Upon inspection, he needed to fix some other parts attaching to the garbage disposal to prevent future leaking, and described to me why this was necessary. He had all the parts and tools he needed to complete the job. He was polite, prompt, worked quickly and drama free. Price was within tolerances, considering he had everything he needed in one trip.

At 3:30pm today, we called John D for an urgent repair to a bathroom faucet feed valve that had failed and caused flooding. Within about an hour, he was on site. This was pretty amazing, considering it was late on a Friday. We were happy for his responsiveness. Not only that, he charged us his regular rate rather than charging any urgent service rates. He was polite and very reasonable. We plan on using his services again for our future plumbing needs. Five stars for our experience today.

Woke up to a busted pipe leaking water into our garage. Got in touch with John and he was at our within a couple hours. The repair was done quickly (and expertly) at a reasonable cost. Will definitely seek out his services again.

I had a leak spring up in a hot water pipe and was looking to get someone to fix it as quickly as possible. After calling several plumbers it looked like I was going to have to wait 1 week before I could get a plumber to the house. I contacted John and he was at the house within 30 minutes and had it fixed 30 minutes after he arrived. The price was reasonable and response was awesome. I would not hesitate to use him again.
