five stars I would. John and his staff have done many jobs for us over many years. Sink installations, swamp cooler repairs and just this week taking care of roots blocking the drains. These guys are great. Always prompt, always friendly and always at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.
