I was not expecting much because my water heater is not that new and also he came through our insurance. I feel that it is a hit or miss with them.

Armen not only that he was punctual, but he was in constant communication with me. He went above and beyond to make sure that he doesn't need to come back.

What I love about him, is that he is very informative and he really tries everything possible to make sure that he fixes your problem.

I did get a good honest vibe from him. He will definitely get a call back from me when I need to remodel my bathroom and I already shared his number with my friends that own homes. We always save the good ones, which is hard to find these days.

Thank you, Armen for giving us hot water again! Lifesaver!

I had a main drain root blockage and had to call emergently because the water is overflowing in my shower and toilet. Someone recommended JO plumbing in our next door app, that was a mistake. Armen spent a max of 20 mins snaking the main drain and only got a small amount of root. He didn't want to push his snake further because he is afraid to break it. After we ask him to try more, if we are gonna pay for his snake if it breaks. Aren't plumbers covered if their equipment breaks, isn't that part of the business. $200 of 20 mins of labor, my drain clogged again and I borrowed a drain snake at Home Depot. I was able to remove a massive root clog without breaking the snake I borrowed. Check out the root I removed myself. Sorry but I normally don't write reviews in Yelp but this left me frustrated. Never again.

This review is long over due. First, this plumber (Armen) found a very difficult leak that saved hundreds of dollars and a week or 2 of bathroom repairs. He was honest and charged me a good rate. Second, he did excellent work and he did not give up until he found the leak. I really appreciate his help in fixing this leak because he put in time and work for this leak.

Had the pleasure of meeting Armen today for a leaky shower. He was awesome! Very professional and polite and those are 2 important qualities. I'm always weary of some of the companies that Home Warranty sends, but this was a winner. (*side note, just because home warranty sends them, doesn't always mean they're great.). This guy was great. If anyone is looking for a plumber, I would 100% recommend Armen.

J.O plumbing was sent to my house from the home warranty company for a leaking hot water heater. Armen showed up informed me I needed a new unit. I inquired about upgrading to a tankless and after answering a few questions and concerns, I knew he was knowledgeable in his trade. Arem advised me on the cash-out options from the home warranty company and told me to call him if I wanted an upgrade. The next day I called a second plumber to give me a quote. The second plumber's quote was a lot lower, but the company didn't seem as professional. I didn't want a Micky mouse job done in my home, so I decided to go with J.O. plumbing, and I'm happy I did. Armen takes pride in his work. Everything was done to code and looks clean. I had a top-of-the-line tankless water heater at the end of the day, and Armen told me everything when smooth. When I went to pay in the invoice, Armen gave me a couple of hundred dollars off the agreed price because everything went as planned. Not only did I get an unexpected discount, but Armen told me the unit he picked out had a huge rebate from the gas company. My total out-of-pocket cost was less than the cheaper quote. Armed help me with the rebate a few days after the job was completed. If you want someone who cares about his customer and takes pride in his work, go with J.O. pluming. You get what you pay for If you want the cheapest guy out there, keep looking. Thanks Armen for job well done!

My toilet kept making a loud noise every 15 minutes. I called a few plumbers & they said it was just the flapper that didn't fit right so they changed it. Nope. That didn't work.
JO Plumbing came today & he figured it out after meticulously testing a few things. The plastic was cracked inside of the pipe which is not common.
He was professional & nice. Diagnosed & fixed it within 30 minutes! Would definitely use them again!

Armen is fantastic. Twice I've asked him to come over for some issues and twice he's been fast, professional, and gotten the job done. There's no wasting time with him. He gets straight to the point and, while the jobs were relatively minor, he was in and out within 30 min each time.

Each time I've called, he's also picked up instantaneously. He keeps you updated as to his whereabouts and when to expect him. I couldn't be happier with his work.

The first time I got in touch with him was through home warranty. I was so pleased with his work that I made sure to get his business card. The second time, I just decided to call him directly and I'm glad I did. Problems I couldn't solve on my own were immediately resolved by Armen in a heartbeat. The next time I have a plumbing issue, you know who I'm going to call.

Toilet was running all of the time. Another plumber quoted me several hundred dollars to change out all of the hardware in the tank. Home Warranty company sent J.O. Plumbing and they fixed it by just switching out the flash valve ring.
