Had leak in my whole house water filter system. I called joe cole plumbers and they sent a tech out right away (2 hours). The plumber who came out was not very knowledgeable about the system, and came off quite aggressive and hard to talk to. He didn't really offer any solution to my issue other than telling me to call the manufacturer since nothing else would work. By that point, I just wanted him gone since he wasn't helping, so I said ok you can go now. He charged me $150. I went ahead and called joe hillman plumbers. They were booked up (probably because their plumbers are in demand for doing great work) and could only get me an appointment for the next day. I decided to just put a bucket under the leak and get their appointment for tomorrow. Willie's from Joe hillman was excellent. He was easy to talk to, knowledgeable about how the system worked, provided some money saving solutions to me (i.e. go to Amazon and buy a generic sediment filter yourself and he can come back to install it). Willie came back as soon as my filter came in, and installed in quickly! I would not have trusted anyone from Joe cole to do that. Long story short, joe cole plumbers are probably good for simple leaks and plumbing issues, but don't trust them for whole hour water filtration problems.

By far I've never seen any company of any trade act like this. Prices are sky high with no breakdown or explanation. Work is questionable at best, and the staff is edgy and snippy with zero concern for the customer or the impression they leave. Honestly do not understand how or why they're in business.

Great Plumbing company. Very friendly on the phone. They notified me when the plumber was on his way, which also was when he said he was coming. The man that showed up was friendly. He also wore a mask. He stayed until I had all my questions answered and was satisfied. I spoke with Joe Cole directly before setting up the service call, he was very professional and friendly.
