John Gleason saved me!! I was running a training at my music studio, with 18 trainees and one bathroom for three days, and on day two, the toilet got clogged, right around the time of the morning coffee break, and with 25 minutes until we would be welcoming an additional 10 families with young children for a demonstration class. I needed someone to come right away and work quickly and quietly and be finished before our demo class, and John was the angel who made it happen. He came within 7 minutes, and finished right before the families arrived. Thank you!!!

About 7 months back I got a new job (facility ops) and inherited John Gleason Plumbing as a vendor. I couldn't be happier with the excellent service, care and attention to detail that him and his crew operate with. I can always count on them to get the job done and most importantly at a reasonable price.

I changed out and fired plenty of the vendors that I inherited when I got this job because I didn't feel we were getting the proper service for the price. That was NOT the case with John Gleason plumbing. They are excellent and will always get the job done in a timely fashion.

I have personally dealt with Mr John Gleason on a consistent basis. In my business we need a reliable and experienced plumber for our sites in the north bay. And we have just that with John and his crew.

The special thing about John is that you can tell he truly cares about his customers. On numerous occasions he had gone out of his way and the scope of the job to tell me about other issues going on in my stores that could be detrimental to business. He didn't have to do that, he's just a good person and that's what good people do. I feel like I can read people pretty well consider by my line of work, and John Gleason is not only a great plumber but and even better man.

I highly recommend this John Gleason Plumbing to anybody who wants to simply have the job done right by a reliable company.

This review is long overdue! Before the holidays, we had a clogged toilet, called one of the chain plumbers and they spent 2 days trying to clear it with no luck. By the end of the second day, they told me I needed a complete new sewer lateral, which would cost $17,000. Yes, $17k! I told them it was crazy, and magically they realized they could do it for $9k. Lost all trust in them and called John Gleason and told him what happened. He was outraged on the phone and was able to come over immediately. In three hours his guys cleared the problem (in the dark!) He came over a few days later to finish it up. All for under $1800. John is honest, dependable, does amazing work, and previously worked with the sanitary district so knows the ins and outs of how the city works. I am so, SO grateful that I called him and that we have someone so honest and genuine in our city. THANK YOU JOHN! I OWE YA ONE!

5 stars to Pini Hardware for providing a list of emergency weekend plumbers amidst my weekend sump pump emergency. 4 stars for J. Gleeson who actually bothered to call back on a Sunday & provide a tempting glimmer of hope. 3 stars for sounding relatively convincing. 2 stars for advising me to take the next day off work and await his grand arrival. 1 star for not returning texts or voicemails (as instructed to send). 0 stars for not showing up or even bothering to call with whatever excuse, least of all an apology. Bad form John. Bad form.

I'm very disappointed to disagree with many of the other reviews as I hired Gleason Plumbing to work on my home a short while back and recently smelled gas and had PG&E come out and they discovered the gas connections were only HAND TIGHTENED! That's why I hired a licensed plumber in the first place! Shocking to discover this shoddy and unprofessional work, I will never use or recommend them again!

Friendly, honest, quick to come out (like less than an hour), found & fixed the problem fast; John Gleason Plumbing was a pleasure to work with. When you have an emergency and your business relies on having equipment that works, toilets that flush, absolutely NO backups and a very very quick response time John is who we call.

For the most part we use our facilities personnel to fix minor plumbing issues but when some plumbing catastrophe happens we need the extra reassurance that come from a reliable plumber who is insured & boned. We have shopped around for a plumber that can basically come immediately when called for an emergency plumbing situation, as a medical facility we needed a reliable partner that is as committed to us as we are with our clients. John has so far showed us that he is our man and we are grateful for his professionalism, quality work and speediness.

John was great. I had a faucet with a leak in the valve. I called him, texted him pictures of the faucet, he found an exact replacement and installed it the same day it arrived from the warehouse. This was all within 48 hours which was appreciated as it was our kitchen sink. He followed up afterwards to make sure everything was good. John was top notch and I would certainly use him again.

Just had John and his guy mike out to the house to fix a hot water leak after my contractor drove a nail through the pipe. Again I would strongly recommend John Gleason for any of your plumbing needs. He has now done multiple jobs for me and is extremely easy to work with. I will be only using him for all future plumbing needs.
