They charged me $300 to change the wax ring in my toilet. I just thought well, it's sewer and I wouldn't want to deal with it either. But then they came out to service my A/C unit and told me I had a bad evaporator coil that needed to be replaced and a heating element replacement. Both of these things are still covered under warranty from the company the A/C was purchased from yet Joe cool still wanted to charge me $2,400 for labor for the coil replacement. They just want your money!! Beware!! I just had a technician from a more reputable company tell me my A/C is perfectly fine. SCAMMERS

This company is an all out grift, First the """"Technician"""" showed up 25+ minutes late and once he finally got her her went through the process of checking the unit and so on. After his diagnosis the """"Technician"""" tells me that the Freon used in my unit has not been manufactured in TEN years! Mind you I purchased my home about a year and a half ago and had my unit/system serviced in 2020 by a different with no issue at all. At this point I began asking questions, is there a variant that he could use etc. the """"Technician"""" than began to upsell me on a new unit and said that he could put me on their monthly plan while also setting an appointment to have a """"Comfort Advisor"""" meet with me to consult and basically build another unit conducive to my personal needs. When I refused respectfully he then told me that he would charge me the 59.00 for the visit, all I wanted him to do was inspect and refill my unit, he and this company clearly had a different agenda. Oh and after he left I did some research the variant or replacement for R-22 is R-407c funny he never mentioned it but instead tried to upsell me on purchasing a unit instead! Shameful!! They gained my confidence and then walked away with my money with zero services provided! Never again!

I couldn't be happier with the service I received this evening. Corey and Logan came out and we're super pleasant, professional and took care of what I needed done within a half hour. They didn't have anything negative to say about the timing of when they came out (830pm at night). The service staff was extremely pleasant (when I scheduled) and did their best to accommodate my schedule which has been extremely hectic lately. Would definitely use them again and would recommend their service!

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Beware the bait and switch tactics of this awful company. Had a basic vanity that needed attached to the wall and plumbed. They came in person gave a very reasonable quote that we agreed to. Next week they showed up to do the work. The """"plumber"""" did not prep the area and got plumbers glue and caulking everywhere. Sloppy work and flung sawdust all over my bathroom, Did not keep his face mask on and was very rude and sarcastic to us so we cancelled the job. They said they'd send someone else to complete work next day and when I asked it to be completed that day they told me other customers were more important than my job. Here's where the bait and switch lying comes in. Next day sure enough they send a plumber. He takes a short look at the job, gives me false info about how there's no way he can attach the vanity and do the plumbing without it being messed up. What?? Again, basic job. So the guy hops in the van calls Joe Cool and sits in his van for 1/2 an hr and emerges to tell me, """"M'am, there's no way we can complete this job for anything less than $1500."""" Yep you read that right, $1500 all bc our floor was slightly off level. Hmmm everyone's floor is slightly off level. That's the way FL works with the construction here and the sand. Called another company and they got it done in 1/2 an hour for $200 and it's level and we are super pleased. RUN don't walk.

purchased ac back in june2020 . i have nothing but problems with the system . they have been out over 20 times to service it! the customer service from pat and jonathan are horrible. i don't recommend any one purchasing any thing from those idiots.

Beware of using Joe Cool. I called this company to fix a leak in a pipe but Pat's service guy said I needed a new AC unit. I called Tank Air and they replaced the pipe and fixed the leak. My air has worked great ever since. I read other reviews regarding the new ac units and Joe Cool doesn't care about their customers only making more problems for their customers and leaving them with issues to find other companies willing to fix their mistakes. Pat cussed me and my husband out when we asked for a refund of a sensor that tank air proved was still good because the service guy threw it in our trash and Tank air tested it and proved it worked better than the one that they put on. Never use Joe Cool.

Six years ago I bought a top of the line Carrier air conditioning system from Joe Cool. Now it turns out the air handler in the attic needs a blower fan replaced. Surprise! Surprise! Joe Cool installed it so close to the roof support structure that you cannot open it up to repair. It is going to cost me half a new system to have the air handler moved to the spot in the attic where it should have gone in the first place. What kind of professional HVAC company would do that? Don't use them, don't trust them!

Corey came out today for our scheduled check up and I'm very pleased with the service provided. He was thorough, clearly communicated the details about any issues that may need attention and was very courteous. We've had a good history with them and I plan to continue using them for our HVAC services.
