I was in the final stages of a home remodel and my new tankless system put in by another plumber wasn't working as expected. Before my final inspection was scheduled, I wanted a second opinion to make sure everything plumbing related was done properly and called John Castro Plumbing.

I spoke to Chris on the phone and he was in the area and stopped by on a Sunday evening to take a look. Who does that these days!! Chris looked at my plumbing, listed all the issues that needed to be corrected, and helped properly program my tankless system. I was so grateful to Chris. He gave me the reassurance that I needed. Thanks for everything, Chris!! I will definitely be using John Castro Plumbing for my plumbing needs in the future.

Very rare to find a person like Chris Castro. I was amazed the response he gave me to help restart my gas line on my tankless water heater early in the morning. It turned out that there was a power/electricity issue, which helped me save time and money in fixing this issue. Chris had been communicating with me for the past year about getting a tankless water heater. We moved out of the country for 6 months, so it had to be delayed, but when we got back, I was ready to get this baby going.
Chris was responsive as usual, gave me updated quotes, and eventually we scheduled a date and he came and installed.
The outdoor tankless opened up so much space in our laundry room that formerly was cramped with a huge tank. He rolled it out front- picked up in less then 30 minutes.
He expertly worked on the piping and install, and let me pick his brain while he was at it (I'm a DIY queen and very curious how all the things work).
I have had it with tradespeople overcharging and doing shoddy work. Chris was NOT that tradesperson. He did great work, and his rate was below what I expected. He informed me what to do to get the rebate, and we received our check in a few weeks.
All in all, great experience with Chris and very glad we went with him. Now when do you get to say that about a tradesperson?
