Once again John Murray Plumbing to the rescue. We've been using John Murray since we moved to Santa Clarita 11 years ago. They have installed faucets, cleared drains, took care of a weird toilet leak that almost took out half of the ceiling in our garage, and a few other ""issues."" This time it was the water heater. Sunday April 5, I went out to the garage to find half of the garage covered with water from our leaking 50 gallon water-heater. It was 12 or so years old, so I guess it was time, but during the Coronavirus scare? As it was Sunday, and already late afternoon, by the time I could clean up the mess I thought we could do without hot water for a day. But to be safe, I sent a quick email to let them know I would be calling. The next morning they called me at 8:15 to tell me they could help. I ordered a new water heater over the phone and John came out by 11 to install the new water-heater and take away the old one. We had hot water by 1:30! Great job John and Amanda! Thanks again.

I have used JMP in the past and my experience has always been great-that is why I stick with them, but today I have to write and say just how great they are!! Today Miguel came out to help with my situation and he was such Godsend! Very knowledgeable, pleasant and tidy. I have hired many plumbers in the past but JMP are always the fastest, most knowledgeable and affordable...they don't try to add things on to pad the bill. I highly recommend them!!

What an amazing experience! Tom showed up on time , earlier actually than he originally anticipated, and informed me that my broken galvanized drain pipe was not that hard to repair. Tom had all the correct parts on his truck to complete the repair and charged me less than I anticipated!!! I asked him how long he had been with the company and he said 30 years! This says it all! Thanks John Murray plumbing for fixing my water leak!!! I would happily recommend this company to my friends and family!

I tried plunging our kitchen sink but when I couldn't clear it I called John Murray plumbing and they sent someone out in just a couple hours. Cole was terrific in getting the clog cleared and then to make sure it was done thoroughly, he cabled the cleanout in the back of the house.
