We use John Padilla Plumbing for all of our plumbing issues and needs, and have been since 2015. We've had a huge variety of work done, from replacing the water heater to bringing water heater elements up to code to fixing leaks and drains to replacing pipe and fixtures to replacing the sump pump. Every person I've talked to and had come to the house has been extremely prompt, professional, friendly, great at their job and finish in a timely manner. Plus, it's easy to talk to a person in the office right away and get jobs scheduled quickly. I've only compared their estimates to 1-2 other companies over the years and they are usually a great price. All of the plumbers I've talked to give honest feedback, answer all my questions and take the time to explain why they are doing something and how it works, and are never condescending. I truly appreciate this. We are happy with all their work and only call them for our projects. Most recently Manny was at our new house to give an estimate for items from our house inspection, and he supplied two different options to choose from. Again, he answered all my questions and was a pleasure to work with. Can't recommend John Padilla Plumbing enough!

So I used this plumbing company despite already having using other plumbers and finding one For now trust. The only reason for it was because our HOA recommend them. I had a leaky faucet shower. I canceled my plumber and scheduled for them to come out instead. From the get go it should have been a warning.
I called to schedule for the plumber to come out. The attendant repeated at least twice they charge by the hour. Having changed the shower cartridge at least twice in the past, I knew it took 45 minutes to hour max, so I said that's fine.
I send the plumber a picture of the faucet beforehand. -All plumbers want to know what they are working with so they can arrive prepared.
Guy shows up says despite me sending him the picture he needs to see it for himself. Then
he goes to turn off water to entire building and starts chatting with HOA president. I call to him and he says this won't affect the time because the water has to drain -fine.
Then he disappears for about 20 minutes. He comes back and says he had to go buy the part. I was shocked that being a plumber he didn't have the parts. I don't have a special faucet, it's a standard Moen. -Now, where I live there are no plumbing or hardware supply stores 10 minutes away (10 minutes to go and 10 minutes to come back)
He starts working on the faucet and is chatting on the phone.
When he's done he charges me for 2 hours and says he had to round off to the next hour. -REALLY!!!!

NEVER AGAIN will I use them! So unprofessional, unprepared. Talk about a con job.
If they don't arrive with the supplies needed, needs to chat on the phone while working and then charges twice as much as previous plumbers- they definitely don't know what they are doing.
This was just replacing a cartridge- can't imagine the horror of having them do any other work for me.

My kitchen sink started to flood with water out of nowhere we called this company and in less than an hour one of their guys, Randy, arrived and fixed the problem. Great customer service, fast and convenient would not hesitate to call them again.

Had a slow leak behind the wall in my bathroom, my HOA came out to inspect and left a giant hole in the wall but called John Padilla Plumbing. Randy was the tech who came out, he was early, efficient, respectful and even helped out with cleaning up when he was all done. Our unit is set up that when he needed to shut off the water it shuts off to 15 other units as well, so he was conscious of this as well which I thought was nice. Randy was also respectful of my pets, I have a dog who is not a fan of new people and him respecting that was huge. My pipe is repaired, no leaking, and both hot and cold water are working wonderfully.

John Padilla Plumbing has saved me! I am a recent widow and my refrigerator went out. My husband handle so many of these things so thought I was doing good, bought a new fridge took all the measurements ect. delivery company comes to deliver the fridge and my water line shut off was not working therefore they could not turn the water off. Essentially, the new fridge was in the garage. Brandon came that afternoon, repaired the valve and disconnected the water line n the house. The appliance delivery people now said they could not return for a week to move my new fridge so not the kitchen and they said they would not hook up the water line because the shut off valve needed to be in the house! Brandan explained this wasn't unusual and we made an appt. for a few days later, I will have some friends more ve the new fridge into the house and Brandon will return and hook up the fridge. Thank you to everyone from John Padilla Plumbing for dealing with a crying and confused nut and walking me through this whole mess. They actually cared about me and this is a company that understands that s was more than a plumbing issue to me!! I love you guys so much!
