Wow! Fantastic guy! I called this morning at 9.... on a Sunday, smack dab in the middle of Memorial Day weekend... with a burst pipe in my laundry room. DAMN. I am searching Yelp for an emergency plumber - and called this fellow. Someone actually answered the phone. He was at my house within the hour, and finished the job with in an hour and a half. Holy smokes! Leak fixed, and he was on his way. Price was completely fair and even with double time because of the day and holiday weekend I gladly paid it!

I will be calling John again to finish up a couple other trouble spots. He was on his way to rescue another house. Believe all the 5 star posts, he is good. (The single star reviews were people who refused to get a permit)

Had a really pleasant experience with John. He arrived at my house 1 hour after I called with a leaking garbage disposal. He was ready and had a ""sunny disposition"". I'm not sure on the pricing part of things because I've never needed a plumber before but it seemed fair. Would definitely recommend him.

John D Plumbing solved my problem. While house sitting in Lake Oswego I discovered a broken pipe and two under-sink leaks. Being from out of town I only had Yelp and a couple other review sites to rely on. Thankfully the overwhelmingly positive comments are accurate. He came as quickly as he could; was polite and personable; provided quality workmanship; and was reasonably priced. He even talked me out of having him fix something he explained I could easily handle myself. That's honesty! I would recommend to friends and family. Great value for your money.

John does great work! When I needed a ice maker water line relocated to allow for a dishwasher install, he devised a clever work around that saved us hundreds of dollars! Rather than reroute get the line under the house, he routed out the particle board under the dishwasher to allow the new dishwasher frame to rest on the floor. I highly recommend John! I called and left messages for 3 different plumbers and John was the only one to call back!

John D just left my home. It is shortly before noon. I called him after 5 pm yesterday. One toilet completely clogged, other 2 wouldn't stop running.
He was courteous, worked efficiently, fixed the clog, and replaced 2 valves. Cost was reasonable. I would definitely recommend.
Oh yeah... my dog loved him.

I called two other plumbers and got answering machines and no call-back, I called John, he troubleshot my disposal problem over the phone in about 15 seconds. Problem solved, no charge, easy peasy! I can't say much about quality of craftsmanship or anything like that, but customer service? Top marks! Thanks John!

John was very responsive in communication. He repaired a kitchen sink at a rental property. The sink was leaking underneath and John did a great job of pinpointing the problem and getting it fixed efficiently and affordably. The repair looked great! I will call on John again for my plumbing needs.
