Great Plumbing company. Very friendly on the phone. They notified me when the plumber was on his way, which also was when he said he was coming. The man that showed up was friendly. He also wore a mask. He stayed until I had all my questions answered and was satisfied. I spoke with Joe Cole directly before setting up the service call, he was very professional and friendly. This is the 3 rd time I have used Joe Cole Plumbing, and will only call him when I have plumbing needs and have already referred him to my friends.

Fantastic isn't even the word for how great they were. They were on time, courteous, helpful, explained everything in a way that I could understand. They both wore their masks as a precaution to both me and themselves. They were careful to not leave a mess. I could not have asked for them to be any better. I think they were fair on the job and price. I had a kitchen faucet removed and replaced. The old one was rusted in place and had to be sawed out. The new one was then put in. I felt the price was fair for what had to be done.

This site does not allow one star or no star reviews or that would be choice. Joe Cole Plumbing charged for costly leak detection, failed to perform the leak detection apart from eyeballing the situation, therby missing a second leak, repaired one leak but failed to recommend that the area needed to be dried, closed up a wall with no active drying, and caused ongoing moisture damage.

By far the best plumbing company out there!! We've had to use them several times in the last few years for different things, and have always gotten excellent service! This time I called and left a message on their answering machine after hours and within a few minutes the owner himself called me back to discuss our problem and before we hung up, assured me that he would have someone out first thing in the morning. Sure enough, someone was there at 8am as promised! Pricing is always fair and service excellent, and I love how they still give you that personal service that most companies lack these days!! I would highly recommend this company!!

One of the best plumbers I have ever worked with, One of my investment properties had a leak that was coming from somewhere - the hoa sent countless plumbers and not one could find where the leak was coming from. Joe's team found the leak in seconds . Joe might having pricing a little higher than others but you'll get the Job done right and you'll save time. I will definitely use Joe's service again.

ZERO star, not even 1 Star!! The owner, Joe Cole, is very unprofessional and rude. I was quoted $119 for the service call including the first hour of labor by Alice. However, I was handed a bill for $164. When I questioned the charge, Johnny, the plumber, tells me that every piece of equipment he used is an additional charge. Not once was this information given to me prior to the repair, even by Alice's admission when I called again complaining about the price difference. When I talked to the owner, Joe, he was very rude and unprofessional. According to Joe, I should have known that plumbing equipment is extra. So I guess the first hour of labor includes the plumber's bare hands only. What a joke! What a way to rip consumers off. Be upfront with your information and pricing. And to make matters worse, when I told Joe I would not use the company again or refer to anyone, he replied that he did not need customers like me.
