We originally hired a handyman to fix an upside down shower arm. It was jammed in there so tight that he couldn't do it and didn't want to risk breaking the pipe. So we hired Delroy to come and fix it. Delroy did a wonderful job fixing it and also helped us fix a leaking faucet. Not only is he good at what he does but he's a great guy too. Definitely recommend.

I've never used or even heard of Joe Black's Plumbing before finding his page on Yelp, but the reviews sounded good and I decided to give him a try. I had 3 toilets in varying stages of needing maintenance. Delroy responded quickly and as I explained my needs, he assured me that he would be able to address them all. We agreed on a date and time, and he showed up promptly that morning. He assessed the situation and gave me what I considered a very reasonable estimate which we agreed on. He required no payment up front. He then went to acquire some of the parts needed to do the job and was soon back to completing the work in a timely manner. I was happy with all aspects of the experience and will use Joe Black's Plumbing in the future when needed. Delroy gained my trust and confidence. Thank you.

This company is a scam. We agreed a week before on the installation. On the same day of the installation they told me that they can't come unless I pay 50% of the job upfront with Zelle. I live in a differently state so I can't get them and pay cash. They wouldn't accept credit card or PayPal. What kind of a business is that?? That's exactly what scammers do. Don't deal with them. Update: I had someone else installing the water heater on the same day that those guys cancelled on me. He completed the installation and THEN I paid him in full. Particularly because I'm out of state, I cannot pay with Zelle upfront. I did that in the past and got scammed. Nevertheless, Delroy confirmed with me the appointment the day before, and then on the day when he was supposed to come, he demanded the 50% upfront with Zelle only. That's a horrible way to treat customers. Always be careful when vendors you don't know demand a payment upfront and only accept Zelle. That's very suspicious.

Joe Blacks Plumbing repaired a leak in my sink's drain line. He went above and beyond to repair the leak, and also provided a hook-up for my dishwasher. This business is so reliable and fast. I like the honesty. I had called other plumbing companies and was so disappointed on how inexperienced they sound. I personally don't like the runaround.
