This our second time using John and we highly recommend. John is professional, quick, and easy. Our shower got stuck on (full) and we called John. John answered immediately, asked us to text him a pic of the piping, then quoted a flat fee and showed up (in a mask) 20 mins later. The job took about 45 mins and it now works perfectly. He's our first call going forward

This is our 2nd time using John D Plumbing and he does a fantastic job. While some plumbers take days to return a call, John is always prompt in his response and very flexible with his schedule- was able to see us and fix everything the next morning.

He arrived on time, is friendly, professional and is easy to contact-- I was able to text him several pictures of my problem so he could get an idea of what the issue was and what needed to be done. He is also very reasonably priced.

An easy 5 stars. Highly recommended!

Excellent communication while on call for the weekend. Took a quick photo and he reviewed it to ensure that he could fix the leak. Outstanding service highly recommended.

So the valves had to be replaced. John came out promptly after the weekend and replaced both supply (cold & hot) in about 30 mins (most the time was isolating water and draining not much you can rush there). Both are now good brass valves that are solid. Super happy with the workmanship and customer service. Will use John's services for any future work.

3/22/20 - future work happened. Again prompt at texting me back and planning ahead. Replaced valve on the wall for a toilet that had basically broken down into nothing on the inside. Came out and was quick and expedient. Great work!

My husband was replacing our bathroom faucet when the hot water valve decided to not turn off. We called John D Plumbing at 8:45pm and he showed up within 20 minutes. He replaced our valves and even finished installing the new faucet for us. He did a great job! We plan on having him back next week to install our shower/tub faucet.

After discovering a leak under our sink, John D Plumbing responded quickly and diagnosed our problem immediately. He referred us to a local vendor for a new kitchen faucet and saved us over $200 through the use of his contractor's discount there. He installed the new faucet in approximately 30 minutes expertly. Punctual, responsive and very easy to communicate with via text. House call fee was reasonably priced as well! 5 star service for sure!!!!!!

John is very helpful he helped me during an emergency as I tried to replace a shower faucet I made a mistake and literally snapped the brass valve off so ether we have no water in the house or find someone fast. Called JD Plumming as he was listed on google spoke to John told him my issue and he came within an hour to fix the issue replace faucet valve and installed new shower faucet just in time for kids to come home and shower. I think he prefers emergency calls because he wants to help people in need as most people can't live without water very long now a days. A great guy and a master Plummer so next time I have a Plumming issue or a Plumming job he will be the first person I call. A++

Great experience with John. Called him and he showed up an hour later and fixed a problem I had been working on all day in about 40 minutes. Very friendly and I paid about a third less than I was expecting. I would absolutely call him again if I need plumbing done.

Had a leaking valve connected to our bathroom faucet. Called at 8:45am and he was at our door at 10:30am same day. He got right to work and replaced both cheap valves within the hour for a very reasonable cost.

I'm not sure what the other reviews are talking about in regards to him wasting time with a lot of talking as we didn't have that experience at all.

Will definitely be saving his contact information and will be using him for any future fixes or work that needs to be done.

We had a leak start in our kitchen drain pipe. Called a bunch of places, they were all two to three weeks out. Called John, he came over the next afternoon, fixed the leak for a very reasonable price. Yes, he likes to talk a lot and tells some wild stories, but he's a great plumber, good prices, and super quick for urgent issues so no complaints from me!

Tells endless stories to just take up your time and will charge you for it. Spent $500 and nothing was fixed, and he actually made the problem worse, then claimed he did a good job when I complained. Also told me he charges by the minute, so if it takes him time to drive and walk into your house he will charge. Will NEVER use again or recommend. Stay far away.
