Got this company thru FAHW insurance. Armen came as quite arrogant technician, started to tell me what I should have done when I bought my house 20 years ago. Try to belittle with lots of sarcasm. Defiantly said that he does not have long enough extension cable as it is somehow my fault(it did not require very long one). Then he said his snake is not long enough and the other one is too heavy for him to carry. The most important his diagnosis was completely incorrect. Did not want to deal with insurance company because they would send him back, I contacted another plumber who fixed problem within 1 hour. I believe he just lied without any remorse. I started to laugh when I saw his track with words that ""honesty is the key to success"".

Armen was our third opinion, second through FAHW. The first two plumbers each tried to bill us $650 for unnecessary hydrojetting and installing another trap. JO Plumbing and Armen was able to rooter our kitchen sink in 15 minutes flat.

Armen is scrupulously honest, hardworking and came when he said he would!! He is now our plumber on speed dial!!!

Armen was our 2nd opinion through FAHM after the issue had not been fixed by the previous plumber. In 10 minutes he was able to access and fix the issue. Going forward he will now be our first call!

The water from my bathtub upstairs flooded through the ceiling into my bathroom downstairs. The first plumber that came out said we needed a new overflow kit and was about ready to charge us $1,300. I didn't know much better, but I did think that was pretty high so I called J.O. Plumbing and he fixed the issue within minutes. It turns out it wasn't the overflow kit like the first plumber said, but an old gasket. He replaced the old gasket and it was as good as new! Not only did he do a great job, but he saved us a ton of money. Thank you J.O. Plumbing!!

Technician came out and appeared that he was being inconvenienced. Technician called and stated I'm here. Never announced who he was or his business. Once he arrived in the property he appeared very agitated and was asking questions to someone who is not a plumber. He was instructed that there was a leak and that where it was coming from was unknown, Outside of knowing that it was leaking from the ceiling.. It appears that he did not want to do the work or the labor. Gentleman turned around and walked out, and canceled the job. What a waste of a day, especially when you have emergency services needed. If he did not want to do the service he should not have excepted the job. I would not recommend this service. I did not want to give it one star but that was the only way to leave the review.

Not only did the plumber come when he said he would, he figured out how to get to my unit without asking, and not only fixed the problem I called him to fix, but also fixed another problem that the previous owner said was a building issue! I've lived with a ridiculous noise for nearly a year, & this gentleman fixed it unbidden in literally 10 minutes. Outstanding.

Big thanks to Armen for his quick response time and fix of our leak. Bonus points for arriving wearing a mask; just shows he's considerate of those he interacts with.
He was in and out in under 10 minutes. Fixed the problem. Was friendly. Zero complaints. Will not hesitate to use him again if needed.

Do not use this company. We had a water heater in the house that was covered under First American Home Warranty (FAHW). FAHW sent a plumbing company out and they said the water heater needed to be replaced. FAHW then decided they needed to get a 2nd opinion from J.O. Plumbing. J.O. Plumbing came out and said our water heater wasnt working PRIOR to us buying the house EVEN THOUGH WE HAD BEEN USING IT FOR MONTHS. We even sent them the inspection report showing the water heater was in perfect condition when we bought the house. Thanks to J.O. Plumbing, the claim got denied. This company is engaged in fraudulent activity with FAHW. And, the guy on the phone from J.O. Plumbing was super rude over the phone.

Armen was referred to us through American Home Shield. AHS is an unethical company and usually uses 1-2 star rated companies for servicing jobs however we got lucky on this rare occasion and got a highly rated person. Armen, was pleasant on the phone, calm and collected. Armen showed up the day after and was professional, he answered all of our questions even those not related to what he was supposed to address. We even asked him about switching our Water heater to a different system on our dime and he told us to not bother as it will end up costing more. Armen is honest and was not trying to up-sell anything. We kept his card and will be using him in the future if the need arises and will share this with friends and family as well. Thank you.

Had a drip issue in my bathroom- a leaky faucet and dripping tub. Fixed everything up perfectly in under an hour! He also discovered another plumbing issue I didn't even by know I had, which he also quickly fixed for me. Rootered the sinks as well. Very efficient and polite! Would recommend
