Called John Manning Pluming for septic tank pumping. Set the job up and on that day received a call from the office that they had an emergency and needed to reschedule the job. The job was set for the next week. On the day of the job received a call from Bobby who said that he was on his way to our house for the septic tank pumping and wanted to make sure that everything was still on for today. Bobby arrived and explained the job proceeded to us and we agreed with his recommendations for the job. After digging out our inlets (which were five feet in the ground) Bobby showed up some pictured of risers that he installed to bring the inlets up closer to ground level. John Manning came with his pumping truck and pumped the septic tanks out and made a few recommendations for us to follow in the future to help our tank last longer. Bobby installed our new risers and refilled the holes and level out the dirt. Over all this job went very good and we will call John Manning Pluming again. P.S. The emergency was while digging for a new install of a septic tank the hole caved in. I can not fault John Manning Pluming for that.

Pleasant experience working with this company. The owner, John, actually comes out to service calls with his employees to assist and meet customers. Not only did they tend to the service call but John also went out of his way to assist my family with additional concerns with septic issue that we were having. He even called back after a week to follow-up. I highly recommend working with this business if you want a trustworthy and personal experience.

I decided to try John Manning Plumbing as he advertised being voted AV's best for eight years. I called John Manning Plumbing on a Monday. I scheduled an appointment for Thursday morning to get an estimate to change a kitchen faucet out. Their ad said ""free estimates"" however they were going to charge me $25 to come out. So the only way it is free for an estimate is if you have them do the work then they will apply the $25 to the cost of the job. Thursday morning they called to cancel the appointment and said they would call back to reschedule. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday went by with no call from them. So much for a ""hundred percent satisfaction guaranteed"". I decided to go back to the do-it-yourself method and the job is done no thanks to John Manning.

On 1-31-17 I needed a the new pilot assembly installed on my new water heater. Bobby the service technician was very professional and called to let me know he was coming and arrived on time. The install was completed in a timely manner.

Time to have the septic tank pumped just for maintenance. Called a few companies in the local paper - one didn't return the call. Person I spoke with at J. Manning Plumbing was very friendly and helpful and set up the appointment on a day / time convenient for me. Sure enough, at 8 a.m. I got a call telling me they were on their way and be here in half hour, which they were. Bobby was extremely courteous and got everything set up quickly and neatly. Pumping was completed within a short time and my property was left clean/neat as I wanted it. Thank you for a professional job. I will use John Manning Plumbing in the future.

I have used John Manning twice in my rental in Palmdale, California. The first time i got different estimates and varied from $200-$5000. One company suggested that they hammer jack my driveway, reroute the pipes and one to simply change the toilet. John Manning came in and did not charge me to run the snake with camera to get the proper diagnosed. The problem was efficiently fixed . He was flabbergasted and disgusted with the recommendation from other plumbers . He fixed both issues main sewer back up and sprinkler valve.

Guys if you need someone who knows plumbing from inside out and a company with integrity it is John Manning plumbing. I only call one company. No more stress in getting estimates from different company. They gained my confidence and trust.

I called John Manning Plumbing to fix a leaky drain. Robert and Bobbie showed up on time and were very friendly. They checked and found the drain no longer leaking. They were super honest easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend John Manning Plumbing. A great experience all the way around. Thanks guys!

We called, they came. They were professional, quick, and reasonably priced. I have recently had experience with other plumbers, and will call John Manning plumbing next time I have a need. Don't bother with any other company, these guys are where it's at!!

Terrible service with a terrible attitude.

Do not do business with John Manning.

Not only does he do a bad and incomplete job, but he does it with a pushy, aggressive I am better than you attitude. If you make the mistake of hiring him, keep an eye on him, as John Manning will shortcut the job and tell you that is the way it works.

While performing (or lack of performing) he completed about 80% of his job and quickly covered up what was left to be done. As we discovered this before he left, he became very aggressive (puffy chest and all) and told us we did not know this, that, etc... sounding very much like someone who knew they were in the wrong. His bullish tactics did not work with us as we are fully aware of what his service should have done. We have had this exact same service several times before and each time they did the job 100%. This guy is lazy and trying to scam us/you by doing less of a job so he can do it more often.

Sadly, I believe he is just embarrassed and insecure about his business.

I would highly recommend NOT using John Manning.
