John is fantastic. Prompt, responsive, skilled, & inexpensive. Instead of looking for ways to over charge, he makes suggestions to save you money. My only hesitation in posting this review is that I don't want to share him.

John does great work! When I needed a ice maker water line relocated to allow for a dishwasher install, he devised a clever work around that saved us hundreds of dollars! Rather than reroute get the line under the house, he routed out the particle board under the dishwasher to allow the new dishwasher frame to rest on the floor. I highly recommend John! I called and left messages for 3 different plumbers and John was the only one to call back!

John D just left my home. It is shortly before noon. I called him after 5 pm yesterday. One toilet completely clogged, other 2 wouldn't stop running.
He was courteous, worked efficiently, fixed the clog, and replaced 2 valves. Cost was reasonable. I would definitely recommend.
Oh yeah... my dog loved him.

I called two other plumbers and got answering machines and no call-back, I called John, he troubleshot my disposal problem over the phone in about 15 seconds. Problem solved, no charge, easy peasy! I can't say much about quality of craftsmanship or anything like that, but customer service? Top marks! Thanks John!

John was very responsive in communication. He repaired a kitchen sink at a rental property. The sink was leaking underneath and John did a great job of pinpointing the problem and getting it fixed efficiently and affordably. The repair looked great! I will call on John again for my plumbing needs.

We have used John D Plumbing on 2 occasions and both have been just before a major holiday when guests are to arrive to stay with us for a few days. On both occasions, he had proved to be a reliable, skilled and trusted plumber. He made himself available in spite of his busy schedule and holiday season, he provided advice and fixed our plumbing issues with efficiency and his rates are reasonable.

I always dread looking for a professional trade people such as electricians, mechanics and plumbers because you never know who you will meet /get in spite of the reviews. We are lucky to have found John as he is definitely skilled, but most importantly he is trustworthy. He likes people and he likes to help. In a service oriented trade, one not only need to be talented in what he/she does, but they need to want and enjoy helping people. There is that saying that in your lifetime, you need a good accountant, a good lawyer and a good mechanic... Well, John D is one that I will add on this as the plumber to call when in need. Call him for your plumbing needs and, you will know what I am talking about.

We have used John on 2 occasions, which speaks volumes because after he came the first time when we first moved into our home, on the day before a holiday, he did such a great job, at a reasonable rate, and was polite and professional, it was easy to choose who would install our new toilet, and who will install our new kitchen sink in the future.
On his second visit over a year later, John replaced our toilet, which he provided great advice on which would work best for us prior to purchasing it. Due to no fault of his, there was as small leak in the tank, which he returned to replace the next day even with his busy schedule.

You know how you always dread having to look for fair, talented, trusted and professional trade people, like electricians and plumbers? Look no further, John is that plumber.

I have frozen pipes and called 12 or so different plumbers, John got back to me first, and gave me some great tips over the phone to unfreeze the pipes. I have not actually tried any of them yet and don't know if they work, but the fact that John was willing to spend 10 minutes on the phone with me at such a busy time for FREE speaks volumes for his integrity as a businessman and his willingness to provide great customer service. He's got my future business, for sure!
