terrible customer service as far as getting response from supervisors. Was promised two calls back from a supervisor two different times and still to this day have not gotten a response so I've canceled my membership.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Beware the bait and switch tactics of this awful company. Had a basic vanity that needed attached to the wall and plumbed. They came in person gave a very reasonable quote that we agreed to. Next week they showed up to do the work. The """"plumber"""" did not prep the area and got plumbers glue and caulking everywhere. Sloppy work and flung sawdust all over my bathroom, Did not keep his face mask on and was very rude and sarcastic to us so we cancelled the job. They said they'd send someone else to complete work next day and when I asked it to be completed that day they told me other customers were more important than my job. Here's where the bait and switch lying comes in. Next day sure enough they send a plumber. He takes a short look at the job, gives me false info about how there's no way he can attach the vanity and do the plumbing without it being messed up. What?? Again, basic job. So the guy hops in the van calls Joe Cool and sits in his van for 1/2 an hr and emerges to tell me, """"M'am, there's no way we can complete this job for anything less than $1500."""" Yep you read that right, $1500 all bc our floor was slightly off level. Hmmm everyone's floor is slightly off level. That's the way FL works with the construction here and the sand. Called another company and they got it done in 1/2 an hour for $200 and it's level and we are super pleased. RUN don't walk.

We had an AC unit installed and we were over promised on the quote and were under delivered. The team at Joe Cool fixed the problem and everything was great....Until 5 days later when we came home from a camping trip and realized that our AC had been off for a day and a half. We called to get a tech out and the tech locked his keys in the car (not a problem, things happen). We called back to let the company know that we would need to get another technician out. We got transferred to the Operations Manager Jason and he proceeded to tell me that we have been a pain in the a** and been a complete d*** throughout the whole situation and then proceeded to hang up on me. My roommate attempted to call because I was too blindingly angry to speak to him and he was unable to get a word in and then was hung up on. I really don't appreciate being spoken to this way as a customer (I currently work in customer service) in such a rude and inconsiderate manner. It doesn't matter if you are frustrated from having to hear from the same customer about repeated issues, it is your job to make sure that the equipment that is installed that we spent $16,000 on is working properly. I am completely flabbergasted and frustrated that this situation has evolved into name calling and being childish. I will not recommend this company to anyone that I remotely know.

Wow spent over $11,000 last year with this company. They come out to do 1st year maintenance and they don't provide me with a filter. They will change it out if I have one for them. Really??? Also the unit requires a filter 16x21 they are not anywhere to be found locally nor does this company carry them. I was told to use a 16x20 again really??? Terrible shady company.

This company is an all out grift, First the """"Technician"""" showed up 25+ minutes late and once he finally got her her went through the process of checking the unit and so on. After his diagnosis the """"Technician"""" tells me that the Freon used in my unit has not been manufactured in TEN years! Mind you I purchased my home about a year and a half ago and had my unit/system serviced in 2020 by a different with no issue at all. At this point I began asking questions, is there a variant that he could use etc. the """"Technician"""" than began to upsell me on a new unit and said that he could put me on their monthly plan while also setting an appointment to have a """"Comfort Advisor"""" meet with me to consult and basically build another unit conducive to my personal needs. When I refused respectfully he then told me that he would charge me the 59.00 for the visit, all I wanted him to do was inspect and refill my unit, he and this company clearly had a different agenda. Oh and after he left I did some research the variant or replacement for R-22 is R-407c funny he never mentioned it but instead tried to upsell me on purchasing a unit instead! Shameful!! They gained my confidence and then walked away with my money with zero services provided! Never again!

Called Joe cool for my yearly maintenance the technician that came out was James m amazing technician from beginning to end very professional kept me involved the entire time from beginning to end after the maintenance he still showed me all of the videos and photos I truly felt like I was apart of the service today very happy that I called showed me a few options that could help extend the life of my system will definitely be calling back soon thanks again James for being so professional

I have had many issues due to power outage, lightning Freon leaks and thermostat issue within 3 years of install. However I would call them every time there were problems and they came out within 24 hrs for the most part. I know they have had to replace some workers but in spite of this they tried their best to make it right. I believe that that is most important and would recommend this service.

I called this company to come out to check my AC unit and within 5 minutes of being here they tried to charge my $400 worth of work and when i told them I was not going to pay that outrageous amount because i never approved $400 worth of work they said they would waive the $400.. THIS IS HOW PEOPLE GET SCAMMED!!! This company is nothing but scammers. They wrote me an estimate for $1700... I went and got a new thermostat and install it and my AC is working fine now!!! People beware of the scam!!!! its amazing how blunt this company tries to scam there customers.... BEWARE!!!

I had a problem with my AC for prolonged period, which I posted. Joe Cool came back many times and ultimately it is fixed and works well. The came back countless times to try to get it right. Pleased with their tenacity.
