It's crazy, I've had three other companies look at and service my tankless water heaters, but nobody was as thorough as AJ was from Joe Cole Plumbing. He found a gas leak, repaired it. Not a fun way to spend money, however good to know the house won't be blowing up due to undetected leak. Aj was the bomb!

I have used Joe Cole Plumbing numerous times now, both in a prior rental as well as my new home and they are an extraordinary contractor. Extremely professional and responsive, from back office staff through actual technician working on your home. They do high quality work, are considerate with your time, honest and flexible. They stand by their work and make sure you are satisfied with the result. These guys get it and have won my loyalty. My only wish is that i could clone them to the other trades. I highly recommend.

Requested service for a well water pump. They charge $89 to view it and will add it on top of the job if you decide to get it done. I asked to have it removed so I suggest you try the same. They came out did the work and 2 days later another attach PVC pipe bursted. Was told they would send out the same technician who threw up his arms and said it wasn't him. Once again charged $441. I did not read these reviews prior to booking which was very dumb on my part.

They came to my condo in November 2023 to provide an estimate. They charge $89 which is fine and the estimator swiped my credit card during the meeting. I received the estimate about three weeks later. In late March 2024, someone started texting me about owing them $89. I told them repeatedly they need to check their records. Finally, I went through all my statements and provided them with a receipt. While they did apologize, what kind of clown show calls almost 5 months later and harangues someone for $89??

We had Joe Cole Plumbing do the plumbing when we remodeled our kitchen. They were very professional and made upgrades like a cut out for our refrigerator's ice maker that allowed the refrigerator to sit flush against the wall. I will be using them again as we continue to remodel our bathrooms.

ZERO star, not even 1 Star!! The owner, Joe Cole, is very unprofessional and rude. I was quoted $119 for the service call including the first hour of labor by Alice. However, I was handed a bill for $164. When I questioned the charge, Johnny, the plumber, tells me that every piece of equipment he used is an additional charge. Not once was this information given to me prior to the repair, even by Alice's admission when I called again complaining about the price difference. When I talked to the owner, Joe, he was very rude and unprofessional. According to Joe, I should have known that plumbing equipment is extra. So I guess the first hour of labor includes the plumber's bare hands only. What a joke! What a way to rip consumers off. Be upfront with your information and pricing. And to make matters worse, when I told Joe I would not use the company again or refer to anyone, he replied that he did not need customers like me.
