Simply the best! I've used this company twice and both times were great experiences. Delroy responded fast, fixed our issues same day and the first time we used him was last New Year's Day. He not only did our Job on the 1st he did it fast and a at a fair rate. I expected to pay a holiday fee but Delroy charged me like it was a normal day. Used him again 6 months later and entire experience was the best. I'm just sorry it took me so long to write this review. Happy New Year Delroy and I'm sure we will be seeing you again someday.

Darrell was amazing! So honest with his work and communicative with his time. It's nice to know you can still rely on not just honest work but good hard work. Will definitely be using him again and referring out to friends and family.

Highly recommended, one of the few Yelp responses that was genuine. Provided a quote in advance (small job), arrived on time, and then after the work was completed, offered to reduce the price, as it was smaller than anticipated. (I paid the full amount regardless, for the efficiency and timeliness of the repair.)

Had the best service by Delroy and Sony. They replaced my bathroom vanity and did plumbing job in my kitchen. They did an excellent job and their price was great too. I will use them in the future for all my needs!

Never fixed my toilet..called him to let him know and he said I will be there next week. Well next week never came. After 3 weeks I called him again he said he would be coming in a couple days never did and I gave him money..definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM..BEWARE

I picked Joe Blacks Plumbing due to the great reviews here. He lived up the reviews. He came the same day to fix a broken kitchen faucet. He was quick, reasonably priced, and 100% professional. Our new faucet works great. I definitely plan to use them again.

Reliable, timely, and above all - honest. I was able to get in touch with Delroy and Joe Black's Plumbing through Yelp, and he immediately answered my query with a quote for the problem I was facing based on the picture I posted. Delroy immediately gave me a quote which proved to be reasonable. Most of the other plumbing businesses that answered tried to schedule a paid visit before offering a quote, which I'm not against, but if you're already seeing in detail what the problem is, why not offer a quote and focus on the job? Delroy was also on time. One of my pet peeves when dealing with contractors is how much disregard some have for their customer's time. Delroy kept his word down to the minute. We agreed to meet at 9am at my property, and sure enough he was there at 9am on the dot. He them gave me some precise recommendations, went to get the parts he needed for the job, and came back at the agreed upon time to replace the broken shower. I highly recommend his services and if I ever need him in the future he can count on my repeated business.

After 5 long years of hunting a God awful smell that would come and go Delroy found it in 5 minutes! I have torn out floors, walls paid a dozen people with no luck. If I'm honest this was so ridiculously easy I thought it wasn't legit. But it was. My new favorite plumber! He was fast, smart and easy to deal with. He doesn't take credit card but who cares.
