We had a Rheem water heater that stopped working on a weekend. After calling around and getting several quotes, Chris gave not only the lowest price, but was also able to come out the next day on a Sunday to install. He didn't try to up-charge for unnecessary work (unlike another plumber, who wanted $5k to run a new gas line). The install was quick and he also had all the information for how to apply for the rebate.

I'm a realtor and my client's tankless water heaters have been sounding the alarms while they were away. My regular licensed plumber tried to fix it but couldn't. I found John online. I texted him this morning and he responded right away. He was not available to come over, but figured out the cause for the error code by looking at the videos and photos I sent (user manuals inside that were blocking the fresh air intake of the water heater). He walked me through how to solve the problems. He was generous in sharing his time and knowledge. I will definitely recommend him!!!

We had a Noritz tankless that had persistent problems for 8+ years. No plumber was ever able to fix it. Finally decided enough was enough and it's time to replace it. After chatting about our issues and needs, Chris Castro identified the best tankless for our situation. He is a fountain of knowledge, and we felt confident he'd solve our issues.

Installation was fast and smooth! He included a custom recirculator that he designed himself, as well as a couple other items to help the machine function its best.

A week on, and everything is great! Our showers are perfect (don't lose hot water like our Noritz), hot water comes fast and steady, and as a bonus a couple issues with moaning/clanking pipes are gone.

He also got us started with the paperwork for the gas company rebate.

Great experience! Highly recommended. Not sure why we waited so long to do this!

Chris Castro is AMAZING!! We called him yesterday and asked him about replacing our water heater - our old one was leaking (we had gotten a call from The Gas Co about unusual activity). He explained EVERYTHING to us and answered ALL our questions; so patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and funny!

He came with his assistant TODAY and replaced our old water heater with a brand new tankless water heater. He was extremely professional and patiently explained each step he took.

That should be enough NOT to contact any other plumber, but, wait, there's MORE: he provided all the information we needed to receive a rebate for $800.00 from The Gas Co!! Seriously!!

We need to do a home remodel in the next 12 months and will definitely be reaching out to him. He knows SO MUCH!!
