This company is ridiculous. They take your money, then leave you without service. I wish I had never contacted this company. What a bunch of scammers. They are the nightmare contractors you hear about that take your money and never return to finish. BEWARE!

They were able to set up an appointment for us the very next day and arrived on time. We had a lot of work that needed to be done and Josh and Jason got everything taken care of the same day as the estimate. Josh and Jason are very easy to communicate with and explained what our plumbing issues were and what needed to be done. Definitely recommend and will call if we have any other plumbing problems.

I called Wednesday, Sept 23rd and spoke to the receptionist for an appointment which was booked for Friday Sept 25th between 10-12. Well, Friday came and went without the plumber calling or showing up for the appointment. Horrible horrible customer service. When I called to complain, rather then trying to get someone out ASAP, they tried to set an appointment for Monday. No water and they wanted me to wait through the weekend. DO NOT book with John Manning plumbing

Came when they said they would, did the job they said they would do, there were no cost surprises with the actual job initially bid. As with any job that has unknowns we did have to go a little higher in cost, but JMP gave us a good break down, the research we did verified the cost and in the end we end up with a new and reliable system.
