I hired John Gleason Plumbing to install three Toto toilets, and they did a great job! I ordered the toilets from the Home Depot, and one of them arrived broken. I had to order a replacement and I am having issues in getting the broken one picked up. So - if you are going to install some toilets, you may want to order them through John Gleason Plumbing instead.

I called John on a Monday morning to address a clogged sewer line after finding a recommendation on NextDoor. He sent Frank out literally 45 minutes after I called. Frank is very competent and attempted to clear the line using a large snake for about an hour. He was unable to clear it and told me he suspected there might be an offset pipe connection under the house, but that their schedule was very full until Thursday. He recommended I call another plumber if we couldn't wait, but I decided to wait since I trusted him and we had a couple of other bathrooms on a different line that still functioned. He returned today (Thursday) and told me he wanted to try with a smaller snake one more time to see if I could avoid the cost of them disassembling pipes under the house. He was able to clear it and charged me a very fair price. I'd definitely use them again.

I called John Gleason because I was having problems with my main sewer line. I had received an estimate from another company for 13k to replace the line. I needed a second opinion and thank God I found John. He showed up within an hour of my phone call and he was able to clear the pipe without replacing the entire line. ... wow ! What do you do when you wake up and you have no hot water? Call John Gleason Plumbing. We have used John before to install a sump pump under grandma's house. He did a great job and did everything he said he would. When my water heater went bad we called him again. By the next day we had a new water heater. Especially happy with the installation because he fixed things that needed to be corrected from a previous install. He brought the gas line to the front of the water heater closet, he put the water heater on a stand, and placed a pan and drain under the unit. All an improvement over the last time I had it done. He also identified a broken pressure value that was the cause of the water heater problem and pressure problems inside my house. My pressure was so high it was causing damage to my toilets and sinks. So he really did a complete job. He was professional and his workers left the work site clean. He does high end quality work.

3 weeks ago I had a sluggish bath and laundry drain. A well-known plumber came out and snaked out the drain cutting any roots which normally solves the problem. Not this time.
On a Saturday (yesterday) my toilet was backed up and not in a pretty way. These things ONLY seem to happen in my house on the weekend at the double rate fee.
I am so happy I found John Gleason who is such an honorable and decent man. He not only answers his phone on a Sunday but had a heart and came right to my house. In 5 minutes after he arrived my toilet was unclogged and everything back to normal.
I notice small things which are always big in my world. John is very clean and considerate. He brought his own clean white rags and washed his hands before writing my receipt. Nice touch.
I recommend him if you want an honest, to the point guy who won't offer to sell you a new toilet or system if you don't need it. Good guy. Thanks, John.
