My tankless water heater broke down during some stormy weather and one of the technicians (Chris C.) had reached out to help me troubleshoot. It turned out that there was a power/electricity issue, which helped me save time and money in fixing this issue. They responded very quickly and helped guide me through the troubleshooting process free of charge. It was much appreciated especially during the winter where every day without hot water counts!

Chris had been communicating with me for the past year about getting a tankless water heater. We moved out of the country for 6 months, so it had to be delayed, but when we got back, I was ready to get this baby going.
Chris was responsive as usual, gave me updated quotes, and eventually we scheduled a date and he came and installed.
The outdoor tankless opened up so much space in our laundry room that formerly was cramped with a huge tank. He rolled it out front- picked up in less then 30 minutes.
He expertly worked on the piping and install, and let me pick his brain while he was at it (I'm a DIY queen and very curious how all the things work).
I have had it with tradespeople overcharging and doing shoddy work. Chris was NOT that tradesperson. He did great work, and his rate was below what I expected. He informed me what to do to get the rebate, and we received our check in a few weeks.
All in all, great experience with Chris and very glad we went with him. Now when do you get to say that about a tradesperson?

We needed to replace the dying tank water heater in a hurry. I had done a weeks worth of internet research on all the tankless options and was feeling overwhelmed. I had a general contractor who was happy to put in a Home Depot basic unit for cheap. But the more research I did, the less answers he had in response to my questions. My regular plumber, on the other hand, tried to quote me 8k. Totally insane for a small 2 bedroom one bath house.

Finally had Chris come over to give me a quote. He's the one you want. He's knowledgable and takes the time to explain everything. He knows all the brands and stands by the ones he uses. Then he also made it super easy by doing the paperwork for me to submit to get the rebate that essentially pays for the unit. So you're basically paying him for expert service. You can tell he takes real pride in his work. He was here at 9am, and done by 1pm. Hot water ready to go on demand. No more giant tank heater in my kitchen. Save some time and worry. Hire Chris if you're ready to go tankless.

Then he was able to get a discount on my new water heater thanks to his great connections and knowledge. Chris came today and not only installed a wonderful brand new tankless water heater with a circulating pump, so we get our water super fast, but also a filter, to lessen mineral deposits.
