My plumber wasn't available and neither was his backup so I went online and mistakenly thought this was a small-time plumber. I totally REGRET using this outfit. I did have someone come out the same day, but I didn't realize that the minimum charge for the service was $400!!

I had a running toilet and it took, at most, 10 minutes for the plumbing technician (not a certified plumber) to fix it. I was furious that the price was so high and I will obviously never use John Padilla Plumbing again and I hope you don't either!

Had a house we wanted to purchase inspected by technician Lendale Knox on November 12th. Lendale was very thorough and professional in his inspection. Lendale provided clear explanations on issues he saw and provided several options on how they could be addressed. Lendale has the customers best interest in mind. I received the inspection report and a reasonable quote for the repairs. I plan to use John Padilla plumbing to do the suggested repairs.

Our toilet was installed 5 years ago when we remodeled our bathroom. The tile guy seated the toilet, but come to find out, he didn't do it well. The toilet has been leaking, and we also developed a terrible drain fly situation. We called Padilla Plumbing and they sent out Lendale, and what a delight -- he fixed it asap, did a thorough job, was super easy and nice guy all the way around. We will highly recommend Padilla Plumbing and Lendale anytime!!!!

We were recently in need of a licensed plumber to establish a water line from sink across the kitchen to their refrigerator, I contacted a few plumbers and one plumber needed us to jump through hoops before scheduling appointment and the one appointment that was scheduled Tuesday for Friday 3-5 was abruptly cancelled on Thursday instead of getting second confirmation they ere asked to reschedule for Monday as the assigned plumber's last job was taking longer than expected so we declined and randomly ran across John Padilla Plumbing, who eagerly accommodated our needs with a same day 3-5 appointment which worked out great on Friday.

Adam Harman and and Jose arrived on time as promised with smiles and meticulously evaluated and came up with a plan that both the customer and plumber agreed upon, quoted a reasonable price for the scope of work to be completed including required supplies , and since it was late Friday scheduled job for first thing Monday morning.


I love that John Padilla Plumbing has a great team of staff who provided outstanding customer service, great communication from start to finish via emails & texts. First on Friday notified us the technician Adam Harman was on his way via text, then technician followed up with a phone call to let us know their estimated time of arrival, emailed confirmation of Monday 11/25/2924 appointment was received minutes after Adam and Jose departed, Sunday a reminder text was also received, as well as text received Monday morning informing us technician Jose Ponce was on his way and Jose and Noel literally showed up minutes later as scheduled.

I am grateful for Jose Ponce and Noel's knowledge , attention to detail, hard work going above and beyond accommodating our requests and answered each and every question with smiles we asked. If I could given them 10 stars I would and would definitely recommend and use John Padilla Plumbing services again!

I am unhappy with John Padilla Plumbing. I needed an estimate for a leak on the outside of my home. I went to their website to schedule for a tech to come out to give me an estimate.
I had to agree to a 4hr window and chose (1pm - 5pm) I took time off (loss of vacation) to be available but they did not show up during the agreed timeframe .
They contacted me at the last minute to let me know they were almost an hour away.(already dark outside) by that time I was already angry and disappointed and said no thank you.

Do Not Recommend!
Terrible customer service and service. The staff and managers provide poor service overall. My company called them to set up a day and time for a quote. They never showed. We called them to inquire why they didn't show and we were informed they were busy. We rescheduled and once again they did not show and then they pushed back another day and time to come out. We tried calling their dispatchers and a manager and they claimed no one was responding and we would have to call back to speak to the manager and reschedule for an appointment. This is unacceptable and I would never recommend John Padilla Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

Jose Ponce arrived quickly and was very helpful in fixing a pinhole leak in a pipe. His work saved me from a lot of water damage. Highly recommend the services, as they have technicians available at all days and hours.

I had a positive experience with Juan Navarro who completed a garbage disposal repair/replacement. He accomplished what I needed, although I do feel the cost of the repair was rather high, however it was not a reflection on his work as a technician. Next time I'd probably do my research and check out different companies before making a decision.
