Wanted preventative measures done as we seem to get a back up every couple months. They charged $290 to snake out tub. I had to ask for other services that were not completed thoroughly. I asked to check all sinks and tubs for leaks. Nothing downstairs was even looked at. Also asked for the camera from the sewer. The battery died during the process. I was told I would get footage and that hasn't happened either. Total for 45 min of work.

I was surprised by the superb service from the contact call to the technician arriving to my home on the dot. I have been trying to get a plumber for several months, several referrals from friends, several calls to ads and even called a plumber whom I got his number from his van while walking in my neighborhood. No call back from anyone, I got very discouraged until today I found a company who is serious about their business and their clients to be. John Padilla Plumbing send a super technician Brandon Buss, very polite, great demeanor, very professional and not pushy!! He did a great job and now I know where to call.
It took me months to find the right company and a great technician it was worth the wait.

Oliver G. was the plumber who helped me with several kitchen and bathroom plumbing issues in a townhouse that had the original 1980's plumbing. During the walkthrough he was very professional and attentive. Answered all my questions without ""manspaining"" to me like another company did after I made it CLEAR that I was the homeowner (so obviously I know how to do more than the laundry and cooking). Besides the professionalism and not treating me like I was June Cleaver, his quote came in lower than the mansplainers. Oliver was very flexible in working around a crazy schedule while I was getting multiple renovations at once and provided quality workmanship. I would definitely use J.P. Plumbing again and ask for Oliver!

Prompt service and the technicians were very polite - but they charged my wife $488 to snake a 100ft 4"" pvc outdoor garden drain which turned out not to be blocked - that price seems insane but maybe it's the world these days.

I had some issues with the internal components but didn't have time to do it myself. I had 3 companies come out that all had good reviews but Julio Valle was the clear choice. A message was sent so I knew who was arriving. He correctly diagnosed the issues without a bunch of bs about the water connectors or a new toilet being needed. He got the work done efficiently and sent me pictures afterwards which I appreciated. I definitely would recommend this company and will use them again for sure. Good, fair price as well as a 30 day warranty.

This review is long overdue. We have hired John Padilla plumbing to work on several occasions at my mom's rental property (water heater issues), and at her home (drainage issues).

The response time was always very quick, and we were alerted by text as to when to expect the plumber(s). Problems were assessed and solved quickly and professionally by the various individuals that came to our aid.

All of them were courteous, professional, informative, and knowledgeable about their jobs. Pricing was fair, but to be fair...I would pay any price for this level of expertise and professionalism.

To the plumbers that came to our assistance...kudos to you all: Oliver Garces and Jose, Roberto Rosenberg, and Julio Valle.

I was informed by a plumber/friend repairing a water line under my 66-year-old home that some of my cast iron drains were looking to be in need of repair or replacement. He was unable to do that kind of job.
I called John Padilla Plumbing based on their overall online ratings and reviews, and the fact that it is a family-owned business (with NO every-commercial-break annoying TV commercials) that I had never heard of. Call it a gut feeling.
I'd heard reports of other homes in my neighborhood getting up to $25K bids to replace the old drains, so I was really sweating what the full story was going to be. Roberto came out on day one, crawled the 20 yards under my home to get to the questionable pipes, and gave me a $2400 estimate to do what needed to be taken care of (BIG relief.) He scoped my cast iron main line out to the street and said it was in great shape for being 66 years old (time to celebrate!)
On day 2, Roberto was joined by apprentice Samuel, the offending pipes were replaced with ABS, a handy, accessible cleanout was added, and the job was done for the original bid.
I'm very pleased with the way we were treated by Padilla Plumbing employees, and the way the work was performed. I was elated to learn that my drains were in good shape for the near future. I would highly recommend this business.

I was impressed with the service and response to my Bradford white water heater control valve. They had not initially installed the water heater but still honored the manufacturers warranty. I was impressed with the scheduling supervisor (i think victor) and would highly recommend Padilla plumbing if you want THE JOB DONE RIGHT!!!!
