I called Wednesday, Sept 23rd and spoke to the receptionist for an appointment which was booked for Friday Sept 25th between 10-12. Well, Friday came and went without the plumber calling or showing up for the appointment. Horrible horrible customer service. When I called to complain, rather then trying to get someone out ASAP, they tried to set an appointment for Monday. No water and they wanted me to wait through the weekend. DO NOT book with John Manning plumbing

Came when they said they would, did the job they said they would do, there were no cost surprises with the actual job initially bid. As with any job that has unknowns we did have to go a little higher in cost, but JMP gave us a good break down, the research we did verified the cost and in the end we end up with a new and reliable system. The office is so rude!!!
And they are money hungry!!!
We used them about 3 years ago and they worked on our septic tank lines and pumped it. Charge 5800.00 and marked the area so when we are ready to pump again, they'll know where it's at.
We are ready to pump the tank again and Shirley looked at our paperwork from last time and said that they'll most likely will have to use a camera for extra 250.00 to locate the tank. She said, they don't have time to look for it so the camera is the quickest way. The reason for us calling the same company is because they did it last time...so you would think you mark it for the next time you'll need to come back, right? Save the headache and use someone else!!! This company is dishonest!

I am purchasing a home and they came out and went through the septic system and gave me the tools I needed to complete my purchase.
