They came to my condo in November 2023 to provide an estimate. They charge $89 which is fine and the estimator swiped my credit card during the meeting. I received the estimate about three weeks later. In late March 2024, someone started texting me about owing them $89. I told them repeatedly they need to check their records. Finally, I went through all my statements and provided them with a receipt. While they did apologize, what kind of clown show calls almost 5 months later and harangues someone for $89??

Our water heater stated leaking water in our garage. We had had a similar experience with our A/C not too long ago and we were not happy with the Plumbing & A/C company that we called. We needed to find a new plumber. After checking Yelp we decided on Joe Cole Plumbing, and we are glad we did. They told us someone would come to give us a quote at 8 AM, and the persone showed up on time (actually a bit early at around 7:55 AM). That was a good sign. He took a look and some photos, when to his van and came back with a competitive quote. I gave him the go ahead. We had to put 50% down. He scheduled the installation for the following Monday. On Monday the young man showed up on time once again and began working right away. He was respectful, easy to talk to, and hard working. He pick up after himself and did a great job. We had a great experience with Joe Cole Plumbing and would definitely use them again if any plumbing issues arise at my house. Great service, puntual, respectful, clean, competitive price and a did a great job. Highly recommended.

I recently had to change my water heater. I am genuinely tired of the big companies, which I won't mention. I have been overcharged and given services I don't need one too many times. So I decided to try a new company. I called Joe Cole's Plumbing to get an estimate on the job and they gave me a timeframe and I stress how important it was that they were on time. They were here bright, and early. They gave me a comprehensive evaluation and gave me price options. If you do the repairs the same day, there's up charge because they have to go out and get parts and so on. If you schedule it for a couple of days later, it's cheaper. I had already been living with the problem for the past couple of weeks so two days would not have made a difference. I got scheduled for that following Monday and they came in on time, with everything they needed to do the job. The technician was very nice and respectful and he did the job without any problems. They were no surprises, and there was no additional services that they performed that they added to my bill at the end as it has happened in the past with other companies. They did exactly what they said they would, and I got charged exactly what they told me up front. I am very happy with their service and their pricing. I would definitely use them again for my plumbing needs.

Requested service for a well water pump. They charge $89 to view it and will add it on top of the job if you decide to get it done. I asked to have it removed so I suggest you try the same. They came out did the work and 2 days later another attach PVC pipe bursted. Was told they would send out the same technician who threw up his arms and said it wasn't him. Once again charged $441. I did not read these reviews prior to booking which was very dumb on my part.

No stars!!!! I was having some issues with pipes and got this company recommended by the landlord. By far the worst decision. Unreliable, does not pick up calls or txt back... They came to my apartment Wednesday and was supposed to be done January 13, 2023... they never showed up on the 13th, it's been 2 days they don't pick up they don't respond it's like they don't care.. I understand that life can be messed up and sometimes emergencies do happen, but at least a txt bro. Cmon.. be professional and now that it's the weekend. I'm 100% sure they aren't coming till Monday...

Our son moved into a new condo and the first night the shower did not train!!! Condo maintenance could not unclog. Joe Cole plumbing came within an hour and unclogged the drain. Fast service, professional and problem solved.,

James and Vinnie were skilled and kind plumbers who took the time to educate me about my plumbing issues - not just fix them. They did a great jump finding and stopping a slow leak in my house- I highly recommend them!

Great company! Mario came out to change our faucet and disposal on a marble farmhouse kitchen sink, not a simple task! He did a great job, timely and flawlessly. Will definitely recommend and call again if/when needed.
