We had started seeing we were getting less hot water last week so I had started getting quotes including John Murray Plumbing thinking we might change this out in a couple weeks before it became an issue. Ran out of time around 9:00pm last night when the tank blew. We have used JMP before over the last ten years and their quote was a complete one (one price for labor and a 50 gallon tank) and called their number that night so I could get a call back first thing this morning. Sure enough got a call shortly before 8:00am saying they be out by 11:00 and beat that by one hour when two trucks arrived with a tank ready to go at 10:00. All done 30 minutes later. Fair, straightforward pricing and fast service, can't ask for more than that but so rarely does that happen.

I have only ever used John Murray Plumbing and I have no desire to look elsewhere. This entire business - from the people who work in the office to all the plumbers - are terrific!
After bandaging along our 55 year old house, we finally had to have a complete re-pipe done. Six plumbers and 10 hours later - they were done and I have great copper pipes and piece of mind.
I have had them come out put in a clean out pipe, to clear lines, put in new line for my washing machine and now my re-pipe. I have had at least 8 of the plumbers in my home and I trust them implicitly. My husband and I took off to let the plumbers do their job and returned to find them just finishing up. They laid moving blankets on the floor, cleaned up after themselves and were kind and respectful.

Called John Murray plumbing off a few recommendations to do an area yard drain clean. The team of TJ and Miguel came out and battled twenty-two years of roots, dirt and debris. They worked fast and even cleaned up when they were done. They were masked, they were professional and kept me informed of the progress. This was a project that was years overdue so the job was not an easy one. I am more than happy with the results. Bring on the rain.

These guys are truly amazing! I've been using them for the past several years for everything from a broken shower pipe in the wall to replacement of outlet valves under every sink and toilet in the house to replacement of water pressure regulator. They are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional, reasonably priced, and most important, HONEST. Example: I had a leak in one of the inlet/outlet lines going to the water heater and there was water all over the garage. For all I knew I needed a new water heater. John Murray Plumbing came out (within a couple hours on a Sunday nonetheless), assessed the problem, determined there was no issue with the actual water heater and replaced the inlet/outlet lines for a fraction of the price I was expecting to pay that day. They are my ""Go To"" in the SCV for any and all plumbing needs. Keep of the fantastic work guys!
