There was a physical blockage (metal) in my toilet. I called and Armen quoted $250 to remove the toilet, then the obstruction, then reseat the toilet. He came out, and before he started I asked about whether he would recommend replacing the toilet. He said a new toilet would be best (and there would be a small additional charge that I agreed to), so he left and I went shopping. An hour later, I had a new toilet and I called him back.

Thirty minutes later, he returned and installed my new toilet. He and his assistant did a very good (and clean) job. Even though he had to make two trips and had the additional work of having to assemble the new toilet and break up the old for the trash, he didn't charge me any extra in spite of his original statement about an additional charge. I highly recommend him for his work, his pricing, and his honest and helpful answers to all my questions.

I am a licensed contractor in California and recently I was out of state on vacation. We had an emergency at one of our new construction projects where the big tankless water heater system we installed was malfunctioning. This was critical to us because the business had already opened and the hot water was a necessity. I jumped on my phone and started calling plumbers in the area to help troubleshoot the problem. Luckily one of the plumbers I contacted was Armen and when I explained my situation he was quick to help. He arrived at the location fast and was able to determine right away that someone had shut off the gas valve and after turning it back on the water heaters were working great. Not only did he make my day by fixing the problem fast but he didn't even charge me because he said he really didn't have to do anything. I was floored by his generosity and his great customer service. I was able to continue my vacation without the stress of work thanks to JO Plumbing & Rooter. He replaced it within 30 minutes and was respectful of our floors and our cabinets (he laid down a pad on the floor). It was what you want when dealing with someone coming in your home.
