This company is a scam. We agreed a week before on the installation. On the same day of the installation they told me that they can't come unless I pay 50% of the job upfront with Zelle. I live in a differently state so I can't get them and pay cash. They wouldn't accept credit card or PayPal. What kind of a business is that?? That's exactly what scammers do. Don't deal with them. Update: I had someone else installing the water heater on the same day that those guys cancelled on me. He completed the installation and THEN I paid him in full. Particularly because I'm out of state, I cannot pay with Zelle upfront. I did that in the past and got scammed. Nevertheless, Delroy confirmed with me the appointment the day before, and then on the day when he was supposed to come, he demanded the 50% upfront with Zelle only. That's a horrible way to treat customers. Always be careful when vendors you don't know demand a payment upfront and only accept Zelle. That's very suspicious.

Joe Blacks Plumbing repaired a leak in my sink's drain line. He went above and beyond to repair the leak, and also provided a hook-up for my dishwasher. The completed job looked clean and professional, without any issues or leaks. His pricing was extremely fair and reasonable. I am so glad I called and will be happy to return to Joe for future work!

This business is so reliable and fast. I like the honesty. I had called other plumbing companies and was so disappointed on how inexperienced they sound. I personally don't like the runaround. This company is straight to the point. For this I am grateful. I will continue to use this business for my plumbing needs

I used this company to install two new shut off valves required for the installation of a new washing machine. Delroy was able to complete the job one day after I called him. I would definitely use this company in the future.

Dang, found this review in my drafts folder- oops! So I will give it an update. I've actually used him several times since, new water heater & new toilet. Both fixed at great rates. I even referred him to a friend who was happy. Again, I would def recommend him. Initial review: The owner was very accommodating to my schedule. When I asked to bump up the appointment time & he scheduled me the next day. He showed up in a mask, & on time. He installed my garbage disposal & fixed my toilet at a great rate. I'd highly recommend him & he will be my plumber from now on.

The owner came out immediately for a major leak that was in my wall and was starting to damage and mold my drywall. I was also having water pooling from under the back tile of my house; I thought it was a major pipe that bust. But come to find out, it was the drain pipe from sink.. he was easily able to pinpoint the leak. And most importantly do very minor drywall damage to find and repair it..

I called a couple plumbers in the morning to get quote for job of snaking vent from roof- I had dealt with another plumber last week on some other issues and I was pissed that I was still dealing with this same problem- ( as he only snaked the drain from the inside) Delroy quoted me a fair price, called me when he was on his way, and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time- he clearly had a long day but he showed up and did my job as Promised- He communicated throughout the process and clearly wanted to make sure I was completely happy with the outcome-I will feel comfortable to use him in the future and give his information to any friends that need a plumber!! thanks again

I can only speak to the estimate and scheduling process, as our landlord inexplicably decided to go with a different plumber. I always received an immediate response to my messages, he explained what was necessary up front, and provide as fair range of prices in his estimate. If I was not a renter, I would have definitely went with Joe Blacks Plumbing.
