Do not use this company. They do not follow thru. Will come out and fix simple things such as a clogged drain or pipes, but if you need actual plumbing work done that requires time and """"getting your hands dirty"""" this is not the company you are looking for. I have an old house. The plumbing is old as well. The plumbing under the house needs to be totally redone. In these times, one would think business and status of ones name would be very important. Joe came out quickly, unclogged the pipes as a temporary fix, assessed the issue and told us what needed to be done. He said he'd be back that week. He was not. A few weeks later, our plumbing backed up again. He came out that day (which was good) and unclogged the pipes but never resolved the root cause of the issue . In short, this has happened 4x now. Meanwhile, the toilet backs into the tub (think about that... gross) and the kitchen sink backs into the washing machine. We are unable to use the shower, toilet or kitchen sink when this happens until it's snake out. This is not an issue of carelessness. The only thing he has ever snaked out of the pipes is toilet paper. That's it. He had said numerous times he will be out to do the remaining work but never shows. Meanwhile, were being billed for emergency calls. Simple fix and quick money. That's what they do. Wouldn't ever ever would recommend them.

Unfortunately I cannot upload the photos of the work done on this review. I was able to upload them on the Google review. There, you can see the burn marks up the side of my house from replacing the faucets, and the hole left in the wall. I was contacted by the owner and he offered to come out and repair the work that was done by a former employee. After trying a couple of times to get him out to fix it, I gave up. The gesture was nice, but it turned out to be just that...a gesture.

I cannot express enough how lucky I was to find Joe's family Plumbing. They came and fixed the plumbing work that needed fixing in no time at all. The price was very reasonable and the men very polite. It was a good choice on my part and I will pass this on to others. Thank you, Thank you so much.

Charged me $275 to try to unplug kitchen pipe.. couldn't unplug it. Recommended a camera And said that the office will contact me to set up a Camera appointment no one contacted me Dunedin plumbing came in the following week did the same service and unplugged the bathroom toilet area,problem fixed, no need for Camera customer service at Joe's family plumbing zero

Our house started backing up on a Sunday night. I called Joe's plumbing and spoke with Gayle she said she would call me back in a few minutes with a technicians name. She called me back right away and told me Ronnie would be out soon. Ronnie showed up within15 minutes! He was able to clear the drain line under the house and the issue was resolved. I was very impressed with the timeliness and professionalism. I can't say thank you enough first time used and would highly recommend!

I had Joe's Plumbing replace the shut off values to two toliets and two sinks as well as replace the water supply lines to both as well. My experience with both the office and person who did the work were good. Making the appointment and having someone show on time was greatly appreciated. They charged $645 and the job took about three hours including a run to the hardware store for the valves. I would recommend them.

our company and contractors have used this company for more than 5 years and it never fails they just can't get it together, they don't call you when you ask them to upon arriving at the job, they will start a quote and forget about you for weeks, they will double and triple charge you for the same poor quality work, i should've learned my lesson years ago, in any case there are hundreds of plumbers in town that are much better with plumbing issues and new construction, also their customer service is horrible the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing, when calling the office depending on who you speak with they will all give you different excuses, look around on all the review sites and you'll see what i mean, horrible reviews

Their tag line is """" Where You Are Always Treated Like Family """"....they must have a very dysfunctional family . We discovered a leak under the sink and called Joe's to come out and check it out . It was a after hours plumbing call . Service technician Lucas came over and in 4 minutes found leak and tightened the garbage disposal which was causing the leak . He said he felt silly charging for 4 minutes of his time so he called the office - spoke to someone in charge and told me there would be no charge . I gave him $50.00 tip and thanked him for coming over . About two weeks later I received a bill for $195.00 so I called the office and spoke with a very rude unprofessional lady ( did not get her name ). I explained what happened and she turned really ugly really fast . Talking loud and denying that that happened - said I was mistaken- and she has a family to feed . I said I was not going to pay after being told it was waived and told her she wasn't really handling herself well . Next week received s another bill called back - same lady - was ruder this time . I told her I tipped Lucas $50.00 she said that that could come off the bill and I refused and she said the manager would call me tomorrow. No one called so I assumed they realized their error . Yesterday 6 months after the last phone call I received another bill from Joes . I did not respond . Interesting side note we recently had a leak and a leak detector service came out and found where it was located - I asked who he recommended and he said that he would not recommend Joes Family Plumbing . Stay away from these rude people .
