Do not use this company. We had a water heater in the house that was covered under First American Home Warranty (FAHW). FAHW sent a plumbing company out and they said the water heater needed to be replaced. FAHW then decided they needed to get a 2nd opinion from J.O. Plumbing. J.O. Plumbing came out and said our water heater wasnt working PRIOR to us buying the house EVEN THOUGH WE HAD BEEN USING IT FOR MONTHS. We even sent them the inspection report showing the water heater was in perfect condition when we bought the house. Thanks to J.O. Plumbing, the claim got denied. This company is engaged in fraudulent activity with FAHW. And, the guy on the phone from J.O. Plumbing was super rude over the phone.

Armen was referred to us through American Home Shield. AHS is an unethical company and usually uses 1-2 star rated companies for servicing jobs however we got lucky on this rare occasion and got a highly rated person. Armen, was pleasant on the phone, calm and collected. Armen showed up the day after and was professional, he answered all of our questions even those not related to what he was supposed to address. We even asked him about switching our Water heater to a different system on our dime and he told us to not bother as it will end up costing more. Armen is honest and was not trying to up-sell anything. We kept his card and will be using him in the future if the need arises and will share this with friends and family as well. Thank you.

Had a drip issue in my bathroom- a leaky faucet and dripping tub. Fixed everything up perfectly in under an hour! He also discovered another plumbing issue I didn't even by know I had, which he also quickly fixed for me. Rootered the sinks as well. Very efficient and polite! Would recommend

My water heater went out. We were without hot water for a week, and that's no fun with a 5 year old. 2 separate plumbers came out. The first said I needed a new water heater to the tune of $1,950. The second said he needed to order the part, only to have him cancel 3 days later. Armen came over, diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed in 20 minutes with parts readily available on his truck. He's honest, fair and knowledgeable. We won't be using anyone but him again!

I can't say enough about J.O plumbing, especially Armen O who went above beyond. We have a home warranty and for the most part, get sent people who really don't care much and don't do a great job. Not only did Armen get the job done, he fixed things that needed to be fixed in order to do the job in the first place. Most people would have walked away saying they can't get it done because of A,B, or C. We are thrilled with him and his company. He did great for me!

I was not expecting much because my water heater is not that new and also he came through our insurance. I feel that it is a hit or miss with them.

Armen not only that he was punctual, but he was in constant communication with me. He went above and beyond to make sure that he doesn't need to come back.

What I love about him, is that he is very informative and he really tries everything possible to make sure that he fixes your problem.

I did get a good honest vibe from him. He will definitely get a call back from me when I need to remodel my bathroom and I already shared his number with my friends that own homes. We always save the good ones, which is hard to find these days.

I had a main drain root blockage and had to call emergently because the water is overflowing in my shower and toilet. Someone recommended JO plumbing in our next door app, that was a mistake. Armen spent a max of 20 mins snaking the main drain and only got a small amount of root. He didn't want to push his snake further because he is afraid to break it. After we ask him to try more, if we are gonna pay for his snake if it breaks. Aren't plumbers covered if their equipment breaks, isn't that part of the business. $200 of 20 mins of labor, my drain clogged again and I borrowed a drain snake at Home Depot. I was able to remove a massive root clog without breaking the snake I borrowed. Check out the root I removed myself. Sorry but I normally don't write reviews in Yelp but this left me frustrated. Never again.
