Lost a customer today.

Made an appointment a week prior for an appointment due to my spouse and i's work schedule--Got it confirmed and everything the week before the appointment. Day of the appointment comes and my spouse waits 2 hours for the technician to come to clean our HVAC unit, they never come. I call the office and Krystal says there's nothing they can do other than make us wait for another technician to arrive hours later.

The only thing I was really told was ""well, I was out of the office all day and we made a mistake"". I assume the point of an appointment is to not waste the consumer or company's time.

VERY frustrating having to wait around for 4 hours and then more time for the actual service time itself.

The technicians and service were great (used them twice before), but the logistics suck.

Probably will use another company for future HVAC needs.

Mike was super helpful to help us fixing our AC during a busiest hot summer day. We had a broken AC unit last week. It can happen anytime during a hot summer day, and usually, I am okay to wait for a few days to get it fixed. However, having a broken AC with a newborn in my house was a totally different story. I had to call 16 different places to get help, but none of them could help me during their busiest summer day. Krystal and Mike was awesome enough to fix our AC as soon as I called them. It only took a few hours before Mike to fix the AC unit. He was very professional, and called out all the possible problems and explained why and how. Then he fixed it all. Instead of fixing and take off right away, Mike stayed around in the yard to see everything works properly to make sure there are no further problems. I definitely recommend them to everyone. I'll totally reach out to them again whenever I need a help with my AC unit.

Total lifesaver. Tried troubleshooting the thermostat based on YouTube videos. Nothing worked. Desperate in the heat wave and getting ready for my wedding in a few days I made panicked phone calls to everyone I could find on yelp. The first 6 calls gave me the same response: it's a heat wave. We are booked til next Thursday.
Krystal actually calmed me down and said she'd get someone out in 2 hours. The tech called that he was available earlier. Yes and thank you! Turns out it was as simple as a filter!! He was EARLY. Not just prompt. EARLY!! Gotta love that they took my emergency to heart and saved the day. They've earned my loyalty.

My unit was 23 years and the season is heating up, the whole team helped me feel comfortable with making this big purchase decision. Eric gave the initial diagnostic and quote. Great experience - Eric arrived at the scheduled time and methodically worked through troubleshooting an issue with the thermostat not initiating heating or cooling. Turned out to be a quick and easy fix and I was able to get back up and running with just the dispatch/diagnosis fee. I'm skeptical of most HVAC companies having seen more than one try to rip off friends and family but I'm off to a good start with Complete Comfort.

I had an 8 AM appointment and no one even contacted me until 8:20 AM. The person wanted to know why I did not answer the door. I told him because there was no one at my door. They were obviously at the wrong address. So they were late and at the wrong address so I told them I did not want them to bother coming. Never received an apology from the owners or a manager. Obviously an incompetent company.

The response from the company is not accurate . There was no one hour window given to me. As s matter of fact I received a text at 7:41am that s technician was on his way for the 8:00am appointment. Secondly, the technician never arrived at my address. He had the correct address but he was not at my address. I was at my address. He went to a different property. Why would I make that up? I also left two voicemails with the company and neither was returned. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Complete Comfort just completed my furnace maintenance. Once again, easy scheduling, on time and great service. Crystal is the best. Her customer service goes well above expectation. I can't say enough about this company! Highly recommend.

we have mike come out before and we asked him again for our heater this time, he was on time, so nice, even gave my barking dog a treat, she loved it! I really appreciated his help and signd up for the membership and will def call again if we need another service call!

The furnace, located in the attic crawl space, stopped blowing hot air and was blowing cold air. We were having a chilly 40 degree night time cold spell in southern California!
I called 3 HVAC companies which I found on YELP and left messages early Tuesday morning. Krystal at Complete Comfort Heating and Air was the first person to return my call within 21 minutes. She made time in their work schedule for the repairman to come out to fix the heater at 6pm that night!
Quan arrived and spent a considerable time testing out the furnace to determine why it was not working. The air filter was too thick and heavy, not allowing air to go up the vent. He replaced the air filter with the professional lighter weight more transparent one and then retested the furnace 2 more times with his diagnostic machine to make sure that there were no other problems. The furnace is now working. Total cost under $100
The next day I ordered a box of the professional air filters from Complete Comfort Heating and Air which they are going to hand deliver to me. Thank you Complete Comfort Heating and Air for responding so quickly, thoroughly diagnosing the furnace, and being very reasonable in your charge.

Originally we had Complete Comfort and Air fix our broken heating system and replaced a module of some sort at a reasonable fee. We joined their service program at the time without really knowing the real benefit of deal. Fast forward six months later and the owner Michael showed up to provide their inspection replacing our air filter and checking the general health of my system. He never pressured me into a replacement of our unit but did spend at least an hour in our attic testing our equipment. Extremely nice, polite and very respectful he proceeded to showing me the condition details of my Heating and air system. No pressure what so ever. I highly recommend this company because they are honest and trust worthy. Thank you Michael we appreciate your efforts.
