I have an unresponsive landlord so there wasn't much I could do as far as repairs go but Xavier and Anthony were fantastic and understood and worked within my means to at least get me to function. So grateful for that!

Booked these guys to come out and work on a leak I have in the bathroom. They said the appointment was for 12pm on the call. OK. That's good.

In the email the appointment was for somewhere between 12pm-2pm. OK, not as good, but standard.

At 1:50pm I call to see if the technician was going to make it--I had moved a few meetings around and was sure to be home to meet the guy--and was told ""Oh, he had let us know he's really backed up and I forgot to call you. I'll give him a call and get back to you.""

A few minutes later I get a call back, ""He should be there in an hour."" Well, we had already seen how that went once. It would be nice if they were a little more respectful of my time, as I tried to be of theirs. They might do great work once they show up.

My husband and I found John Snyder to be EXTREMELY personable and candid regarding cost and explanation of what would or needed to be done. All questions were answered and concerns addressed.
The prices given UP FRONT for each job INCLUDED EVERYTHING (all material - even if purchasing prices rose, time/man-hours - even when extended because of unforeseen obstacles - like in our case). All works areas were cleaned, trash/boxes were neatly put out and or carried away to be disposed of.
All work was done in a timely fashion and it was a pleasant surprise to find out the work done was warranted for a period time - which was GREAT!!!!! We'll definitely reach out to him/his company again and will highly recommend.

* WORK PROFESSIONALLY DONE - 1) broken kitchen faucet replaced, 2) connection of waterline/attachment (fridge's water/ice maker) run through crawl space, 3) Removal of small utility sink and seized pump - replaced with large utility sink and new pump. : )

Very positive experience. I contacted this business via Yelp regarding an issue with the pipes in the basement being either clogged or frozen. Everyone that I interacted with at this business was helpful. Xavier and Anthony were very professional and they solved the issue right away. They were timely and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend! We had a leaky drain issue with a DIY sink installation and I was at the end of my rope trying to figure out how to fix it. I left a voicemail on John's line and received a callback within 15mins. He was friendly and kind while asking questions to assess our situation, and luckily was able to dispatch his team within less than an hour due to a last-minute cancellation.
John's team (I think Anthony and Xavier?) were on-time, professional, and quick with their work. They wore face masks, which I appreciate during this latest wave of the pandemic. After finishing their work, they reviewed the fixes with me and patiently answered my questions.
Although this drain leak was such a minor issue, I don't have any regrets about the money I spent on for their expertise and speed. I feel much more confident about our new sink setup now that they've repaired my DIY-gone-wrong and looked over the rest of my work. Do the smart thing-- skip the DIY and call these guys instead!
