After reviewing my bill they realized there was a mistake and adjusted the price accordingly. I appreciate them doing that. They do good work that was never the issue, they threw me off charging to much for the filters, that turned out to be a mistake.

Update;

Called a different AC company that does do ""REPAIRS"", they reinstalled the lines from the pressure test done by Complete Comfort, recharged the unit, fixed our two leaks, in about two hours for $500 BUCKS!

3 Months Now With Ice Cold Air Used Everyday.

You Do The Math, $6,000.00 To Replace Or $500.00 To Fix.

Kind of a No Brainer!

Answer shopping is what everybody should Be doing and NOT just go with some smooth talkers Like Complete Comfort Heating & Air.

I wanted to tell you how much I appreciate your plumber...Omar was communicative, timely and professional. He showed up (some people don't), was ready to asses my situation, had his measuring tape and described the visual changes he anticipated.

He provided a fair quote and reasonable time for completion. He listened to what I wanted to accomplish then made sure he understood and then described how he would proceed. He was very clear in saying plumbers don't do stucco so I already know to plan for patch work to be done. Once the work is completed I will update my review, in the meantime here is a before picture.

Not trustworthy. Charged for changing nest thermostat and they just reinstalled the old one. Threw away/ lost our custom reusable AC filter and replaced with a Mickey Mouse pieced together with duct tape. Their resolution was to provide 6 disposable filters, but couldn't replace our reusable one. They Closed dampers & left them closed so that we had to figure out why the AC was not working without having to make another service call; also, when they installed the wiring, they stapled it down so the current wasn't running through; it took an electrician under the general contractor to fix it. These people wanted us to replace the whole AC unit. Get out of here with the multiple rip off attempts.
Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere.

Just had 2 new air conditioning (heat pump) units installed at our house. The old ones were 21 years old and on their last legs.

I called Complete Comfort first, on a recommendation from our neighbor, who had new units installed a couple of years ago and highly recommended them...and wow was he right!

From the time that David took my call and Mike showed up to inspect and provide an estimate I knew I was in good hands.

After approving the estimate we had to wait about a week and a half for the units to be ordered, delivered and installed. I figured this was a very acceptable timeline, considering we were in the heat of the summer and they likely have lots of calls and other customers to attend to.

Their foreman Eric and his assistants were top notch from beginning to end. Taking care to not only lay down tarps throughout the walkways in the house, but vacuumed and cleaned up meticulously each day before they left.

I can't say enough good things about this company, so I am certain that anyone who uses them in the future will have a similar experience. Thanks a million!!

Complete Comfort has been a wonderful company to work with. We have used them several times and instantly felt comfortable and confident in their service and we can truly trust everyone. I called during the summer heat wave and was excited how quick they were able to get out to me. They were concerned I could have a serious problem and I felt I was made a priority to see so things didn't worsen over the weekend. Luis was our technician, and he has come out a couple of times in the past for maintenance. This last visit was again 5 star as usual. He texted when he was on his way, arrived exactly on time, was dressed professional and clean. He was very polite and graciously listened to me awkwardly explain what was going on with my AC. What I respected most about Luis, was that after I kept pointing to the unit and the weird noise, he didn't immediately assess that. He started his assessment of my entire unit in a systemic order saving the unit for last. I really appreciated that and was 100% confident he was going to fix everything. Of course he found the problem and was able to replace/repair the broken part that day. He also showed me how dirty the outside unit was and recommended a deep clean of it and then offered to show me how to keep up the maintenance if I wanted to do it myself. It looked brand new after he spent so much time on it. My AC was back to sounding normal and running ice cold! I had to put on a sweater! haha. Thank you complete Comfort!!!!!

Been with these guys for a few years. Always professional, courteous, punctual with appointment times. Mike is communicative and helps clear up issues over the phone as much as he can, but also comes out depending on manpower and availability. Luis has been my tech and always takes his time to explain every step of what he's doing before, during, and after his work. Will likely continue to stick with this business for the foreseeable future. Highly recommend.
