So what do you do when you know you have a leak? You call your homeowners and hope for the best.

J.O.'s came out in record time and after making enough holes in the dry wall, determined I had a leak. Well yeah, I knew that.

Unfortunately, it's in a location that needed approval for coverage (hidden by a structural beam so they have to now make holes in the outside stucco and hope that it can be accessed that way).

I'll update the review once the actual work is complete, but my initial stars are for promptness and getting the additional work approved in a very timely manner.
