Ray's visit was very comprehensive in assessing the HVAC needs of our home. I appreciated how he ""walked me through"" everything he observed when he looked over the crawlspace, attic, electrical panel, perimeter of the house, and each room to assess the situation. The visuals of the proposed mini-splits on the walls were very helpful to see. His more formal presentation was very informative and enjoyable, highlighting all the benefits of working with John Owens Services. Before the end of the visit, Ray was able to give me an estimate on both a Heat Pump / Mini-Split Ductless System, and a Heat Pump Ducted System (using our existing ducts). Ray excelled at explaining the differences between the two proposed systems, and he included many options to consider to fit my budget. Ray has followed up with me to see if I have any additional questions and is such a pleasure to work with.

John Owens has installed both new heating and AC systems in our home. They've done a fantastic job!! I have never seen such a responsive and professional company! Estimates, scheduling, prompt service have all been top drawer. Each of the technicians is courteous and answers all of our questions. Two incidents stand out as emblematic of their 5 star service. First, my wife wasn't pleased with where I decided to put the new AC unit. Even though installation was near complete, the technicians moved the unit to an entirely new site for us. Secondly, because of this move, we needed to move a large outside storage unit. Without any hesitation, all the technicians moved this large, heavy unit to the new location. This is a first class company and I feel fortunate to have them servicing Marin!

John Owens Services just installed a new furnace and a/c for our home owner association's clubhouse. When they came out to do an estimate Ray did a thorough job. There were no surprises when the actual installation happened. He also found some problems with our airflow system that the two other bidders should have noticed.

They completed the installation in a timely way and left the work area very neat. If you need a new furnace or a/c system, I'd definitely recommend this company as a potential resource.

Great service ! I had my heating ducts removed and replaced under my house due to rodent damage. The technician Jairo and his helper did a fantastic install. The work was very clean and they also through in a few extras such as changing out my thermostat wire from a 2 wire to a 3 wire so that I can run the fan without heat. He also taped up the existing flue pipe. These guys have a great future in the business. I was a contractor for nearly 50 years and would hire these guys any day.
