Charged me $275 to try to unplug kitchen pipe.. couldn't unplug it. Recommended a camera And said that the office will contact me to set up a Camera appointment no one contacted me Dunedin plumbing came in the following week did the same service and unplugged the bathroom toilet area, problem fixed, no need for Camera customer service at Joe's family plumbing zero

The Best! Not only is their customer service amazing, friendly and understanding, but their work is fantastic! We had a pipe burst under our kitchen floor and had them come out to repair that, needed copper pipes to be ran properly in a concrete wall and attach to an outside kitchen and they were fantastic! They were EXTREMELY fair in their pricing and couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Called them for a backup. They sent someone else because they were not available. They sent Pearce's Plumbing. The plumber went on the roof and only went down to about 30 feet which isn't much since it's 10 feet to the ground. Came down and said I'm not confident it's solved. $255 please. Three days later the backup returned. Also told me to call the city. I did. They came out with crew and camera. Wasn't their problem. I called Joe's back and said he should have went thru the toilet. They said they would never go thru the toilet. Joe's offered to come back and run a camera for $400. I called someone else who was a contractor and who has done work for me before. He rented a snake from home depot and took the toilet off. Snaked 50 feet. He got it. Did an amazing job. Cost me another $375. No, I will never call Joe's again and I would never recommend them or Pearce's! Zero Stars if I could!!

As always, Joe's took care of us. Great service and very friendly. God Bless America and Joe's Family Plumbing!!! Thank you for helping in a hurry!! I'd give it 7 starts if I could!!

Let me first say that I work for local government in the Engineering Department so I have 15 plus years working in and around Construction Permitting and Building within local government. Additionally, I have 18 years working in the private sector of construction.. That does not make me an expert but it does give me a unique perspective with personal experience as well as resident knowledge from dissatisfied and satisfied members of our community. When looking for a service company that can provide years of knowledge and effective creative problem-solving techniques there is no-one better than Joe's Family Plumbing. First, they are a third generational family-owned business that can collectively evaluate your plumbing needs and provide options that range from the obvious to the dream fix. James' teams are a group of professional, well-mannered and very knowledgable technicians who use materials and techniques that are both sustainable and cost-effective. I recommend them to family and friends and anyone looking for highly skilled plumbers who can fix, replace and or improve any type of plumbing issue. -Christopher Melone

My hot water heater (in my attic) started leaking a couple of days ago. Since Joe's Family Plumbing was the one that installed it, I called them to fix/replace it under warranty. They said they would have someone out that afternoon. I cleared my schedule and waited...and waited. I called to confirm. They said the guy was running behind...so I waited and waited. I called to find out the status and they said that they wouldn't make it that day after all, but they would send a plumber first thing in the morning (b/w 7:30 and 8:00am). The following morning, rather than going to work, I waited...no plumber. At 8:30am I called and was told that he was on his way. At 9:30 I called and was told he would be there at noon. Ultimately, their price quote to replace the water heater was DOUBLE the price of the company that is doing the work. My only recommendation is to avoid Joe's Family Plumbing.

I cannot express enough how lucky I was to find Joe's family Plumbing. They came and fixed the plumbing work that needed fixing in no time at all. The price was very reasonable and the men very polite. It was a good choice on my part and I will pass this on to others. Thank you, Thank you so much.

Our house started backing up on a Sunday night. I called Joe's plumbing and spoke with Gayle she said she would call me back in a few minutes with a technicians name. She called me back right away and told me Ronnie would be out soon. Ronnie showed up within15 minutes! He was able to clear the drain line under the house and the issue was resolved. I was very impressed with the timeliness and professionalism. I can't say thank you enough first time used and would highly recommend!

When lightning struck in our backyard (6/27/20), our tankless hot water heater would no longer heat up. We called Joe's because we have used them before. They showed up as scheduled & corrected the problem by pressing the reset button. They charged $98 & were here 15 minutes. That includes making out the bill. I felt overcharged for a brief weekday service call with no labor or parts required.

Service was arranged for 8 Friday(3/16/18) morning. Joe's finally arrived 30.5 hours later. Our plumbing requests were never communicated to the plumbers from their own dispatcher. This resulted in additional time on the job(more $$$ for them). Additionally, (1) request for an estimate was never provided (2) plumbers showed up lacking proper parts and tools (3) we were charged 50% more for a water heater upon internet investigation. Totally taken advantage of - our mistake for relying on a plumbing referral. Never again!
