One of the best plumbers I have ever worked with, One of my investment properties had a leak that was coming from somewhere - the hoa sent countless plumbers and not one could find where the leak was coming from. Joe's team found the leak in seconds . Joe might having pricing a little higher than others but you'll get the Job done right and you'll save time. I will definitely use Joe's service again.

No stars!!!! I was having some issues with pipes and got this company recommended by the landlord. By far the worst decision. Unreliable, does not pick up calls or txt back... They came to my apartment Wednesday and was supposed to be done January 13, 2023... they never showed up on the 13th, it's been 2 days they don't pick up they don't respond it's like they don't care.. I understand that life can be messed up and sometimes emergencies do happen, but at least a txt bro. Cmon.. be professional and now that it's the weekend. I'm 100% sure they aren't coming till Monday...

Without question Joe Cole Plumbing is the best in SFL!! Always on time, professional, knowledgeable, and honest! Wouldn't use anyone else. I've been a customer for 8 years!! Just had a water heater installed by Joe Cole Plumbing. As always, they were reliable and arrived on time. They did a great job as always! I would never use anyone else for our Plumbing needs. Joe Cole is the best in South Florida hands down.

The worst customer service I have experienced and the most expensive. They installed a kitchen faucet 8 months ago. (Could have been a used one$ charged $497.00 without installation cost. There was very little pressure to start with! Plumber said it was because of water restrictions. It got progressively worse to the point there was barely any water. Plumber came out on a Friday. Wrote up invoice to say Faucet needed to be changed. He must have opened a valve because there was a flood under the sink. Called owner on Sunday, apologetically but (his # was on invoice) to make sure I got the plumber to stop the water under sink. Mr Cole was rude, told me to put a bucket under (which of course was already done) and to call his office. His plumber in black and white said a new faucet is necessary. Cole wants to 'duck tape' it together and refuses to let me get a new one. Of course I will be now purchasing a new one. You judge yourself!!!

I recently had to change my water heater. I am genuinely tired of the big companies, which I won't mention. I have been overcharged and given services I don't need one too many times. So I decided to try a new company. I called Joe Cole's Plumbing to get an estimate on the job and they gave me a timeframe and I stress how important it was that they were on time. They were here bright, and early. They gave me a comprehensive evaluation and gave me price options. If you do the repairs the same day, there's up charge because they have to go out and get parts and so on. If you schedule it for a couple of days later, it's cheaper. I had already been living with the problem for the past couple of weeks so two days would not have made a difference. I got scheduled for that following Monday and they came in on time, with everything they needed to do the job. The technician was very nice and respectful and he did the job without any problems. They were no surprises, and there was no additional services that they performed that they added to my bill at the end as it has happened in the past with other companies. They did exactly what they said they would, and I got charged exactly what they told me up front. I am very happy with their service and their pricing. I would definitely use them again for my plumbing needs.

The worst! Don't use them! I have lived in the same home for 33 years. I have never had any service company that I complained about. We called because of water around our guest bathroom toilet. They came out, replaced several parts. Still had water around the toilet the next day. They came out again. Ended up with a cracked tank, possibly from over tightening, possible not. They shut off the valve to the toilet. We still are still getting water all around the toilet. Four towels get soaked in 5 hours. I called the owner and I got no resolution. Horrible customer service. He said that my wife was hostile and obviously he was not going to make us happy. All-in-all, I suggest that you stay away from this company.
