Our AC went out and they were able to get someone here that same day. LUIS D. was our technician and he was extremely polite and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly and got our AC working again. Extremely happy with Complete comfort and I will definitely be recommending and using them again! Two great service visits.

When the AC went out we called and the tech was very patient, courteous and helpful. He told us that they could try and fix the fan motor, but no guarantee the system would work. We discussed the 18+ year old unit we had and looked at the replacement alternatives. No pressure; simply a well-informed and clear presentation of the available alternatives.

We decided to replace our very old (in AC years) unit and although it was easily a 2 day job, the pleasant, hardworking duo arrived right on time and got to work immediately. After a very short break they worked into the afternoon and were done around 3pm. The new AC works great and we are very happy with their professionalism, attention to detail, wearing protective masks and always extremely polite.

Complete Comfort Heating & Air did an amazing job installing my air conditioning unit! My house was built in the 1920's and never had air. The team at Complete Comfort lead by Eric (Installer) came into my home with the utmost professionalism, strong work ethnic, and courteousness that has been unmatched. Eric was fantastic with regard to explaining exactly what they were doing. He also took time to explain the equipment and how it was being installed. I felt very comfortable with the Complete Comfort team as well as confident they were extremely knowledgeable. My home had to city pass inspection. The city inspector told me that Complete Comfort did a great job! It made me feel so good that I made the right decision in choosing Complete Comfort! I had just painted the interior walls and they did NOT destroy them or my fresh paint job. Mike (Owner) was very attentive and easy to reach if I had questions. We have used Complete Comfort Heating and Air for over 2 years to conduct routine maintenance on our AC and heating units. A few weeks ago one of our AC units stopped working. Michael's crew came right away and performed a test to figure out where the leak was in the system. A new condenser was put in and we couldn't be happier. Michael's crew, Jose and Luis have always been so professional, courteous, and super friendly! They are very knowledgeable and are so easy to talk to. The office staff is also super helpful! Creating an appointment was quick and easy over the telephone. We love communication with texts regarding confirmation and estimated arrival.

Luis Dorado arrived on time and was extremely professional in his appearance and demeanor. He was very transparent about the fees. He quickly found the problem and explained it to us. We were thrilled that he had the part with him and left with our air conditioning working again. He was very respectful of the home and wore booties to protect our floors. After the repair, he walked around with a temperature gun and confirmed adequate cooling in every vent in the house.

This was a perfect experience and we could not recommend this company or Luis more highly.

I hired complete comfort upon the recommendation of the yelp reviews and the experience of another person who posted on reddit. I needed my old 1960s furnace replaced and to have brand new central air conditioning installed in my town house. I received excellent service from everyone that worked at Complete Comfort. Luis was super polite professional and on time when he gave me my initial estimate. Scheduling the install with David was a breeze and when Eric, Jose and Joe came to do the actual install, they crushed it in a day and were amazing at their job. They too were extremely professional and respectful of our home and were just a very nice team of guys. The pricing was very very competitive and I am happy with the work. Mike the owner was also quick to address all of my concerns and made sure that everything went as expected.

The only reason why i can't give the full 5 stars is for some minor issues. They were just a little bit late (30 mins) on the day of the install. They assembled my HVAC unit on my driveway before bringing it into the house, so there were some sharp bits of scrap metal and 5-6 screws leftover that they accidentally missed upon cleanup...I noticed them before pulling my car back up the driveway. Also the incorrect thermostat was initially installed but corrected very soon after I told them.

All in all, an excellent company and hardworking team that does very quality work at an excellent price. I will be recommending them to any of my friends and family in need of HVAC work.

Not even a year ago, our air conditioning unit broke and you guys came out and fixed it. At the end you gave us the option to pay extra to get 2 FREE service calls. Well when we called you out to come out today to get one of our FREE service calls, it ended up being $300. In what way does $300 mean FREE to you. There was NOTHING wrong with our unit before you came out, touched something and made it make a horrible sound. The guy you sent wasn't even doing anything for half an hour, just sitting next to the compressor outside staring at it. FREE means you come out, do a quick service, and leave. For FREE!! We are very disappointed with the so called service. How dare you offer 2 FREE services when you are not even going to honor it.
