We have used Complete Comfort Heating and Air for over 2 years to conduct routine maintenance on our AC and heating units. A few weeks ago one of our AC units stopped working. Michael's crew came right away and performed a test to figure out where the leak was in the system. A new condenser was put in and we couldn't be happier. Michael's crew, Jose and Luis have always been so professional, courteous, and super friendly! They are very knowledgeable and are so easy to talk to. The office staff is also super helpful! We'll definitely recommend them to our friends. Thanks for the wonderful service!

We just completed our first current service call with complete comfort, and it certainly will not be our last.

Creating an appointment was quick and easy over the telephone. We love communication with texts regarding confirmation and estimated arrival.

Luis Dorado arrived on time and was extremely professional in his appearance and demeanor. He was very transparent about the fees. He quickly found the problem and explained it to us. We were thrilled that he had the part with him and left with our air conditioning working again. He was very respectful of the home and wore booties to protect our floors. After the repair, he walked around with a temperature gun and confirmed adequate cooling in every vent in the house.

This was a perfect experience and we could not recommend this company or Luis more highly.

I hired complete comfort upon the recommendation of the yelp reviews and the experience of another person who posted on reddit. I needed my old 1960s furnace replaced and to have brand new central air conditioning installed in my town house. I received excellent service from everyone that worked at Complete Comfort. Luis was super polite professional and on time when he gave me my initial estimate. Scheduling the install with David was a breeze and when Eric, Jose and Joe came to do the actual install, they crushed it in a day and were amazing at their job. They too were extremely professional and respectful of our home and were just a very nice team of guys. The pricing was very very competitive and I am happy with the work. Mike the owner was also quick to address all of my concerns and made sure that everything went as expected.

The only reason why i can't give the full 5 stars is for some minor issues. They were just a little bit late (30 mins) on the day of the install. They assembled my HVAC unit on my driveway before bringing it into the house, so there were some sharp bits of scrap metal and 5-6 screws leftover that they accidentally missed upon cleanup...I noticed them before pulling my car back up the driveway. Also the incorrect thermostat was initially installed but corrected very soon after I told them.

All in all, an excellent company and hardworking team that does very quality work at an excellent price. I will be recommending them to any of my friends and family in need of HVAC work.

Not even a year ago, our air conditioning unit broke and you guys came out and fixed it. At the end you gave us the option to pay extra to get 2 FREE service calls. Well when we called you out to come out today to get one of our FREE service calls, it ended up being $300. In what way does $300 mean FREE to you. There was NOTHING wrong with our unit before you came out, touched something and made it make a horrible sound. The guy you sent wasn't even doing anything for half an hour, just sitting next to the compressor outside staring at it. FREE means you come out, do a quick service, and leave. For FREE!! We are very disappointed with the so called service. How dare you offer 2 FREE services when you are not even going to honor it.

Pleasant no hassle experience throughout. Customer service was polite and helpful with scheduling. Our tech (Eric) arrived on time and was extremely polite, professional and patient. He answered every question to my full satisfaction. He went over all issues found and work that was needed. His work was completed in a timely manner and reasonably priced. Overall, quite pleased with Complete Comfort Heating & Air. We will be using them again for any future cooling and heating maintenance. Highly recommended!

I had a bad experience with this company over a year ago. I had some personal things going on in my life at the time, so I decided to let the terrible experience I had with this company go for the time being. However, I still feel obligated to share my experience so that others do not make the same mistake. The gist is that we had an older unit on our home. They did an 800.00 plus repair that lasted only 40 days. They would not stand by their repair or refund the money. When I asked them to do the additional repairs they suggested since I was already 800.00 plus in with them for a condenser, they said they wouldn't do it since the unit was old. We ended up going with another company to have the whole thing replaced. My biggest issue is that they listed additional repairs that needed to be done. After the unit failed, I asked them if they could do the repairs. They wouldn't do them. They said it would fail again. I feel an ethical company wouldn't do an 800.00 repair knowing that it would fail, as they claimed. I will share my correspondence so you can be cautious should you choose to use this company.

Technicians Erik and Jose we're Very professional, courteous,clean and their work was exceptional and they their kept work areas very clean I would definitely recommend Complete Comfort and air.

Called them to fix a leaky kitchen range hood exhaust duct that was blowing cooking odors from light fixtures, ceiling cavity etc. Eric arrived on time, diagnosed the job quickly - the exhaust ductwork was improperly connected behind drywall by previous owner and so the hood was venting into the space between joists. They gave me a fair quote to repair it right away, I agreed and ~3 hours later the ducts were removed, realigned and connected with loads of adhesive/tape and vented nicely to outside the house. He also did the repair in a clever way to minimize holes in the drywall and avoid disturbing the cabinets. I could see the job was done carefully and the joints were fixed robustly.

What I also highly appreciate is that they did the job right away and didn't reschedule for another day etc....and saved me time.

I would use their prompt, friendly and quality service again.
